Brilliant!
Seriously, I wish that more characters had voicing.
I'm not sure what procs his 'waste of good suffering' line, but I'm now actually looking forward to playing him.
Somewhat.
I've had that voice line play when Pinhead picked up a Survivor.
Off topic: Engineer's Fang needs a rework. With the current Boon: CoH meta, it's downsides currently outweigh it's upsides

So it's unfair when the killer has a broken killer sided game...
but it's fair when the survivors do have a broken survivor sided game?
With all due respect...; but again... you must learn what poverty is in order to understand what luxery is...
there is a reason why I putted a '3 months' in this..; because that would be enough time for all survivors to realize... some survivor perks/mechanince and gameplay need nerf and some killers need a buff.
flip the tables around... let survivor mains quit the game instead of killer mains for once.. so that after those 3 month all ppl, killer and survivor can give honest feedback and not some BS feedback like 'Otzdarva says it's balanced'
yeah because no killer can counter a Otzdarva killer or survivor... high skill it Top 0,1% of all players
Did you really want me to suggest buffs that are so OP for killers for the rest of the game? off course not! but make those changes anyways... temporary... and you'll see that the game needed more ballancing for the killer's side. especially since the birth of boon totems
When did I say the game being Survivor sided was ok? Also, you should learn what poverty is aswell. The game is currently pretty balanced compared to when it first came out, it's in the second most balanced state it's ever been. Just because you don't want to l2p doesn't mean that Killers should get massive buffs that'd kill the game

yet the fact that a lot of players admit the game being survivor sided (even some from survivor side) proves that somehow... we need a killer buff and a survivor nerf!
Yes, we do to some degree. What you're suggesting would kill the game

If they're the second worst item in the game then why are they overused consistently?
Look, don't try to defend your comfortable save bubble of being on the OP survivor side... We killers know well wich killer as a higher chance to win against try hard survivors and wich ones won't. and we admit that
The point of this entire post: Is to suggest a MASSIVE killer buff on ALL killers so ALL survivors, SWF, or solo que. will feel the effect and start to realize that the game IS survivor sided
Or a MASSIVE survivor nerf on ALL survivor perks so ALL killers won't be facing abusive toxic survivors anymore and would be less likely to camp because of the game being more fair....
Stop defending your survivor safe haven... The killers need a buff, and you just don't want to admit it! why? 'because bullying survivors is fun'. The game shouldn't be about bullying the killer, like a 4 man SWF in wich 3 ppl bully the killer not even doing gens and 1 person goes doing them all! and they all escape! the game needs balance! and this ain't it... and stop defending survivor side if your not a casual killer dbd player or don't even play both sides. because to many ppl play survivor only and will always defend posts like these! while you don't even dare to play as killer!
Nice assumptions, I play 85/15 Killer/Survivor. If you actually knew how game balance worked, you'd know that a massive Killer buff or a massive Survivor nerf would kill the game
-
The distance is arguably more op than the i-frames

These are unfair buffs and that's the point...
because boon totems are a unfair perk that needs nerf, Dead hard is an unfair perk that needs nerf, flashlights are unfair items that needs nerf.
If Behavior will not realize they need to Extremly nerf Survivor perks, tools and mechanics. then we can only request the other solution. wich is if the survivors can get on steroids. then give the killer also steroids
And sure those are ridiculous ideas... I know it myself but again
you must understand what pain killers go through to understand what luxery is and most survivors don't even realize that!
Flashlights are unfair? How, they're the second worst item in the game

Let's talk about the balance of one thing without also talking about the balance of another, unrelated thing.
CoH balance does not impact NOED. NOED balance does not impact CoH.
CoH is a problem, but I'm willing to see how the nerf works out.
NOED needs a rework, as it's an annoying perk that leads to bad habits - but right now disabling Boil Over until the literal 'you can't hook me now' map areas are removed.
The nerf doesn't do anything
-
Not funny, didn't laugh
-
It's cool that he has his voice back an all, but he's still bad
-
PTB's aren't there for feedback purposes, we've known this for a while. They're there to get hype for the next patch. Only about 10% of PTB feedback has ever been taken into account

Wraith wasn't nerfed to death 🙄
Well true, he was never that good to begin with
-
Overall game balance is pretty good right now. Some Killers are better than before (Trapper) while others have been nerfed to death (Deathslinger, Wraith).
Boon: Circle Of Healing (a Totem based Perk that Survivors can use to "bless" a Totem, giving that Totem special properties, like a free 16 second self heal and also cannot be removed from a match, only snuffed, which will only deactivate it until blessed again) has hit attrition based Killers like Wraith and Ghostface quite hard.
A new matchmaking system has been introduced (Skill Based Match Making or SBMM for short) that focuses on pitting similarly skilled opponents against each other, but currently, it focuses more on queue times than actually making balanced matches (someone with a longer queue with either get better or worse opponents/teammates just because their queue was taking too long).
-
Leave poor Bubba alone, he just wants to enjoy his fresh meat, jeez
-
The game is arguably pretty even rn. That Spirit either got completely wrecked the game before and got mad or SBMM didn't do it's thing and put random players from all over MMR spectrum together
-
Try and guess
-
Just stop posting 'Us vs Them' posts
-
They're not comparable. NOED is a Hex and can easily be cleansed while CoH is absolutely busted
-
That's not hipocrisy
-
I will. Free cosmetics, cheap, pretty good Items, a few Firecrackers and StarLost came up with a fun challenge that will for sure lower my MMR, while also getting me to play Killers I don't usually play
-
Universal fun Killer and Spirit don't belong on the same sentence. She's actually pretty fun to go against but MDR/DCB ruin her in terms of fun. Now, if we talk about Demo then yeah, not many people play him and, aside from him getting the boot a while ago, I don't know why
-

Mm. He's honestly one of the most 'perfect' killers these days. Not too strong, not too weak, very versatile. Plague is another.
Don't forget about our big boy Oni

One thing I like about Demo is that he can set up a defacto 3 gen, even if those gens are at opposite corners of the map.
I actually get cussed out a fair amount for this.
How dare you use an effective yet counterable strategy that isn't camping or tunneling
-
@StarLost said:
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/306591/making-the-demo-community-proud
What's interesting about Demo is that basically everyone plays him differently. I go for massive mobility and use portals to come from weird directions, while others seem to like a 'battle demo' style.
And then there's me, playing Hagogorgon. Set up a 3-Gen, eat up Pallets on that side of the map and never leave

That your changes would make Bubba clunky and weak for no reason

Lot's of killers have killer powers that don't work near hooked survivors.
There are only 2

Lots of killers have going into a locker as counter-play, such as Blight or Nurse. And like you said, the survivors would still lose a health state. I see no issue here. That being said, I could see a buff being applied to Bubba as a sort of counter nerf. I'm not here to suggest buffs for him, but I'm open to any small tweak that makes him a bit better.
You don't see an issue where Survivor can enter a Locker for free and be granted an escape? Sure buddy
-
@konchok said:
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2768461#Comment_2768461
Is Bubba only good when he camps a survivor? And I'm not against offering Bubba some buffs, I honestly feel like he could use something else, but he can't be buffed when he's so oppressive in an unhooking scenerio.
I'm not even talking about his camping potential, I'm talking about his chase. Oh, you're getting chased? Just enter a Locker, he'll either be forced to M1 you, or he'll enter Tantrum to try and kill you if you miss-time it. But with your change, not even that would work as miss-timing it would only make you lose 1 Health State.
Also, your camping chance would hurt him even more. You're being chased? Just come close to the Hook and get immunity to Bubba's chainsaw, forcing him to use an M1 or Grab, which doesn't work 90% of the time
-
That'd make Bubba kinda useless
-
That was an awesome Shred, and congrats on the 4k! Since the Realm is Autohaven Wreckers, I'll grant you 1 map specific tip.
When a Survivor is looping you on that weird claw machine with a Window up top, try and bait them into vaulting the Window, while remaining as close to the bottom of the stairs as possible. Once they vaulted, if you quickly Shred around the corner, the Shred will barely hit them, unless they have Balanced Landing or Dead Hard
-
@AngyKiller said:
Good luck trying to 12 hook with 5 minute gen speeds and the Survivors whopping 16 second-chance perks.
Never say never, and don't forget tunneling is allowed, up to death Hook
-
Sounds like fun, count me in, tho I will probably break the rules and start as Demogorgon, hope you don't mind
-
Vault Windows and git gud. Bubba's biggest strengths are his ability to eat up Pallets and camping. Save up on Pallets, force him to bump into objects, vault Windows and deny his camping by doing gens
-
B tier at best imo. Most of the time you'll get 1 down and it'll get cleansed and then you'll end up with nothing or you'll get lucky and the Survivors will straight up leave, ending with you getting 1 more Kill
-
It's still the second most overpowered Perk in the game, including Killer Perks
-
The game is relatively even right now, I'd dare even say it's in the second most balanced state it's ever been
-
This could be abused really easily
-
Agitation, Starstruck, Corrupt Intervention, Hex: Ruin, Hex: Undying, Pop Goes The Weasel, Hex: Noone Escapes Death, Tinkerer, Hex: Devour Hope Nurse with her best Add-ons

me who just wants him to hold 60 knives again or revert the knife count addon nerfs
His original state was better than he currently is tbh. More knives, Laceration went by slower, good Add-ons etc
-
Either some slowdown Perks as basekit or forcing Survivors to search for gears or something to start working on gens
-
It's his best Add-on, no doubt about it, but it's also not problematic
-
Demogorgon
Placing a Portal while standing over a downed Survivor may bait any nearby flashlight savers, tho it won't work right under Pallets
-
Gr8 b8 m8, and if it isn't bait, git gud

It needs changed as a whole. Not just distance or I frames.
Maybe, I still think it needs to keep it's identity as a 'dodge' Perk
-
Tinkerer is probably the best gen info Perk in the game
-
Or you could get good and start playing around his Power instead of crying for nerfs

Right. Right. Sure. It doesn't do anything...
It doesn't negate a play at the shack I made when I call a window vault correctly and am coming along the side of the shack with a Billy curve. Totally easy to get that down at shack a few seconds later as billy.
It doesn't negate a play at the shack I made when I call a window vault correctly an am coming along the side as blight. Totally easy to get that down at shack a few seconds later(granted easier then billy)
It doesn't negate my curve at a long wall as they jump right back in a super safe structure. It doesnt negate my blight rush at a long wall. Or a 4 Lane. Nope
Dead hard eats your mind games. And if the survivor is good enough. Which at high MMR they are. Not getting that down that you called perfectly just one time. Is damning and can ruin the whole match.
Yeah ok that sounds really bad, but I still feel like the free, uncounterable distance is worse

Have your perfectly mind gamed hit taken away from you enough times. You'll understand
In those instances, the i-frames from Dead Hard don't usually do anything, you'll get the down a couple seconds after, that's a true 'wait it out' moment. If you mindgame the Survivor, they Dead Hard and then get to a Pallet or Window, then that's a problem of Dead Hard distance, not i-frames
-

The i-frames are argubly the worse part of dead hard.
I have to disagree. The i-frames aren't that big a deal, they're usually manageable and most of the time they're not that good

Stop saying they are "Strategies" if those are so called strategies, the a team of 4 survivors running new parts and leadership is strategy, yes its all killer mains complain about. I played 5 games today and got camped 3 games in a row and got camped the very last game. It is IMMENSELY unfair especially playing solo
I never said those weren't strats either
