I've never come across people not getting rescued if the killer isnt camping.
Personally, I just think Killers should be able to light a dull totem and turn it into a new Ruin if the first gets cleansed.

Honestly on the worst times I've felt I have been cheated. Character wasn't that good anyways and was addon dependent and now is actually worse than Freddy.

What if totems hung from the killer neck. They can only be destroyed by a picked up survivor and you have to hit a hard skill check to break it.
Ok, maybe not. But something to think about.

Survivor need a exhaustion perk slot.
But, overall I dont mind the concept.
