You lost...to a Freddy...with Hex...RUIN?! 😂 God you don't deserve red rank hell you shouldn't even be in purple or green for that matter!
-
Plague omg I love her to death (get it) but in the new meta she is useless as ######### and I dont play her anymore. Too many bilbo teabaggins running around and 0K matches. She will never adept for me.
-
Aint no school like the old school. The OG slasher himself Michael Myers. To this day hes still legendary second only to Jason but he got his own dbd-esque game.
-
Dont know what its called but the silent bell + purple all seeing on Wraith.
Purple Calm + Green electrode on Doctor
Iridescent Head and Utility Belt on Huntress (watch them DC faster than my hatchet throws)
J myers memorial + hairbow on my boy Myers

I'm a survivor main. Trust me I feel your pain. But it is what it is. Do gens and get the 3 out. Yeah you de-pip. But you are who you are as a player and you will get those pips back. Yes face camping sucks. I also scream at the killer like he can hear me. But its part of the game.
See thats a problem right there. "Its part of the game" people just write it off and let it happen. The devs dont care to do anything about it no matter how many players they lose. When the game stops being a game and becomes a hostage situation like that thats when someone in control should say "Okay you're ruining this game for someone so you should be punished". Its like if someone is cheating...its ruining the game for people and thats bannable...so why shouldnt face camping. Its simple. Measure the terror radius to the hooked survivor X the amount of time the killer stood there X if the killer was facing any other direction = your formula if it was a bannable offense or not by set parameters. If survivors were to constantly be bullying a killer by some means I would say ban it as well. I am 50/50 players so I know the frustrations on both sides.
-
As a semi survivor main I ALWAYS cleanse the totems around me that I find and I see plenty other of my teamates attempt the same. Yeah it sucks if we pop Haunted Ground or Retribution but it's alot safer than NOED. Yeah it can be a ######### to find the NOED totem sometimes but others it's like 5 feet away from the exit gate (happened to me on Sanctum with DSlinger. But they all rushed to cleanse it and I got 3K lol)
As a killer I only run it if I use a killer that doesn't work good with my obsession perks. I don't think it should be nerfed or buffed. Should be left as is.
-
Nothing...nothing can be done. Since the Ruin nerf gen pressure is now all but gone. Only thing you can control is how long to chase someone and what aura reading perks you can equip like Discord and Mechanic etc. Maybe place your upside down portal in a good spot near a gen cluster?

Jake is Asian. Park is a common Korean last name.
Well good cause I had no idea what the hell ethnicity he was and I don't care about survivor lore. Then let's get a second Asian dude. Make him a yakuza novice or something.
-
I would like to see an asian dude added to the survivors. And I wanna see some kind of prisoner killer. Was hoping for something like that this last chapter but a cowboy shocked and pleased me too.
-
I only tunnel because I usually get 2-3 people all crowding me and I make them regret it with my sloppy/thana and then I resume my tunnel. Helps to slow the game and makes the survivors come to me.
-
"I actually felt really bad that two skilled players were dealt a bad hand and had absolutely no chance of escaping."
So you were upset by the fact 2/4 survivors were worthless yet you didn't show compassion or sportsmanship to let 1 or both of the "good" survivors you "had fun" with survive? Sounds pretty 2-faced to me.
As for your post I would say not complete a gen that would be too OP but maybe give the survivors a limited increase to speeds of healing or repairing for a short duration. Or maybe be awarded ALOT more than just the dogshit 600 bp.
-
Speaking as a 70/30 survivor main I would say I am fine with tunneling. Does it suck when it happens to me at the start of the match? Of course I hate it at any stage of the trial. But the thing I hate even more is having garbage team mates who are so eager to go for the save yet have no protection for me should I get tunneled. No BT no distraction hell they won't even take a protection hit for me. They just unhook me and adios amigos outta there. As said above its all about perks. Survivors have plenty of tools to counter tunneling yet don't utilize them. On the killers side there are plenty of reasons to tunnel (my personal being to get fat Dying Light stacks) and it creates plenty of pressure a team no matter what. So I concur that tunneling is a legit strategy.
-
Oh boy where to begin. First off new color customization for outfits. That would be amazing. Maybe add in patterns or patches from achievements in game. How about kooky hats like in TF2? Maybe you could do some new skins for the exit gates and chests. Perhaps have some holiday based map skins like snowing for Christmas or fireworks in the sky for Independence Day. How about giving the killers an emote or two since survivors have "come" and "over there". For the love of god maybe update some killer terror radius music. Nothing would be more satisfying or hilarious than a demonic banjo tune for Hillbilly. That's just to name a few.
-
They need to start going more classic Hollywood monster. Make a vampire. Make a werewolf. Hell I would love to see a creature from the black lagoon or a mummy or even "The Monster". They already covered all killers from the modern age now bring back the iconic horror types. And I would love to see an ability somewhere that lets you control a survivor like you purposely send them into a trap or make them injure themselves into the hurt or dying state.
-
No dance emotes! Keep that bullshitfuckingretard Fortnite tropes away from my DBD!
-
His looping is dogshit for the most part. I play him often and sometimes I get lucky and spear someone before they reach the pallet or when I mindgame them at the pallet gap and I shoot them there. Best things to do are like said above to zig zag and hug as many trees and walls and LOS blockers as you can when running or being stealthy. Oh and look behind you for God sake when you're running if you know the path ahead that way you can bait out a shot or two or predict when he's gonna aim and fire.
-
Honestly the new toolbox nerf is rather shameful. Admittedly I would rarely go into a trial with one except when I had a sabo daily. But whenever I would open a chest and find a yellow, green or hell a sweet purple one I would cherish and use it when things got tough and would play harder and better to not die and lose it. But now no matter what the thrill of having one and that feeling of accomplishment when fixing a gen faster because of it is now all gone. And on killer side I would feel amazing using FD to knock a green or purple toolbox out of someone's hands like "Ha! Sucks to be you!"...now it's more like "Eh...why bother bringing it in?" Especially since you lose any add-ons the toolbox is now all but worthless in most aspects. Now I don't feel so bad when I prestige and trash all my toolboxes.
-
I've played against killers in higher ranks that only had 1 or no perks and honestly I think they are a joke. Perks are a core mechanic for a killer to get the upper hand against a group of 4 who all have a perk so none vs 16 perks that will ruin your day. I will admit I have died to killers like that very rarely but only because
A. My team were potatoes.
B. Half or all of them decided to DC.
-
Don't forget it's not your job to kill. It's your job to entertain the survivors long enough for them to pop 4-5 gens before you can actually do anything significant and maybe they'll throw you a bone and make a mistake leading to a 1-2k game. To which the others will tbag out the exit doors and trash you in DMs
-
Glad to see I'm not alone in this issue. Especially with DSlinger. I saved up roughly 999K BP for almost 2 weeks awaiting his release. Then once I got him I blew through all of it and my dailies and still only have maybe 2 or 3 tier 2 perks that I want on him and still hunting through the dogshit blood web. They should make the system start to eat away at red and purple items first and maybe let you get 3/4 of whatever perks are in the web. Or maybe not make me have to waste my precious points on 3 stupid ######### fog agents in a web branch to a perk I want. Like seriously who uses or cares about those these days?

I don't see why we need more reward systems...
We already have Daily Rituals, The Archives, BPS's, Puddings, Cakes, and the Shrine of Secrets for bonus BPs on already owned perks. The devotion system handles the shards, and I don't personally see Auric Cells being a reward, unless it's something like The Rifts system where you spend 1k Auric Cells and get 1k Auric Cells back when you get to Tier 70.
My issue is I prestige and earn BP and shards...and what can I do with it after all the hard work. You need so many shards to buy any decent cosmetic or a new unlicensed killer and BP is only used for perks and in game items. I know the DEVs want you to spend real money to get the really fun cosmetics but I think If I've been playing this game good and long enough I should be able to cash in my time and BP and shards for the same reward that people fork over $20 or more for off the bat.
-
Thana and Dying Light
BBQ and Dark Murmurs
Corrupt and Thrilling to name a few for my killers.
Empathy and Botanist
Borrowed Time and WGLF
Spine Chill and Premo examples for survivors.
-
After playing against him for quite a few matches I'm more scared of him than Huntress. His quick aim and shoot can be tricky to dodge if you aren't looking behind you or fully out in the open with nothing to pressure the chain. A mistake I see ALOT of survivors making when running from him is they make a straighter line when trying to reach a pallet or window and before you know it they get stuck and tucked. A split second veer to the left or right before you reach that deterrent can make all the difference.
-
I think the game should implement a reward system for playing certain survivors or killers a certain week or 2 out of the month. Besides the daily rituals make it so like you earn extra for hitting a 2 or 3 tier level of prizes. (Example play as Meg and do "X" 2 times to receive "Y" rewards. Do X 4 times and receive Y x2 etc) maybe make the rewards extra shards or auric cells or the final reward can be a cosmetic.
-
As a survivor it is kind of annoying to be more careful with my toolbox. But as a killer I don't feel so intimidated now if I get a lobby with 2 or 3 boxs in peoples hands.
-
Some of my games are hit and miss like his power but I was debating on buying a new killer with my hard earned shards and I chose deathslinger over clown.
-
Just played my first game with and against him and I have some notes
As a survivor he isn't much intimidating as stated above and it's pretty easy to avoid his spear shot. The only time he hit me was with a petty shot while I was hooked. Other than his power he's nice. Not thrilling but nice. His map is lacking in terror or enjoyment. The bleak orange color is terrible. It should have been either high noon or evening not this dusk crap.
So playing against him I give him 3/5 stars
As killer side I will say this. His lunge is pretty dogshit. Half the time I would aim for a survivor and the camera shifts in a way I wind up hitting a cactus or boulder. His basic attack feels slightly slower than other killers I am used to but maybe that's me. His aim is quick but like stated above the range is mediocre at best. It is fun to hook someone as they are pulling the exit gate lever so that's nice. And again the map plays into this were yes good platforms to shoot up on but too many rails in the way to make it effective other than applying damage and stalling for 5 seconds on a gen
So for playing him I will give 3.5/5 as killer for the chance to spear tbaggers at the exit or hatch.
-
I either typically try to kill at least 1 by any means if they annoyed me the most. If not I just switch over to my PC and play something else until the survivors are done hovering and tbagging around me before the EGC is done.
-
Had this happen to me with a Jake and a GF on Badham. Kept downing me. Jake would run in and heal me. Every time I try to run the GF would expose and down me again. One of the worst 7 minutes of my life. Reported them both of course and I'm sure there was no action or reprocution that took place cause hey this is DBD where the survivors get away with anything and Devs don't pay attention to anything.

Wraith is the best boi. He bing bongs the best. I love the pap pap pap of his feet on the floor or through the mud on the swamp. I ran around during Hanukkah with the candle head telling people they were visited by the Menowraith.
I'm Jewish and you made me huehue. Good one mate.
-
The Yamaoka estate and sanctum can eat ######### with its tall ass grass bullshit and horrid pallet loops.
-
You may not have won the match but you certainly won the hearts and minds of killers.
-
Kates tube top and short shorts are always a win in my book,
-
First pick would be Huntress. Hopefully I could tame her a bit and make her a little civilized. Be like the whole Tarzan and Jane except it would be David King and Huntress. If she could learn to bathe I'm sure things would be amazing. Perhaps even incredible Snu-Snu.
If not I'll choose Pig. She's most normal human after all and has issues. But she is kinda cute with a good bod. Would take some kinks to work out but she is loyal so that's a plus and I'm sure she'd love someone to try out some of her more kinkier traps on.
-
I like the cosmetics aspects but the pricing to get them is kind of ridiculous. This is why like Overwatch I think their should be loot boxes with cosmetics inside as prizes for players maybe once a day as an incentive like the daily rituals are. I know people will consider it "gambling" but cosmetics have no effect on game play unless you are dumb enough to equip bright colors and flashy stuff in a very dark blue map (coal tower, McMillan estate etc)
-
I rarely see any Huntress or Legion anymore it seems Trapper has virtually disappeared as well.
For survivors I rarely see any Jeff's or Quintons but the latter is kinda useless so no worries there.
On the upside I've been coming across more hot Kates and extra thicc Janes on both sides so that's a plus.
-
I don't care what a killer is running. If they decide to tunnel and camp and I'm the first 1 down I will auto DC since I'm gonna depip anyway and didn't earn nearly enough bloodpoints to wanna stick around for that shitshow.
-
I find this behavior to be very unsportsmanlike and should be punishable as such. And the same should be applied to survivors who constantly tbag since there is no other game mechanic it is useful for other than taunting and being just a trash player.
-
Trapper. Love to find and snap his little darkened traps
Ghostface cause I love the tbag wars if he is toxic.
Hag, I love crouching past her traps and the occasional jump scare if I trip one in a place I didn't see or expect one.
-
As a good Doc I can confirm it's hard to play against him as a survivor. Especially running those kinds of perks. But there are good tricks to get around him. If you hear his TR then always assume his static blast is ready or soon to be unless you know for certain he just used it. Sneak into lockers or listen closely for the attack to happen. Rely on stealth more often than looping him and just over all be decent at skill checks and he won't be such a threat anymore.
-
Since I started playing about a year or so ago I've always been 50/50 through all the patches and nerfs. But when they destroyed Ruin I became 70/30 survivor main since ALOT of the killers I liked and used can't pressure fast enough before 3 gens pop. I liked what they did with Doc but now honestly I play killer for dailies and maybe the occasional moonwalk Myers here and there. I'm hoping Deathslinger turns out to be fun to play as or I saved up all these shards and BP for nothing.
-
Normal humans would go first
Pig/legion/ghost/hag
Then the bigger humans
Trapper/Billy/bubba/plague/Doc/Clown/wraith
Huntress would out last all them she is far more tough and feral than people think.
Demo would probably survive to the semi finals
Then Huntress would kill Demo but just barely make it
Finally we have the ungodly bunch
Huntress wouldn't last against nurse or spirit sadly
Then those 2 would kill each other
And then the triple threat of Oni and Freddy and Myers. I think Myers and Oni would be locking horns with Freddy trying to pick off Oni so sadly I think Oni would be done.
And finally where he failed against Jason Freddy would try to make up for with Myers. But what does an avatar of pure evil and malice like Myers have to fear? That's where the real undecided victor lies.

Killer : The Undead

If you literally work with the killer to kill another survivor (which is a bannable offense) then you're no better than a "tbagger/flashlight clicker"
Or simple solution...dont be toxic in the first place. Karma is a real #########.
-
Survivors by far the most toxic. I'm 50/50 and almost always see tbagging and flashlight clicking and pointing. Like seriously I'll happily lead the killer to the toxic ones on my team in exchange for the hatch. The only time I really see a toxic killer is almost always Ghostface because some 12 year old little fucktard thinks it's cute to down and/or hook and then proceed to tbag for like a full minute.
-
He's a dogshit Billy and most people only face camp or basement him.
-
In the end it's about the points to how good a game you played. If you scored 1-3k higher BP than the killer by the end of the match you've already won no matter if you live or die.
-
Just run FD and watch the salt spill all over your inbox.
-
I play the game through my Xbox game pass so I didnt pay to get it. I play to save and have a ton of shards. The only time I spent ALOT of shards was to buy The Plague. And months later I'm higher in shards than before. Saving more up to see if I wanna buy Deathslinger. The only time I ever spent real money was to pay $2.99 on a Halloween sale for Myers. Best $3 I ever spent in a game. And yeah there are other perks I want from survivor or killer but that's why I constantly check the new perks on sale in the shrine. That's how I eventually got my hands on BBQ and Thana and Selfcare etc. If you want everything at once and have no patience of course you're gonna shell out some dough.
-
Well there's your problem right there. You just said you don't deserve to be in red ranks. Well camping and tunnling happens in higher ranks that's how some killers manage to stay there. Besides your teammates seem like high rank smurfs too if they aren't running BT to help you out.
