  • He's become a better killer. And with Ruin still ruined and gens popping left and right you wanna be able to locate survivors quickly and apply that sweet screaming map pressure.

  • Yup. Welcome to high rank plays where everyone gets hooked and the saves don't matter/happen for some reason.

  • I doubt it would ever happen but if Jason made his way onto the killer roster I would play this game until the end of time.

  • @CornMoss said:

Probably would never be used, it seems really weak

I'm sure the devs could make it sound cooler and have a better usage. Was just an example of its potential.

  • For survivor would have to be DS. Can't think of a more annoying or overused perk that can be the difference between a sacrifice or a tbagging exit run.

For killer I'd say Ruin because they never should have messed with it in the first place and the new percentage increments are dogshit.

  • I play Myers ALOT and I used to run NOED a good amount of the time since as stated above a little insurance goes a long way. Especially when it comes to toxic survivors. Nothing more satisfying than after being ######### on all match then to wind up with a 3-4 kill just as the exit gates get powered. This is coming from a personal experience when I played Plague one time even though she isn't Insta-down.

  • That should be in chapter XVII. Nea is revealed to be an avatar of the entity and becomes a new killer. On the flip side Spirit is set free at last and is reborn a new Yamaoka survivor. The old switcheroo...but no Nea is just fugly. She got nice hips though....

  • I have 3 off the top of my head

First time I got to play Huntress. Loved her power and the humming sent a delicious chill up my spine

First time I bought and played as Michael Myers. I felt truly unstoppable. Music cues rocked and loved scaring someone on a gen in tier 1

And lastly this shitforbrains Billy was face camping me on my 2nd hook and kept hitting me (cause how much more petty can you be) during the EGC. All 3 team mates of mine swarmed him and unhooked me. All 4 of us tea bagged his dumb ass on the way out. Was such a sweet moment. He then salted me in chat and I lmao-ed into my next trial.

  • I've seen people ######### on Wraith and I have to say he is strong. His stealth game is good if you know to not always run around like crazy and his looping is decent. When I silence his wailing bell it gets real nasty and the avalanche of salty survivor comments.

  • I love that the word "gambling" keeps popping up. Honestly where does player responsibility come into the equation. If people wanna spend real world money on cosmetics then all the more power to them. No one is being forced to buy loot boxes and they don't even contain useful in-game items. But if I really like a cosmetic I'd rather spend in-game currency I am already earning as I play to try and get it. Microtransactions are already rampant in the cosmetic section being forced to buy Auric cells. This loot box system would eliminate it and people would wanna play more to earn more to loot more. It's not that complicated.

  • Sure I'll let survivors go...if they are my obsession and can't kill them yet cause of my perk(s). But seriously I have fun if I down a toxic bunch of them who like to tbag and flashlight at pallets. Best feeling in the world when they message me all salty and sweet.

  • As a killer I hate anything dealing with Yamaoka residence and sanctum. All the tall grass and small statue loop bullshit I can't stand in the least. The farm stages can get tiresome with the cornfields and little juking prices.

As survivor I find the swamp maps and The Game annoying and a bit too nerve wracking for some reason.

Yes it is quite unfair. And the sad part is this type of toxic abuse of killer power is "Not punishable"

What kind of punishment do you want here? If the other three survivors do the remaining three gens and leave what did the Killer gain? Already they are losing Chase emblem points from staying near the hook. They are losing potential blood points and emblem points from doing nothing. Only way this pays off for the killer is if the other survivors reward him.

Are you wanting out of match penalties for this? Do you want to see the killer ban for camping? What exactly are you looking for here?

I want justice. I want post trial reports to actually do something. Penalty hell take away his whole BP for the sacrifice and the hits and the down. Unsportsmanlike conduct at its finest. Oh boo hoo he didn't make silver emblem. Big deal most killers that do this don't care about rank or piping. All they do is ruin the game.

  • BBQ, Dying Light, Bloodhound and Bitter Murmer. If I'm feeling naughty I'll swap Bloodhound for NOED.

  • Survivors can drop pallets, quick vault windows, hide in lockers, break totems, sabo hooks, open chests...what more special abilities do they need exactly?

  • I mostly get my plays in on the weekends. Trying to get as far as I can for free and then on the last day will buy premium so I get an avalanche of all the other unlocked goodies.

  • We all wanna be the hero in a trial at times. Especially for those of us who have WGLF. I myself am an opportunist when it comes to hook saves. I've run around a trial unhooking left and right and I've let all my teammates dance on the iron for their own stupid mistakes.

  • Myers for sure. Homeboy got cake.

  • It's all situational in my opinion. How far away is the hook? What perks does the survivor have to help them once they are saved? Who is the killer? What loops are safe or unsafe to use? Normally if it's a basement bubba or a NOED killer and everyone else is leaving I'll drop my goo and say adieu! But if I know they are decent runner or looper and other survivors to distract the killer than sure I'll be a hero and get that sweet unhook. Works well We're Gonna Live Forever tbh.

  • Yes it is quite unfair. And the sad part is this type of toxic abuse of killer power is "Not punishable" some will even defend it as a "legit strategy". I say nope. That is a clear petty action of a sore killer who just couldn't hack it and down anyone else before they were Gen rushed. Now don't get me wrong I've had my fair share of situations like this on killer side. But I would move around and hope to catch someone else trying to make a save...not just stand there doing nothing while the unlucky soul I downed struggles. Was just a BG overall amigo. Nothing to do about it but move on to the next game. And avoid basement bubbas...they are the most unfun and lazy of all killers.

If you legitimately think the killers are the toxic part of this game then clearly you've never actually played killer. Particularly against an SWF.

First off I never legitimately said anything and second I know there are way more toxic survivors than killers. But the overall toxicity from BOTH sides makes this game hugely uninstalled every day and more 1-2 star reviews than 4-5.

  • There needs to be a suicide action available to the last survivor of they are downed and EGC has begun. If all the Ghostface is going to do is slug me around and tbag why do I need to hang around for that kind of abuse? Almost wanted to DC and uninstall. Make it so the killer still gets their Damn Quitter Bonus and stop wasting my damn time with toxic killers devs. The toxicity in this game is whats going to kill it in the end but the devs don't seem to care.

  • Killer/survivor co-op is uncommon but it is a reportable problem. Had a pale rose map with a pig and Claudette just slugging me and gen tapping. Game went on for like 15 minutes longer than it should have. Never wanted to physically maim 2 people more in my life then that moment. Shortly there after had this survivor message me wanting to team up on the group for her dailies. Said sure on Doc...then I tunneled and killed her first.

  • Other:

    Hellraiser

    Candy Man

    Pumpkin Head

    The Tall Man

    The Fly

Charles Lee Ray (Chuckys human form)

There are plenty of options to choose from.

I didn't notice either. But tbh no matter what skin colour a killer is it shouldn't affect how you see them. Docs always been a shocki boi and I live him for it, hags always been hag.... And wraiths wraith.

And lastly.... Saying that hag had darker skin or wraith is black is wrong. As of being in the entity's realm they are grey, they used to have that skin colour but now they don't. They're grey : specifically wraith is a descendant of darkseid and hag is made up of litteral twigs and swamp related items.

This post isn't intended to sound racist at all, if it does in some way I apologise

I think you mean to say Wraith is more tainted by the Dark side. Darkseid is a DC comic book super villain.

  • Perk

Back in Black : Instantly put yourself in the dying state to resurrect a fallen team mate in the injured state who will remain in the trial for 40/50/60 seconds. Must be done within 5 meters of a broken sacrificial hook.

    "Klatuu!....Verata!....Ni *cough*!"

    Or this might work

Flickering Hope : For each dead survivor gain a token up to 3. Any hit from a killer that would put you in the dying state instead would summon a mirage of a fallen teammate who will stun the killer for 3 seconds.

(Increases your chances of being the killers obsession)

"I will have my vengeance in this life, or the next."

  • Some of my personal favs/opinion bests would be:

    Dying Light

    Thanatophobia

    Pop goes the Weasel

    Overcharge

    Brutal Strength

    Bbq and Chili

    Dark Whispers

    Sloppy Butcher

    Make your choice

    Huntress Lullabye

    Rancor

  • David main:

Resilience: final buff reaches 10% faster for repair, healing, sabo (etc)

We're Gonna Live Forever: Anytime you unhook someone the killers aura is revealed to you and the person you unhooked for 3 seconds.

Urban Evasion: When you break into a sprint from a crouched position you leave no scratches marks for 2 seconds.

Spine Chill: Gain a notification when the killer is looking in your direction from 40 meters away.

    Michael Myers main:

Bbq and Chili: Auras of survivors are revealed when they are 20-40 meters away.

Dying Light: Anyone who isn't the obsession receives a penalty of 5% speed per token to healing, repair, sabo (etc)

So you also have 2-3K hours and are tired of facing survivors 15 ranks above you? If you are agreeing, then i assume it must be true. Otherwise, maybe we should discuss the fact that he’s clearly lying? At least acknowledge it? Either that or he’s a horrendous killer with entitlement issues. Take your pick. It’s one or the other.

  • Welcome to war kid. Everyone is having a bad time playing killer even the ones who swear up and down they aren't. In a 4v1 match no matter who has the power it's a simple numbers game. More chances of survivors either out playing you or wasting your time to get 5 Gens done and open the gates by your 2-3rd hook. Even if you are some godly killer that usually gets 3-4k per match the survivors (especially red ranks) will harass and berate you to no end and the devs are no help. The ones who know don't care and the ones who care don't know.

  • I know how annoying moris can be as a survivor. As a killer I enjoy only ivory and ebony since I can take out a troublesome or toxic survivor. Which in turn creates instant pressure.

As for keys I haven't used one but give the last survivor a break if they were able to find the hatch before being the last one. It's annoying to be the one to find it closed only for the killer to spot and come back to close it when it's 1 v 1.

  • I have plenty of shards so I might buy him after a few months when they work on his kinks or nerf him even more.

  • I personally will proxy camp a hook if I know there are people hiding ready to run up and unhook unless I see them far away with bbq then I'll move away from the hook a good distant to cut saviors off. The only time I truly face camp is if I catch that one very toxic tbagger or flash clicker etc.

  • I used to run it alot but not so much anymore. Now I try to improve my pressure game and not worry about the end game so much. I will say I sometimes use it on my weaker killers who are being Gen rushed out the B-hole.

  • I thought about running it but I often find myself finding a health pack in a chest or am able to get gens done quick enough that I don't have the time to sit around and heal when my resilience pops and get out of there 9% faster.

  • I wish they gave you options for DRs. Like make it so you can choose to only get dailies for survivor or killer. It's annoying to spend BP on survivors I don't play just to be decent in game and complete said dailies.

  • First and foremost don't be toxic. Wether survivor or killer please be respectful to the opposing faction. You'll find ALOT of toxicity on both sides in games you'll play. For survivor make sure to learn how to loop and juke and be stealthy. As for killer learn how to shut down loops and play mind games with survivors and for God sake don't be afraid to take a swing near a pallet. Idk how many times some cocky survivor was looping me while injured and I got them down at the last swing before they stunned me.

  • Speaking on a personal level I tend to tunnel any survivor(s) being toxic and do every toxic trick I know to make sure they die. Even going as far as to (thank God they didn't have DS) pick them up and drop them far from the hatch or exit gate and then just knock them down again until they died on the ground.

  • I honestly hope it's not. There are other iconic killers from cinema that can be added to the roster first before going bottom barrel.

  • You could always use the perk and then DC from the match since you we're gonna jump ship anyhow. Make sure they lose that Commodious Toolbox or Rangers Medkit or other purple or red goodie lol. Go big or go back to Fortnite.

  • I respect any Ghostface that is actually good and not a toxic tbagging C you N T. Other then that good Huntress and Nurse and Trappers get kudos from me.

  • Its a good perk to be sure but now a days you get many killers camping the hook or just outside the range if they are smart and wait for the next hero to save the day.

  • The Cenobite (has to be since its new liscenced killer time)

Or The Prisoner (maybe outside the box for werewolf)

  • Because I go against the grain and play my own way. My perks are Urban Evasion, Spine Chill, Resilience and We're Gonna Live Forever. It's kind of an all around decent build for what I like to do and have plan-B s. Sure DS looks like fun but I'm not the strongest in chases or looping and BT doesn't suit my vampire hook needs lol.

  • Decrease the stun time and I wouldn't have as much of a problem with it. 5 seconds for almost any ability that powerful is down right ridiculousness.

  • My survivor. My whole build is around stealth and then I have WGLF so I can leech off my teams hooks. I sometimes have a hard time finding very stealthy survivors as killer on maps even balanced ones. Now if it was my Doc vs my survivor that would be more 50/50.

  • Yui and Kate are very sexy. Jane is thicc which is super nice. Top 3 for sure.

  • I actually got into DBD by watching Markiplier playing with his YouTube buddies. Seemed like a fun game and when I found out it was on Xbox I jumped right in.

  • Currently its Doctor since I love his new ability and makes finding survivors so much easier and fun. I used to play Myers alot since he's a top fav and love his peek a boo game. Don't play him or Huntress much anymore since the ruin nerf. Most other killers I barely touch since I'm tired of hearing 3 gens pop in the first 4 minutes of a game.

  • I sure as hell would. I loved the perk on killer cause it's a nice time waster and on survivor it teachs me to be more mobile and stealthy. It was a great perk and they..."ruined" it 😅
