For A tier, we recently got the Oni and new Doctor. Both have good map pressure, tracking, and chase potential while having weaknesses that can be crippling at certain points (Oni in the early game and Doctor if his Static Blast completely misses and dropping pallets early against his shock). I'd add in Pallet Freddy because without his pallets up, he's just an M1 Killer in chases. You have to bring the Survivor to an area with Dream Pallets.
For S tier, the last one we got was Snare Freddy back in July. Great map pressure and chase potential. I don't think we'll ever get another S tier Killer again though. We got lucky with Snare Freddy.

Pretty sure the DC penalties are automatic.

will you guys fix the inability to mend during tier 3 madness? or is that intended game mechanics because you guys can't play test your game?
The devs said on their last stream (which was shortly after the new Doctor released) that it’s fine.
-
I don't think so. The devs prefer to just fix these issues instead of fixing them and punishing the players abusing them.

Just sit on the side of the hook, at hit the survivor, people cry over everything these days.
Then those Survivors aren't positioning themselves correctly. If they're out of position, then of course you'll be able to hit them.
-
No. Hell no. Doctor is strong, but not OP, which is great. We need more strong Killers. Unfortunately some Survivors just want to gen rush and loop every Killer into oblivion and they start crying when that gets changed. Then they proceed to complain when they see the same Killers in red ranks.
Freddy’s add-on changes were because of how unfun Forever Freddy was for a lot of people. Doctor doesn’t have any combo like that yet.
-
Ooh, it’s a big ######### you to keys. I like it. Kinda wish the Survivor would still drop the item and have the game give you your item back if the Killer DCs though.
-
I take it you don’t play on console at all? Due to sensitivity limitations and ######### optimization, 360s are much, much harder to hit and can make a Survivor almost untouchable.
Also, why aren’t you using the attack CD to get distance on the Killer? Sounds like you’re just out in the open or trying to bully the Killer.
-
That bug got fixed around a week ago. Did it suddenly return?
-
Watching that hurt me. This video shows exactly why second chance perks shouldn't activate in the endgame.

I like the idea of a 10 ft snake as a killer! Silent, strong, swift! But one major downfall, windows..... 😂
It can bite the window and fling itself over it.

Look at the triple tunnel thread, how is this an anti-tunnel perk?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=13&v=0ARvCdB5plw&feature=emb_title
Lol that is tunneling you entitled Killer main. You're supposed to show the Survivors the way out and wish them good luck in their next trial. It's in the Survivor rulebook. You really think that you're allowed to HOOK the Survivors?
-
It should not work on any grab, especially lockers. Lockers are becoming way too safe these days. It should be dangerous to enter one. Running DS means that you can enter a locker without fear of being hooked. It's also BS to find a Survivor in a locker only to realize that they have DS active.
-
Oh boy.
- He moves much slower than a Survivor while charging the shock.
- You can dodge the shock
- You can drop pallets early.
- Freddy is stronger than Doc. He can easily replace his snares. Bad comparison.
- Clown being limited to four bottles and having to reload shows how bad he is, not that Doctor's OP. Unless you want every Killer to be on the same level as Clown?
- Get good.

Pretty sure most don't risk giving someone an epileptic seizure though. Those flashes might.
Is there not a warning before like every video game that says to be careful if you have epileptic seizures?
-
It shouldn’t activate off any grab (especially lockers, DS makes them way too safe) and if you hook another Survivor first. If the Killer managed to down both of you in 60 seconds, then someone made a mistake or the Killer just outplayed both you. Your teammates should also be working on gens while this is happening.
-
A tier. He’s pretty damn good now. You have an easier time shortening loops, constantly receive information on where the Survivors are at, and Madness 3 helps slow the game down.
-
@killerpunch said:
First killers can Mori after one hook second survivors have to do gens +1 to the number of survivors left then find hatch third yes we can find it in a chest or bring it in but there is a perk called Franklin's demise right 🤔 but killer mains will keep crying until no one will play survivor because you have no chance IMO,😒
Ah yes, I can totally predict when the game will give the Survivor a key and I’ll waste a single perk slot just for that one specific situation.
Also it’s the other way around. There’s actually not that many people playing Killer. Survivor queue times are increasing.

Oh yea sorry I forgot about the immense skill required to hook a survivor.
I’m talking about an actual good team. They can loop for a Killer for long enough to get the Hatch to spawn or all five gens done. The Killer can Mori 1 or 2 Survivors only to have the others jump down the Hatch because of Hatch spawn rules.

Sadly keys aren't insta-wins :(
So we’re just going to ignore the hook condition that Moris have? Being good at looping can completely deny a Mori. I’m not denying that they need nerfs, but they aren’t the instawin feature that people think they are.
-
Keys shouldn’t be available in chests unless the Killer can do something similar with a Mori. Key rarity should also be increased until they get nerfed.
-
Tie between maps and matchmaking.
-
They either had an unintentional DC or they felt bullied, so they closed their game to deny you BP and make your BPS useless. Some players like to go ham and deny the opposing side as many BPs as possible when someone brings in streamers. Survivors that are normally chill might decide to sweat buckets if the Killer has a BPS.
-
I think the bigger problem here is that the dedicated servers are ######### us over and making the swing hit something else. It's worse on console because of the lower sensitivity. Fix those two problems first and then we can see if it's really the turn speed or not.
-
It would mean they have pay attention to Demogorgon (cosmetics don't count). It has way too many portal add-ons and some of the numbers on them are pathetic.
-
Does this mean Coldwind and Red Forest are also gone?
🦀🦀
-
The devs seem to be terrified of making DCs count toward anything that isn’t bloodpoints. They don’t even count towards some of your Emblem points anymore.
-
He’s still kinda new and there’s more potatoes in red ranks, so he’s probably performing better than average. I think we’ll have to wait a couple of months before we can determine whether he’s truly overperforming or not.
-
Probably PTSD from when Mettle of Man was broken.
If you’re running the Ashy Slashy cosmetic, then they might be tunneling you to prevent a possible key escape. Keys are so small that the puppet covers them in the lobby.

It's not your fault if the Doctor deliberately avoids you to hit that person. You can only body block so much. I'd argue it should change for the sake of consistency.
By the time Doctor gets around the bodyblock, there should be some gen progress made by the other Survivors. You can also Mend the other Survivor yourself and then they can Snap Out of It. It also doesn’t cover a Survivor using a Styptic Agent. That’s 100% on them.
I think snapping out of it taking priority over mending is fine because that’s what Doctor’s power is supposed to do. It locks you out of every action (minus the ones that could allow you to hold the game hostage). Deep Wound becomes an actual threat against Doctor and not just an extra visual effect. More Killers should be able to use DW to their advantage. Doctor is just the beginning.

Downing people with Deep Wounds is usually seen as an exploit. Freddy can't do it anymore btw.
Could you not just bodyblock the Survivor before DW has a chance to activate?
Also how is this an exploit if it’s the Survivors’ fault for letting DW activate? It’s either them using a Styptic Agent or teammates failing to bodyblock. It’s not like Doctor can apply Deep Wound himself. It’s always the Survivors in this case.
When did Freddy get changed? The last changes I remember to him were rope add-on nerfs.
-
It's supposed to do that. It's done this since Deep Wound's inclusion. Doctor is one of the two Killers (the other being Freddy) who can get something out of Deep Wound, and it should stay that way. If you go down, then it's because you or your team let it happen.
-
People came through on their promise to quit Killer after all of the nerfs and the matchmaking system is supposed to look for players within six ranks of you.
I can guarantee that BHVR somehow never saw this coming.
-
No. What else are you supposed to do? Go watch the Survivors tbag at the gate?
-
I dodge when they have a key or at least two toolboxes.
-
Pray.
-
Buff. Doctor is now a strong Killer. He doesn’t need to switch modes to shock and his Static Blast gives him so much information and helps keep pressure on the Survivors.
-
Low A tier.
-
Doctor is strong, but not OP.
- Doctor cannot spam his Static Blast, as it has a 60 second cooldown.
- If your complaint is about his shock therapy, then you're either camping pallets or at unsafe ones. His base range is so short that if you get shocked, chances are he was going to hit you anyways. Dropping pallets early helps counter the stun.
-
As Survivor, only with other healing boosts.
As Killer, I love it. Stay in that corner for half a minute and everything will be okay.
-
How about we make Thrilling Tremors work like PGTW instead?
-
It’s one of the billion sound bugs that this game has. We most likely won’t see it fixed until 2035.
-
I’d love it. However, getting Survivors to accept a DS nerf is going to be very tough. A lot of them can’t function without their arsenal of second chance perks.
-
Seriously? Another one of these? Doctor is strong, but not OP, which is 100% fine. We need more strong Killers, unless you want to keep seeing the same Killers over and over again.
- His base shock range sucks. You have to be really close in order for it to be effective. The only good add-on for his shock is the Moldy Electrode.
- Dropping the pallet early prevents him from using the stun effectively.
- If he misses his Static Blast, then he has to wait a full minute to get it back.
- Hiding in lockers, using Calm Spirit, or just getting out of his terror radius means that Static Blast won't affect you.
- Like with the rest of the Killer cast, hope that your teammates don't suck.
It seems like you don't like to adapt to different playstyles and just want to beat every Killer the same way. If you struggle to loop someone for five gens, then that's a problem and the Killer needs to be nerfed. You just need time to get used to the new Doctor. BHVR took an ok Killer who wasn't played super often and gave him some pretty good buffs, so now a lot more people are playing as him.
-
There's tons of Killer bugs that the devs haven't addressed. They didn't even address the instablind bug (where you automatically get the blinded screen even though you weren't fully blinded), unless I missed it.
There's not very many Survivor bugs out there because the devs rush to fix them ASAP. I guarantee that when the gameplay team realized that DS was bugged, they dropped everything and rushed to fix it just to keep the Survivors happy.
-
I experienced it a couple times shortly after his rework was released, but it seems to have slowed down. There's two reasons that Survivors are doing this (not counting IRL situations):
- They're salty that Doctor is now a strong Killer and are trying to get him nerfed. They know how effective DCs can be, so they're just going to DC until all of the Killers play by the Survivor Rulebook. These DCs mainly happen in the middle of the game.
- They're simply tired of playing against him since his pick rate increased. These DCs will probably happen at the beginning of the game when they figure out that the Killer is Doctor.
-
Nea when it comes to nerfs.
For reworks, I can’t decide between Clown, Legion, or Leatherface.
-
Doctor easily. He wants his victims to suffer. He'll kill you once only to bring you back to life and repeat the process all in the name of science. At least the others (even Mikey) just want you dead and that's it.
-
I think the devs forgot about the achievement, just didn’t care about it, or like BS achievements that are unfun as #########.
-
- That can actually be a good thing. Survivor queue times are already long because there's too many people trying to play as one. Players leaving will shorten them.
- Doctor has been able to do this for years. You're just not used to him yet because not a lot of people played him until his rework.
- His shock is completely counterable. You just have end your loops early. It is also really short without add-ons. The only add-on that's worth it is the common one. The other two increase his charge time by too much.
- If you guys are quitting over a Killer getting buffed instead of trying to adapt, then maybe the game will be better off without you. Sorry that Killers are getting stronger and forcing you to use different strategies instead of just gen rush or run in a circle for five minutes.
-
Just make BT not activate after the gates are powered.
Also Doctor and Freddy can make BT useless, so you can use them if you really have a problem with the perk.
-
He’s been able to do this for years now, except he only moved at 110% speed instead of 115% back then. Sounds like you just need to get used to playing against him now that he’s been buffed.

Tested it in KYF, if the Survivor positions correctly you CAN NOT hit them and a clip on the first page of this Thread shows that even tantruming into the hook with Bubba doesn't hit them
Do you have any footage from that session? The only clip I saw is the one from Zubat. What I did during my games was move to the side with the Survivor facing me and I managed to hit them.
