I personally never care. Sure I'll be like 'You little [Bad Word]' and then go after you, but chances are I have Hangman's Trick or Iron Grasp and can get you to a hook easily.
Cause one way or another someone IS going on a hook.
Other then that, it's either I catch you, hook then hit you, and leave. Or you don't finish, I catch or lose you, and the game continues from there. It all depends on the killer.

Rancor shows no auras. It shows your last possible location. There isn't much I can say about Rancor, and it sucks I know. But the only counter as I see it, is by praying that you are far enough to hide. My cousin and friend that have been affected survived before since me and another friend were able to protect both once they were affected.
The greatest counter is being in SWF, otherwise, hide.

I had a Pig game once where a Laurie ran OoO once. Needless to say I killed everyone after I decided to punish the Laurie (she tried to be a toxic piece of [Bad Word], I obliged and became toxic as well). She dced after recognizing I was not gonna let her live.
(Let me say this, I play the game no matter what is there. Billy Boi? Why not. Four Flashlights/Toolboxes/Combo? Don't care, there are counters. Insta heals? They bought themselves precisely five seconds. A Legion/Lagion, whatever, I will either survive or die.)
(Why can't more killers and survivors be like me?)

Dwight, Meg, Claudette, and Jake all died lost in the woods. They weren't super creative with these back stories, but the game was brand new.
Ace poofed when all his underworld debts were being called in.
Nea died spray painting the Nurses home (the asylum)
Feng essentially killed herself with depression and drinking
David is hinted at dying from a bad underwold debt collection (maybe he went after ace?)
Adam died in a train wreck.
Jeff.... probably passes out in the cold snow and dies of to many cheeseburgers.
Kate is the only survivor to be described as actively taken while alive, and her backstory is great. But a little lame cause she didn't escape a clown. However, if you take a living person to a plane of the dead, are they still alive?
@SmokePotion I'm actually pretty sure Bill, Tapp, and Adam (haven't read his story so I will take your word for it) are the only ones confirmed dead. The backstories just were probably a afterthought and weren't fully developed for the older characters or the newer original characters (in terms of how on Earth they ended up in the realm of the Entity).
@Apoch It was (sorta) confirmed by the Devs that Death was not an escape and they all just end up at the camp fire one way or another. I would have to assume that quantum immortality is in play when they are sacrificed however. You might have some ground with that theory.

Has uh... Has any person here who advocated dcing against a Legion actually played Legion at r1? Or any high rank where SWF is prevalent? Cause let me tell you even with FMT (or whatever add on is in that people cry about) I get completely obliterated by a good group.
110 movement speed, a power that barely does what was intended to do, etc. Legion suffers from what legitimately every other killer can suffer from.
Sure they can yeet over pallets and windows but... So what? I can just slap on Bamboozle on my Trapper and be a much better Legion.
Anyways I don't want to go on a large rant or give a wall of text. But Legion isn't that bad, and as many have said, you will not get better against a Legion if you just up and dc. Everything in this game has counters, I guess some people just figured that a counter to Legion was not to play him in the first place.
So I suppose those same people should just not play a online game where other people wanna have fun too? Muse on that before deciding your actions.

One problem I have is that you are using a wall of text and it took me a bit to read. But... I shall be respectful and try to answer you the best I can. I would pick your points out but due to the wall of text I can't really do much.
NoEd has the prerequisite of being a Hex Perk, and thus, destroyable.
I agree most NoEd users can be bad killers, but then what about people like me? If I run NoEd I usually do not run Ruin, so am I a bad killer despite the fact I can go without any perks that actually do something to help me in the trial yet can still kill survivors? The answer is no.
I understand that NoEd is frustrating, but it's on Survivors who do not break the totems that messed up. It's especially on survivors for rewarding bad killers with kills by Altruism. So while NoEd essentially punishes Survivors for surviving in theory, in practice it's a Survivor's fault for not cutting loses and going when they could. (I play solo and if I'm not sure if all totems are removed then I wait at the gates then leave if I see NoEd activate.)
NoEd has went through several interactions before. While it certainly has never had a token system before, it did have a time based system before. Wonder why it was removed in favor of a Hex Perk?
A token system is a terrible thing especially when it could be useless, and the way you phrase things it might even be worth it.
What about this?
NoEd is no longer a Hex Perk, but you have a 5% movement speed increase when all generators are powered. You also gain the ability to insta down all survivors ONCE per person. Afterwards, if they healed up and you hit them again, they wouldn't go down on the first hit again. That fair for you?
(I never did understand why anyone considered NOEd to be equal to DS. Adrenaline is much more closer, especially if used right.)

@PhantomMask20763 Killer power. Since I can get more use, like using Billy Boi's chainsaw to get to school faster, and Nurse's Blink to get up to the cafeteria of my school so I don't need to use the stairs.
Of course if I wanna be alone I could ding my bing bong and avoid people (will the sun burn me?) Course if I want a heart attack I could use Feral Frenzy.

Nowhere did @TreemanXD ever claim they were the boss of the chat room or otherwise. They have showed more respect by merely existing then you have by answering. I cannot speak for this person, but I guarantee they have a must better history then you.
As for @pemberley , it's a nice idea. Paired with No Mither, Resilience, and This is Not Happening, could be a god send for those that like being heros. And more points would always be nice.

Dunno how many times it has to be said. Legacy ain't coming back. It looks really nice, however, it was from a time where the Bloodweb was hell to get through.
It's easier for us folks now, but the people who had to struggle before have earned those skins.
If you want discount Legacy, buy the Hallowed Blight outfits. Otherwise, please don't ask.
(No, I don't have Legacy. But I want the people who earned it to feel special for having it. Don't take that away.)

But the AI has been fixed ever sense Safehouse nightmare and what ever the other heist was( I know it was awful) so the AI will revive you on Santa's Workshop "Sometimes"
@Hoodedfengm1n I love Pimped Out Getaway. For the most part I tried to avoid going down on that map. I'm successful 90% of the time, 75% of the time.
Unfortunately I played on console, so I didn't see/get the change when I was playing. They never saved me unless I was sniffing their arses.

I hate that I missed the opportunity to have my username be 'BloodTracker (or Blood_Tracker)'. I love the perk as it really saves my arse. Especially on the Legion when I need to find someone who managed to escape (I don't intentionally cheese chases).

@Hoodedfengm1n Before I unfortunately had to delete Payday 2, I noticed that the AI had become way more #########. I once went down in the Santa's Workshop and the damned AI never once went to help me. I played several other levels and since then I've rarely been revived. And my cousin/friends have rarely touched Payday, so I couldn't group up with smarter people.

I did One Down before, but I needed an MG42 (you know what the lmg is) with some of the most overpowered attachments in the game to complete it, and it was the gold heist at the bank

That being said I certainly enjoy playing as the Legion, and going against them is pretty fun. But whether or not they get buffed or not is not really something I generally care about. So long as they don't get nerfed to high hell.

You have also forgotten that lockers do not hide Survivors from the Legion's Killer Instincts. Allowing you to grab a survivor off a locker if they thought hiding would save them.
This is no place for cowards.

As far as I know, there is only one room that resembles a classroom. There was a tiny table with chairs around and that's it. I am talking about something like meat plant, pig's map. 2 floors with many classrooms etc. Of course, Outlast 2's school map would be too big for DbD but something similar to it would be cool.
