Absolutely!
There are times I’m just patrolling gens to see which one is getting worked on. I’ll just walk through a pallet and boom it’s slapped on me and I get jump scared.
There is also sometimes I will check lockers out of the thought of there is no way they just hid in there. Usually, they do in fact not go in a locker but the few times they do and despite I’m looking for just that it always scares me.
-
Literally choose any other angle and go around?
-
I love playing as him and going against him. There really isn’t anyone I dislike going against. He actually changes the way you need to play so I like it just like other killers who change up the usual play style. Hold W, fake pallets and window preferably without an item in your hand and make it seem you will loop an area that loses line of sight and continue to run ahead.
-
Farming it is then! Or being there when they unhook.
I get the disdain for some challenges that may require farming but like most challenges you don’t have to. It will be hard to get but there are very legitimate ways to get this done and even just play styles. You can do it legitimately and possibly wait awhile or 1st game or farm and almost guarantee it first game. I like these because it gives you the option so if you want to legitimately get it while trying then you can and it’s a hard challenge but eventually doable. If that gets too hard and you have done the rest of the challenges there is always the easier route.

As i said other times here, i play killer too... mostly killer than survivor, but when i play this last role, i often face killers who say in chat: "You toxic tryhards... why the genrush? Can you do something different than just pressing M1?". It happens many times. End of game and in chat you meet an angry person who says the magic words: "you toxic genrushers". A part giving a new meaning to the word "toxic", is the "genrush" survivors fault? The game has one simple rule: "complete 5 generators in order to escape the trial and the killer must stop you to do so". What am i supposed to do in order to avoid the genrush based on your logic? Wandering around random, organizing parties with my teammates, doing absolutely nothing but giving you all the time necessary to hook every single one of us? Every time i hear this excuse, i cry out laughing. C'mon, killers, isn't that a pathetic and childish excuse for being a failure at the game? If i was able to "genrush" you, is because you gave me all the time to do it. Ez. So who's the fault? Me? I'm playing survivor, my job is do gens, juke you a couple of times and escape. Period. Your job is stopping me. Just do your job and if you wasn't able to do it, just say "gg wp" and move on!
I play both but think it comes from the cycle of both sides doing it and of course the people behind it. One side will say try hard and the other will say the same. One person will complain about gen rush and then killer brings noed and then survivors complain about noed so then survivors will focus on totems and gens respectively and still get the job done and then killer may not like that so starts slugging/ camping. Although gen rushing is a thing and with coordinated 4man there isn’t much you can do as killer but most of the time you aren’t going against those. Both sides complain about the similar stuff and feed into each other doing the things they don’t like. I agree with your sentiment and do exactly that and just say gg and move on but others don’t do that and will take it upon themselves to make the next match miserable for survivors or vice versa which is where I think personality plays a part in the game play. You can’t control what someone complains about as valid or invalid as it may be so it’s good to sometimes just leave or maybe explaining to them what may have happened on their end. May not always work but it’s nice to try to explain to someone and they are willing to listen or come to middle ground.

Personally none. But PH and myers look cool
I mean I use to say that as well since other than the achievement which I got way back no point in prestiging due to no real increase in better items and just bloody cosmetic. I am at a point now though that everyone has all perks so other than playing for more addons and offerings there isn’t much to be actually done until next chapter. I build up bloodpoints using the last of the increase in blood point offerings on that character and repeat until p3 so it’s just something to work towards.

For me twin feel clunky and not rewarding to play with the effort i put in my match unless i decide to camp every hook with viktor i dont think i will play her until she get a buff or some major QOL improvement
She feels clunkier now than before and even when she brings out victor it feels worse than before. I haven’t done a comparison but something is definitely off. Her play style to me rather than before where it could be dynamic and could change it when you wanted to depending on the situation now feels linear. Like you said place victor near hook until you hear heart beats or attempt to keep everyone injured with victor which legion does better already.

@Pulsar said:
There are like, 5 Twins mains.
This nerf did not need to happen and the feedback given supported that idea. NOBODY asked for it.
All it does is encourage Twins players to camp, since they are punished ludicrously hard for daring to do anything else.
I know some people complained because they didn’t like their snowball or slugging potential but this was bit much. Especially for a successful hit they shouldn’t be punished more than any other killer for landing it. The changed addons are nicer but feel like none of them changed enough or anything to really notice. Especially not enough to warrant that length of time after a successful hit.

One I want but belongs to license is the big daddy drill from bioshock!
In general feel like some large weapons or unique weapons would be great to add. Zweihander, war hammer or a very large scythe would be amazing. Unique weapons like something with fire could be cool, a whip of sorts or something just really outlandish like typewriter as a weapon. Last one maybe a persons body like in a body bag similar to how Jason killed someone in a movie or a body part.

I don't see escape in there.
This is true. I feel like it usually never did or shouldn’t. I wish I had an example before and after update other than what’s above to see if I am just dumb and never noticed or something. Ignore my statement regarding it as a bug. Wording wise it’s working exactly as intended but not specified and such a niche endgame problem to have. Thank you for clarification!
-
Yeah just report it as bug! You should also know that your save the best for last stacks were going up even though the obsession left and was not in game which is also a bug!
-
I use to never until about a month ago or so for anyone but now I’m doing it for only killers not survivors. All my characters were all level 50 with all their perks including survivors. Had lots of bloodpoints but debated would it be that fun to just buy more addons and not working towards something or shall I prestige who I want and work on getting them p3 using other killers and then continue on to the next until they are all p3. Now I have demo, pyramid head and trickster at p3 so might as well continue.
-
Thank you all found it and it’s working nicely!

Yeah there is an intensity setting, that’s default to 0.
also are you yourself colorblind?
Yes to a moderate extent with having deuteranopia. Enough that it’s difficult but not impossible for me to discern if given enough time. Scratch marks you don’t have a lot of time to discern and definitely did not seem to change or help with anything when I tried to switch them.
-
@indieeden7 said:
Have you turned the intensity up?
I didn’t seen any intensity just the different types of colorblind modes but no changes. Tried all of them but need deuteranope. I will look for an intensity scaling when I get back. Thank you in advance if there is one.

Good luck! I have prestiged him to p3 but I can’t continue to use him as he is. You are a better person than me.

It looks like your deathslinger has a bandanna over his face.. how did you get that skin? If that's not it, which skin are you using?
Sorry replying so late life got busy but yeah no bandana just the anniversary 4 skin. My camera took picture and guess as he was moving it blurred it so that it looks like a bandana.
-
Think it’s fair considering the amount of stalk you need to get in the first place just to use it and survivors will easily know either when he has it by killing someone or his open hand where you just hop in a locker or jump a pallet over and boom his entire addon negated.

Glad it helped you. DS is pretty good when you play him well. I've been 3-4king with him in red ranks very consistently almost since he released so I can assure you that he's viable for playing in red ranks while also beiing really fun.
For the reeling question, generally yes, if you walk backwards you lessen their ability to move sideway significantly (be sure to adjust your movement to sides according to the movement of your chain/them) and if you walk towards them they can move much more. Overall it's a good idea to be used to walking backwards whenever you land a shots and it's viable to reel them to you (no objects that would break the chain are in the way). Ofc there are quite a few scenarios where it's required to do something different (mostly when outplaying loops) but for almost any longshot you're better off to walk back so that they can't mess up your chain. It's a learning process, to know how to play each shot correctly.
If you stay still (no reason to do that I'm pretty sure) and reel you'll be pulling them towards you but slower and they'll still have decent control over the chain. Not advised.
Ok awesome thank you! I’ll take this all with me into my matches and hopefully by end of today I can have a better understanding.

I’m not a death slinger god but I have played him since release.
add ons: the terror radius addons are a bit gimmicky but can useful in niche situations. A good addon combo to use for starting him will be the reduce shot cool down this will encourage you to shoot the gun more often.
range indicators: his range with his gun is 18m. 18m may seem short to some but you be surprised by what’s considered 18m. Their is a unique score event called sharpshooter you will only get this score event by catching the survivor with your maximum range while this is great for both bloodpoints and a potential down this is the most dangerous shot to make due to the breakout bar will be more then likely close to full when reeling in.
reeling: when you have a survivor on your spear the survivor on attack will shift their body towards you this is where either the shot was a miss or a hit. When you reel in the survivor you need to back up to have the most control. The only time to move forward with the reel is if a survivor is blocking the survivor from MOVING to you. Coming back to first point, when I said the survivors body shift toward you when speared is when you do corner shots ex(I shoot a survivor at the door to the entrance of the garage in gas heaven on hit move immediately back so the survivor can’t get stuck on the wall and so you shifted the survivor back to the door of the entrance).
last point: deathslinger is about predictions the Speer when shot has a travel time the equivalent of a charged huntress throw but It is not a hitscan def(the bullet has no travel time and is a instant hit or miss) therefore you will need to watch the survivors how they run and loop each survivor is different but their is one thing to keep in mind, be careful about OVERESTIMATEING what I mean is try not to assume everyone in your lobby knows how to dodge slingers or any range killer they may just run in a straight line and you assume they are going to dodge but really they are just running without a plan.
Thanks for the tips! Really helps and will keep it all in mind as I try out new build and maybe test with my own made up ones covering up some of his own weaknesses.

Deathslinger stronger than huntress... ?
https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/A9YAKY4HN61N/image.png
Well I can give you the best BIS build for Deathslinger:
- Monitor & Abuse = literally the best perk for him, this + his addons, you can get in shooting range without survivors hearing your terror radius... Wierd design if you ask me, considering huntress is a ranged killer as well so you can hear her humming from a mile away. But that's a topic for another post
- Save The Best for Last (STBL) = Easily one his best BIS perks. You can shoot the obsession and let the chain break, thus giving you a free hit, but you are stunned for a considerable amount of time.... It's fantastic for the other 3 survivors as Deathslinger's entire power is focused on chasing, and as soon as you end it, the better for you.
I will now introduce some other flex perks, ran with those 2 perks above ^
- Nurse's Calling
- Sloppy Butcher
Thanks to your terror radius being so small and so hard to hear + monitor and abuse alone, can get your some really nice kills with nurses's calling as you can essentially sneak up on people. Addons are just the cherry on top really at this point. Sloppy I don't have to explain, it's to buy you more time.
- Noed
- Corrupt Intervention
You are prepared for both the start and the end game. Corrupt is quite good for the start of the game, don't forget you are a slow killer after all. You excel in chases but hitting shots can be tricky and sometimes very punishing. This perk can help you in that regard, getting that early down without worrying 1 or 2 gens might pop, sometimes 3...
As for NOED I don't need to explain. Makes you faster, and when you shoot and hook someone, you can instantly down them.
- Nurse's Calling
- PGTW / Ruin
Probably the best 2 perks you can mix together. You have a perk to regress gens and one to give you Info, usually what I see most Deathslingers run when I go against them
- Ruin / PGTW
- Corrupt Intervnention
You essentially hate gen rushers and focused mainly on getting fast downs and regressing gens.
- PGTW / Ruin
- NOED
Classic Combo, you tried your best, and now are prepared to turn the tables in the end-game
-------
As for other perk combos:
- Sloppy butcher
- Nurses's Calling
- Corrupter Intervention
- Monitor & Abuse
Anothher mix of perks that go well together. Corrupt help with early game, Monitor to surprise survivors most of the time granting you a free hit, Nurses's Calling and Sloppy just a great mix all-together
- Monitor&Abuse
- Save the Best for Last
- NOED - I'd replace this with BBQ nowadays
- Nurse's Calling - I'd replace this with PGTW / Ruin nowadays
This USED to be.. BY FAR, the strongest combo for Deathslinger, hands down. You can switch Nurse's for a gen-regressing perk or Monitor but I'd choose Nurses's personally. I haven't seen any Deathslingers run this... in a long... long while.
You can mix and match the perks you like
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As for tactics:
- Fake your shot, press right click to aim, then down again. Sometimes the survivor will try to dodge your attack, thus, granting you a free hit since you now closed distance between you and him. You have no penalty for doing so, other than a small movement one but that's easily ignorred
- Predict your shots, you get this with experience really, the more you play, the better you're gonna predict
- Don't go for long shots unless you are extremely confident or the survivor just runs in a straight line and doesn't look behind, I'm looking at you Meg...
- Treat Windows like Huntress and go for Window Shots. Don't shoot unless the survivor vaults the window or you know exactly that he's gonna vault. You can be on other side of the window, shoot and pull a survivor close to you to get a hit
- Short loops, loops you can shoot over are the best for you as you can essentially drag survivors around the entire loop so you can land a hit
As for Addons:
- Addons that reduce reload time are pretty nice
- Addons that decrease your terror radius are good
- Addons that decrease your stun duration when a survivor breaks free are nice
- Addons that makes your chain resist more before it breaks are pretty nice as well.
- Addons that decrease your penalty for missing shots are perfect for learning deathslinger, and essentially good all-around
That's all I can think of right now, safe hunting
https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/5YUSKITIHOO0/image.png
Edit: to fix some grammar issues. I could go in much more detail, but I'm gonna let you figure out some things by yourself.
I mean I’ve just seen it a lot recently on these forums calling for a nerf for him because he is apparently so OP and some saying he’s better than huntress. I don’t agree but I also never asked how to play him by said people who thought better of him so thought it’d be good to try out stuff I haven’t seen or tried. I still don’t see it yet considering every shot I see I can make with him can be made with huntress. I think I’m going to try to focus on him baiting shots since that’s the thing he kinda has on huntress is ability to quickly threaten his ranged attack. He has tight shots he could do but usually they don’t result in much and the ability to do so doesn’t happen much either.
I have tried most of these build already except for noed but I will still experiment to see which one seems to get results and what not. Thank you.

As one of the top Deathslinger mains on leaderboards I'd say that best 3 tips for learning him is to practice your shots a lot, experiment with loops(finding out new ways to shoot&reel over them) and general good decision making on 110% killers (like when to defend certain part of the map insted of going for far gens that you won't be able to hold anyway etc).
If you're interested I've made a DS guide some time ago giving a piece of my mind on how he should be played, where he's in the meta, etc. If you're interested you can find it here:

Wow! That worked very well and better than expected. Imma consider red ranks both in the way they played and reset was quite recent so I’m assuming the purple 5s were red before reset. I chose addons that would help me experiment with shots so faster reloading and aiming down sight walking speed for added pressure if they are too fidgety it will result in a hit. I’m going to keep trying this build and other builds from others. If anything it has helped me at least find a good base build for him.
I do have a question though for reeling. I see a lot of people say if you back up while reeling they struggle less but if you walk forward that’s where they can do those wide sweeps resulting in getting stunned is that true? I remembered trying to do both in my game and seemed like they were unable to move as much when going back so if so that’s another way I have been playing incorrect. Also what happens if DS stays still while reeling is it in between or is it always good to just back up?

Doing stuff for individual SWF groups as you said as maybe BP incentive or maybe debuff to them could work but that even to other companies would be hard considering what has to go into implementing not just the changes but a system to detect it and all that. Preferably, I want like a huge long PTB where they test this but they need to buff solo to the point of everything being as powerful as swf If not a little below all the while testing to buff killers around this as well. This is necessary because as much as they like to fix things one at a time buffing solos to this point and releasing it with no buff to killer will be a nightmare. It needs to happen simultaneously so that there is no huge power shift since doing so in those case will result in people leaving the game.
-
Lots of things people already suggested BP cap increase, any disability help with color blindness or option for struggle phase to not have tapping where this mechanic can not only mess up no disability players but for those unable to constantly press that fast due to muscle or something type of disability so that they could enjoy the game and not always be essentially two hooked. There’s lots of other things that I agree with but my big one that I want is ability to see your progress in game to the emblem system with numbers and maybe xp too. This would keep a lot of things in check possibly resulting in higher level of play on both sides both knowing what progress they have made and what they are lacking and can work on in game rather than end game. This could also help with knowing when you are losing points in certain situations maybe not like healing points that you lose as killer but like if you maybe are a little too close to the hook and time has passed by looking for a survivor where you start losing points. Not that it’s a big deal as when you’re pretty good you’re not losing much to that so just a thought but at least the positive points being shown in game to what you have and maybe reduction could come when the game is over.
-
You shouldn’t derank first off because even though you say you’re at red ranks somehow it’s because you got there legitimately there was no big boost you got out of nowhere which means you belong there. Going down will put you against easier survivors and not only will you not get better but others won’t have fun since you’ll be playing not on their level. If you really want to derank don’t dc or go afk you affect a lot more than you think you do. I did it once since I wanted to climb back up but now that I know what type of negative impacts it has on the other players I’ll never do it again and am happy to just stay at rank one.
IF you absolutely HAVE TO derank just play really badly. This not only gives survivors chases and heals so that they are not affected by dc or afking but also you are engaged and rather than spending all that time just to derank and hurting others you might as well act as if you play VERY poorly so that you aren’t bringing them down with you and so that you are earning points across the way. But please reconsider deranking Because yeah some matches are tough but you only learn from your mistakes and that’s what makes you better and you got there in the first place so you belong there.
-
As survivor all stealth killers but in order Ghostface, Michael, Amanda/pig and then wraith depending on addons because no sound wraith will push him past the pig. The scares that stealth killers can get on you is amazing and can genuinely make the game terrifying with constant dread of looking where they may come from only to be possibly grabbed off the gen or getting stalked.
As killer any body with pretty plain clothes or Quentin. Obviously it’s all in my head but when playing at rank one and seeing someone in the lobby either dressed plainly or Quentin I feel like at least for me that pattern is consistent for who will be the best or give me the most trouble. I’m not scared of bright colors, keys or even players with tags showing they are swf. If you are plainly clothed or Quentin I will would myself everytime before the match because 9/10 that person has some skills.
-
Alien isolation when it came out I was so excited for. Not only was it a good looking alien game for once but also a Survival horror where rather than being not afraid and blasting them with a gun it really creates a huge sense of dread anytime it was around both with its sounds and music, incredible AI that it used on its own to not be something like other games where it can be found to have a pattern and would change constantly to every input and would learn along the way, and the Mechanics and story of the game really just meshed well to make one of the best done horror games in my opinion.
I honestly wanted to play the game so much but the game built up so much anxiety and fear around the alien and the mechanics of the game like saving along with a driving plot that legitimately interested me that I could only play for so long. No other game has done that to me to this day in horror. My heart has never been so constantly high and beat so hard that after awhile that I wasn’t taking a break to take a break I just absolutely needed to for awhile as like a benefit to me as a health reason. It’s a fantastic horror game and I hope there’s more to come and more like it .

More than anything she needs a buff. I did see someone recently post how maybe tampered timer and crate of gears can be OP but unfortunately as you said it’s RNG and CAN be op it’s mostly not OP though. Very specific circumstances have to occur such as putting on a trap at the right time before generator pops or on a hook and even then could get it off on first box.
If anything rework some addons and maybe tweak some stuff with rng people complain about. I would be ok with that as long as first box could never open a trap guaranteeing time a good amount of time wasted.
This is just what I’d be ok with happening if anything. Truly, she needs a buff and has so many counters both at detecting her, loops and the traps as well that it’s quite unnecessary. Just FYI as well she is far from having best stealth ability and I think I would give that to ghostface.
-
Creepiest in terms of just like a general sense in terms of how it looks probably has to go to Clown’s Pulcinella. Some runner ups for it could be bunny legion or hag’s or doctor’s hallowed blight cosmetics since both of theirs are possibly creepiest of the hallowed blight sets.
Creepy in my terms not only has that sense of dread but some gore on top of it giving a reason to fear on top of general creepiness and that’s why according to my opinion I think pyramid head’s paid cosmetic is scary and creepy all together. On top of the dark colors his helmet and the mysteries behind it make him creepy as is but with black and those veins ups it up a bit more. On top of that the barbed wire physically being on and in him even so much as to show his muscles and bone being revealed just gives me that extra fear considering if that’s just what’s on him what could he dish out to punish others.
-
Funnily enough my group did the same thing recently. You didn’t happen to be streaming did you? Ours was with someone streaming recently. We like to spread good gameplay around with no toxicity and just play casually unless someone is being genuinely toxic (not like if they bring a mori toxic but like actually toxic)
-
I mean you saying slight nerf tells me it’s not necessary considering if your gen was fully regressed by the time you got back to it those extra 18 seconds that it would take ruin to fully regress a gen won’t matter. The totem can be found at any time and could be gone immediately where it wasn’t even a problem but if you know ruin is active and you continue to work on your gen in fear of loss of progress then that’s on you instead of getting off early to look for it kind of the point of the perk. This isn’t even taking into account how other teammates should be doing gens while someone’s getting chased and even if it’s a mediocre average chase there’s 60seconds of them on the hook before going to next stage and if you haven’t done more than 20% of the gen then you didn’t really do much while they were getting chased.
I’ll still take you up on that offer of 180% if when ruin is destroyed that the value gets halved and is active since devs don’t want regression perks to compliment each other.
-
I don’t think it’s lazy considering the work that is undoubtedly put into this cosmetic but greed is maybe. I do wish they would make it switchable maybe even only certain aspects of it I switchable would be nice. Already through a bug you can equip just the face mask and other than the unfinished back of the head part it goes really well with other cosmetics. The bunny feng was done on feng and maybe it was so much of a hassle they didn’t want to do it for nea for this cosmetic. If it’s the blending together or clipping they hate they could always have it that only the hood is up when equipped with the gas mask. It’s not a huge deal to me because it’s a really great cosmetic by itself but would like the freedom to mix and match. I hope as they go on with these (and they definitely will) start stepping outside the boundaries with these because for now you can see a little why they may not have wanted it to mix and match but also can see that we should be able to. Future cosmetics similar to this need a real wow factor that you wouldn’t be able to do with the ability to mix and match. Extreme example like nea again let’s say they have a horror outfit for survivor where they are able to look as if half or a lot of skin was pulled off them exposing like muscle or skeleton or something similar where there is different cutoffs to where usual cosmetics would start. This would help others see the need why it would be this way for cosmetics and out of it can get an extremely cool cosmetic that’s unique by itself. I’m hoping this where it can go because with it they can really make nice cosmetics with no worry how something sits or looks if it’s all it’s own piece. But like others say if you don’t like it vote with your wallet and don’t pay. I’m hoping this is their stages to see what they can do but if it goes on to be just outfits that seemingly could be put together separately then I’ll be right there with you how you are now not being happy with it and won’t be paying for it.
-
Depends on the build and the killer as certain ones can protect hexes better or can have have a better effect with ruin. In terms of reliability pop because you’re able to use it as long as you keep hooking people. Ruin can be very good especially when paired with the information surveillance can give with it but as stated before in this thread it’s a risk that could be taken away immediately. What can be fun is running surveillance with ruin and pop as a back up but yeah overall reliability’s sake pop.

yhea but they really need to change irri head.
I mean I personally don’t care if they do or not since its not really a problem in my opinion however I do see where people are coming from so I just don’t see why they make it something like hag where it says you are reduced to one hatchet “trumps all other addons” so there’s no increase in belt size. On that note of agreement though stuff like deathslinger’s one shot requiring a large amount of distance and Demo’s “stealth” build despite the screaming and loud footsteps are quite lackluster/unfortunate because despite their rarity they are usually a hinderance rather than giving you an edge like making demo completely silent as a part of that addon SHOULD be an easy fix.

Problem is you have stuff like huntress that I hear everyone complain about and maybe they just don’t want another thing on their plate to fix later. I feel like they should make them really good again because they added variety and at times changed what their ability did entirely or have different uses. Stuff like deathslinger makes me sad because there’s so little reason to run it because despite the one shot the possibility hitting that far of a shot let alone reeling them in to get a hit even if you do manage to hit it is so small. At least half the distance so maybe it’s not 24/7 one shot like huntress but not to the point that you spend a good amount of blood points on a red item only for it to sometimes never make a difference or even use in the match.

Konami code goodies are out already

Just putting into perspective we all have those games as killer and survivor where there are no gens done so should it be on a timer instead? I would hate to be doing really well as a killer where everyone has been two hooked or at least one dead and just because there’s no gens done one guy just dc’s and ends the match for everyone. I think a timer would be better maybe a minute or so?
-
Just set your items down if you’re able to notice it in time or deal with it. We all know items is not what make a survivor good so why does it matter? I agree white ward should apply to your last item held that I don’t have a problem with but if a killer dedicated an entire perk slot to get rid of your item or as some say “standing” on top of it to get rid of it then they should. They are a better perk short and wasting very precious time to camp 1 item that you could arguably get again from a chest or do gens to have the game done. By you standing around to get your item you aren’t doing anything productive and they are counting on that. Before item retention if you just left it before it was completely used up it would also be destroyed when using franklins like immediately. Also again “no counterplay” if you fear franklins so much then go to a gen or somewhere safe and drop your item since that’s literally been the counterplay since day one until this new buff comes out it’s the exact same counterplay.

Ooo Thank you for explaining it all.
No problem! You can use them or save them but you won’t be able to gain anymore bloodpoints until you spend enough to go back below the million cap again.
-
Today the amount of 444,444 points was gifted to the community basically as an apology for the cakes being bugged along with extending the event. You had a million before but these gifted bloodpoints from them allow you to go past the limit but only with their gift. If you try to play a game with your points you have now you won’t be able to go past it.
-
They also let me go and same if someone boops my snoot! If someone doesn’t give the boop they don’t get to loop!
-
I believe they should do something about it but at the same time like others have said you can just not have it open to be looked at. If you decide to go into it that’s a little on you (only a little because still the rest is on them and is not ok with the trash that can come out of their mouths). We all have differing opinions no matter how stupid or mean they can seem to be that’s just how people are. You can just ignore them, don’t even read it or you can engage in conversation whether that’s explaining your side, calling them out on their own terrible words or stooping to their level.
-
Some good bait right here I tell yuh what!

i don’t agree with it being completely unusable if it’s a stealth killer because otherwise there’s not really a point to using it for an extra 4 meters against other killers. I believe maybe half or so meters less detection if killer is undetectable because the perk should still be usable for them but not so far that someone like pig Will either have to give up or follow scratch marks for awhile. To be fair though if you suspect spinechill all I do is walk backwards so they aren’t in my cone and that really messes them up.

You mean 105% Myers with his super loud footsteps and breathing? Headphones negate him
He’s actually like 99% or something like that with scratch mirror Myers and can’t actually catch up so on top of headphones negating him literally running forward negates it too.
-
I mean I love in door maps actually makes the game scary and actual challenge on both sides. As survivor I’m not like oh hey There’s the killer and start to get in to a safe loop and as the killer I can at least actually hear footsteps and totems are actually hidden that’s not even including what stealth killers can do. And yes I’m very much ok with scratch mirror Myers But bring a map offering anywhere else and he’s toast if you don’t like him so much and is still very beatable with getting into good line of sight positions and just headphones honestly.

Getting an item back midchase is a death sentence without pallets or dead hard and when you get hit again you have to get unhooked and go back then get healed or be healed first whatever you decide when someone could have taken it but if not yeah hide it but if you die eaely because you greeded for it you lose a hook state for no reason and may or may not escape
That’s kind of the choice with it either go down early for the item or continue your long chase. Same with pyramid heads trenches either run through and extend chase if you think you are good or avoid it possibly resulting in shorter chase. Items aren’t that hard to get you did not “earn” it in a very difficult way you just spent points for it.
-
You’re joking right you can pick up items in chests it is not that big of a deal. How are you calling for a nerf although the ptb isn’t out yet so it’s not even officially out like this and hasn’t been tested. The same tactics can be used for franklins as it is now by finding a place to hide your item.
