I don't like to use BPS as a killer because I don't want to give anything to the survivors but a painful death. I stick to the pudding.
-
@fluffybunny is the nicest person in this forum, always has something nice to add. I, on the other hand, am pure venom >:-)
-
@Detective_Jonathan Maybe you would be interested in "The Gospel of the Flying Spaghetti Monster": It has a more scientificly acurate and funnier history of the origin of the universe and the things that awaits us.
-
My objective is to make survivors miserable. I would keep tunneling whenever I can

this is a terrible idea.

7) Whispers
8) Thanataphobia
This seems balanced to you? And this is just off the top of my head, I'm sure you could come up with some even more extremely overpowered builds.
Bait thread detected.
That's an awful build :-P to many hexes.

I camp when, after I hook someone, I notice one or more survivors hidding (poorly) nearby or comming to the rescue out in the open. Sometimes they have no coordination so they just stand there pointing at me waiting for me to leave. Eventualy one of them loses their patience and come straight for the save. I just interrupt and leave them on the floor. The sacrifice is comepleted and no generator gets done.
Then comes the best part: The chat :-) Sometimes the survivor I sacrifice at the start of the match is waiting patiently for it to end so they can call me "camper" and other things. So much anger and salt I can almost taste it. I get a laugh, wish them good luck and move on.
-
My top 3... Legion, Hag, and Huntress
My thoghts exactly
-
"Git gud" is the best advise you will get here.
Some survivors fear me. They fear that they could be the next survivor I tunnel and camp if I get to catch them after I have done that to one of their friends. They descend into madness when I block the entrance to the basement with Wraith so they can't save the hooked victim I have there. I destroy their hope when I get to drop the last one next to the hatch only to brutally mori them right there.
As you can see, you can feel powerfull as a killer. Just remember this is not a single player game, you won't win them all.
-
I play him with the Santa costume and spread guts, blood and Christmas joy all over the map ;-)
-
You are an inteligent survivor @PunL, that means you are dangerous. You go to my list of survivors to mori ASP. See you in the fog ;-)
-
Just stop caring about the survivors' opinions and keep stabbing them
-
Let them disconect, their salt just makes me stronger. They could increase the Quitter bonus blood points though
-
Just ignore the ranking sistem altogether and have fun.
What is that "played fair" thing? We real killers do not care about survivors made up rules about fair play. If you got your hands and face soaked in the blood of 3 or 4 of the now lifeless survivors in any way you saw fit, that is fair enough for me.
-
The old tactic of trying to shame killers into playing in a way that is beneficial for the survivors. That does not work on real killer players, we just laugh at you as you die hanging in front of us :-D

You know what they should do...
Remove the entire Post Match Chat Feature. Why do we need to "gg" when people are often more focused on spreading salt (on both sides).
I love the post game chat. The salty tears of anger and anguish I get for sore losers there is priceless. I get half my fun from there :-)
-
That list thing is actually a good idea, thank you. I don't care about t-bags or flashlights, I will keep it to remember wich ones are the players that care about rank and I will hunt them and mori them quickly ;-)
So... Darkwo1f997. Is your steam profile the same as your name here?
-
Yes I am. If DbD were alcohol or tobacco, I would be dead right now :-S
No regrets though ;-)
-
Personaly I try to CAMP Ash if I can, so MoM does not come into play at all.

I realized today, as I was playing Freddy and enjoying every second of it, that I am a great Killer. I'm what a killer Should Be. I casually enjoy the experience of gliding around looking for prey. I chase, I strike, I hunt, and I even hook the occasional unfortunate soul when it's appropriate to do so. My main job, though, I know, is to show those survivors a good time. The Killer is, ironically, the ultimate pawn. The Killer is there to surprise. To provide jump-scares and genuine excitement and dread. Sure, I might sacrifice a survivor here or there--I can't be denied that great pleasure completely--but I mainly let the vermin escape and claim their +5000 bloodpoints. After realizing how I play, survivors tend to start having real fun, toying with me to bump up our CHASE and ESCAPE bloodpoint meters. And I toy with them by putting them in the dying state, carrying them to some godawful forsaken corner of the map far, far away from either exit, and then letting the others come in for the rescue.
It's a beautiful relationship we have.
Everyone survives (mostly). Everyone earns a bunch of cheddar. Everyone is happy... even me. For I am a benevolent killer. My real power comes in being cooler than that guy who gets a blunt thrill from playing to win.
So I don't sacrifice folks. Big deal. I have such great fun playing the cat and mouse game as the cat.
Run, little mouse. Run run.
I hope you are joking. If not, you make me sick.
-
TRAITOR! Haha, kust kidding. Everyone should play both roles. We have 2 diferent types of games for the price of one here. Have fun!
-
Yes, change the condition so you can mori any survivor without the need to hook them first but only if you don't like their face

Until you will camp someone like me and realize that Voodoo irl is not a fairy tale
Hahaha. Scary ;-)

Maybe we should start letting survivors see what killers they are versing in the lobby and let them dodge if they don't like it.. Its only fair if killers can do it too right?
You must change that profile image right now. You are not one of us ;-)
Not knowing the killer is part of the fun. It would not be so scary to see, for example, that you are about to face Hag so everyone equips a flashlight.

I dc only if: The killer is making the game unplayable for me, for example targeting only me for no apparent reason or blocking me so that I can do nothing but stand there, or something IRL happens.
One example for the first reason happened two days ago. I was the first to be found, a good 2 mins of chase, put on hook, for some reason only 1 gen done, I get saved by an Adam, as soon as I'm on the ground the heartbeat starts, I hide, Adam is injured, runs towards me, I start running, killer sees me, completely avoids Adam even tho he was closer, downs me, puts me on hook again, goes away, Adam saves me again, we run away, the heartbeat comes back four seconds later, we both hide behind something, the killer is coming, he clearly knows where we are but he's going to find Adam first, he sees Adam, Adam starts running, the killer avoids him knowing I'm there, downs me, I DC because I literally did nothing but run and staying on hook.
I was probably just salty but I was so pissed.
I love to get survivors that pissed. Good for the killer in the history
-
When I play killer I like to try to sacrifice or kill every survivor. I don't care for bloodpoints or rank.
I usualy camp when I see 2 or 3 of them coming to the rescue at the same time, but I also camp whenever I feel like it.
Also, if I can get rid of one of them quickly it makes the rest of the match easier.
When I play is all about collecting salt from survivors, noone must be alowed to leave and all must be miserable.
You can be baffled all you want, you are still getting back to the hook.
-
But I wannaaaaa keeep complainiiiiiing!
-
I never cared about pip or rank. Only to draw blood and collect salt from survivors. This new system is great for what I look for: So many survivors whining in the chat because they did not get to pip or got a depip because I camped or tunneled them. Just gorgeous.
-
Here comes The Trapper! Look out for his traps!
-
The moment when someone says "Git Good" cos they have no argument against the topic....sorry but Got Good?
Yes, in that case they need to git gud ASP
-
Or they could just stop being a bunch of cowards and entitled babies ;-)
-
I will keep ignoring the ranks and emblem sistem like I have been doing all this time and just have my fun killing survivors and collecting their salt ;-)

So as it stands right now, the only thing an M1 killer can do to prevent it is facecamp or Mori?
Mori or facecamp is fine by me ;-) I would have done it anyway
-
No little survivor. The only play you got left when you are being face camped is to let go and die already >:-)
-
My mate just died to NOED, the hag got 3 hooks the whole game and all of us shoudl have escaped, but the hag just got a free kill thx to this crutch.
"Why are the survivors punished for playing well and doing gens?"
Because you did not play well enough. You should have cleansed totems too. Hag, on the other hand, did good.

@mcNuggets You save a lot of sanity by closing that post-game chat box and never opening it again.
But you miss on a lot of fun for when you do well in the match. You can make the salty survivors soooo mad just chating ironicly. I love it

@White_Owl Freddy is also very good at this too, just that he’s misunderstood and players don’t realise how effectively (both actively and passively) he can do this. He just has a steep learning curve.
I know. I do that every time I can

Adapting? You mean facecamping first hook to avoid MoM to activate? Or ebony moris + tunnel every match?
Sounds good to me ;-) So I Just keep doing what I always do
-
@DwightsLifeMatters said:
Just adapt!!!11!
Use insidious Bubba, Billy with strong addons or nurse. Legion with Frank's mixtape works aswell. Ahh, don't forget to use moris.
On a serious note, a lot of killers are absolute garbage now cuz if that perk. Most of them weren't strong anyway, but now they are absolute #########. Not worth the stress and frustrating
It would be fair if I can recieve a free MORI every match, those are hard to get, you know
-
We will focus on one survivor if we want to. Lets make Endurance the new meta!
-
We don't want him to be changed :-D
-
Freddy. Please don't rework him :-)
-
FluffybunnyYou are by far the nicest person on this forum <3
-
When I camp it is because I play against over altruistic survivors that waste time hidding (poorly) around the hook. Now that I know the camped survivor will depip because of it, I will make fun of them if they stay for the post game chat :-) Thanks for the information.
-
Well played doctor. Let them report you, the tears are saltier when they do :-)

@RoKrueger Well, that quote “Do not get caught” is actually bs.
If a killer is committed to getting a survivor, you’ll get caught eventually. :/
Not if you are so good that the killer gives up in you
-
If you don't like it when survivors keep their items you just have to kill them or make them drop the item with a good smack with The Cannivals perk equiped.
-
I consider it a compliment when a survivor calls me a "hacker". I must have made them so mad :-D
-
Maybe you can think that, from Ashes point of view, every killer is a deadite ;-)
-
You should not be too rash to disconect against a Legion. Maybe he/she sucks.... like me ;-)
