Nope. There's isn't a killer that would work. it would be shoehorned in. I'm very glad they kept it to a survivor thing only.

I am not surprised tbh, none of the killers in evil dead is well known, Ash is the main figure. If they are going to get a licensed killer, it will be much more well known. I do like the idea of deadite but Ash himself is more than enough tbh. I just wish they released the old cabin in the woods that was featured in Evil dead 1 but Huntress's forest has more or less the same theme.

Maybe you can think that, from Ashes point of view, every killer is a deadite ;-)
The best killer would be Ash's Hand.
Movement speed almost double the normal killer speed. It's special power is the ability to jump and grab onto objects. So it can jump up on walls.. tree... barriers... pallets... etc.
So small survivors can't really see it.
Then to kill you it grabs the survivor and the hand and survivor play a mini game.. if the survivor loses the game, the killer takes control of the survivor and goes around injuring other survivors and can throw themselves up on the hook.

Evil dead themed killer cosmetics would have been a nice touch. Or maybe a new map since leatherface got one too & he’s a paragraph.
Feels a little bare bones for just a character when even Bill came with clothes for other survivors.
A new map would be awesome. I'd love an S-mart map or something.
I can live with no Evil Dead killer but a lack of a map around Evil Dead is extremely disappointing. Even without a killer though this would seem like a good opportunity to have Evil Dead themed cosmetics for various killers. Hillbilly would be a great candidate for an outfit that makes him look like Ash from Evil Dead 2 when Ash is possessed to become a Deadite. Plenty to work with for an Evil Dead map based around the cabin, basement, tool shed and surrounding woods.
Yes I know that this is a deal for Ash from Ash vs Evil but it's a franchise I always want more of. At least they did Ash justice. He looks great, has a lot of cosmetics and I'd guess has special dialogue for various things.
What I would love is deadite cosmetics for our 4 original survivors. That would be lovely but it doesn't fit much since Ash would have to work with them.
Still the idea is cool imo but that's just me.
