If you encounter people purposely refusing to participate to the normal gameplay, like hiding for 20+ minutes without doing anything, then you can report them in game and open a ticket here, just keep in mind you need video evidence.
However if you want to report players that are just not that good, please avoid that, thank you.

If you want to report a player, please keep in mind in-game reports are mandatory, once you have done that you can open a ticket here using the chat bot at the bottom of the page, giving all the details and video evidence required.
If you are not able to attach the clip to the ticket, upload it on YouTube as unlisted and post the link in the ticket's description.

Moderators merge the threads and we are not Developers, we cannot give answers we do not have.
The only thing I can tell you is that we alerted the team of the issue, so I'm sure we'll receive a proper answer as soon as the work day starts.

Blocking stops communication, it doesn't prevent matching with them.

I'm sorry you had bad experiences and encountered hackers, sadly that's a constant fight.
I suggest to report those players when encountered though, by using the in-game system and then opening a ticket on the Support website.

This is already a thing, when a new map gets released, the map repeat prevention is disabled temporarily and the new map has an increased chance to appear.
