I dont think i will, due to my limited time unfortunately. You should trust my words,i have nothing to gain or lose by lying
I'm not going to trust you without proof.
The burden of proof falls to you, since you are the one making claims. I've already demonstrated my point and all you've said is "that isn't true."

Trust me,you can't see the difference between ps4 and pc gameplay in my case. The problem is coming from the xbox or the survivors internet connection, the frames are fine on my ps4
Then prove it. Share some clips because my One X and my buddies PS4 Pro have a terrible time.

Itβs probably your internet connection. The game since cross play runs fine
It isn't.
As of this moment, when there's massive strain on my internet due to Zoom calls, I am getting 250 mbps download and 34 mbps upload.
Here's one of my clips
https://youtu.be/k7p_8C649Rs -
Haven't heard that one since 2019.
Nerfing Mad Grit, imagine.
-
It was maybe June of 2018.
4 man SWF (3 were rank 1's one was a Rank 20) all Claudette's with flashlights. Got bullied while playing Wraith, killed the Rank 20 and got harrassed by messages for the next 3 hours.
Didn't touch the game for a while.

I agree with your points.
I am curious to hear your response to this line: "You shouldn't play for kills, you should play for fun"
I hear this touted as a common reply to people on this forum. Doesn't make any sense to me.
At a certain point, you realize you either have to play to win and not have fun, or play for fun and not win.

I have noticed improved frame rate... but only with certain killers on certain maps as the last survivor is being sacrificed (fewest number of player models to render possible).
I have also noticed my frame rate dropping to 0.25 (bascially freezing/hiccup) anytime I get within 2m of a survivor and when the survivors use Dead Hard.
No no, that's just Dead Hard's intended effect. You know, like this:
https://youtu.be/k7p_8C649Rs -
It isn't fun.
If you win, it's nice. You get a feeling of satisfaction.
If you lose, you get taunted for the entire game and likely get reminded of it post-game. It's mentally taxing to go through that for multiple games.

You know, I heard a lot about the frame drops on Console but I never actually saw a clip.
Damn. That is practically unplayable. I am so sorry to all the console players out there </3
It's literally like this every game.
If you can believe it, it actually runs worse if you play Killer.
This is why I refuse to let Console Optimization go, we need it BADLY.

I don't think they are.

But at base he has the ability to sacrifice them his own way and just straight up givem the CHOP
That's true. It also lines up with canon.
He (to my understanding) is a manifestation of guilt.
Sort of how Myers is the physical Incarnate of Evil.

I don't think the buffs mentioned would put him in oppressive tier. Maybe the 1 less knife change (if they kept Melodious Murder as-is instead of changing it), but even then.
Not sure they're enough to justify 110% either, mind. So yeah...definitely Legion 2.0. I'm interested to see what they do with him.
Correct. But tnose buffs aren't really going to improve him enough to get him off the bottom of the barrel and we can't buff him much more than this without a Legion 1.0 scenario
-
First off, I like what you are going for. I appreciate you not simply regurgitating the fact that he is bad, you are putting good and helpful ideas forward.
However, I do not think these will work. Here's why:
Trickster is in a bit of an awkward place, very similar to Legion and Mettle of Man. The issue with both of the aforementioned things is that if you buff them, they can EASILY become extremely overbearing and unfun because of how powerful their effects are, hence why both Old Legion and Old MoM were absolutely eviscerated by nerfs.
Trickster is in a similar spot, I feel. With how fast his knives are thrown and how many he has, by reducing the amount of knives needed to down someone, you could easily get a situation similar to Old Legion, and nobody wants that to happen.
He is absolutely 100% pathetically weak, but buffing him isn't so simple. He really needs a redesign imo, but maybe the Devs can work some magic with him.
-
Ideal?
Everyone has Dead Hard, Decisive, Borrowed Time and either Prove Tyself or Object.
-
I have two, depending on who I'm playing with. (I only ever play Steve btw)
For my casual SWF: Dead Hard, Borrowed Time, Babysitter and Windows of Opportunity.
For my more competitive SWF: Dead Hard, Borrowed Time, Decisive Strike and Prove Thyself.

And what does canon-respecting mean? I swear I'm not a total noob, I just don't know the terms very well π
A Steve who is following his character like in Stranger Things.
Selfless, taking hits, sacrificing themselves to let their teammates get away ect
-
Claudette's.
On the flip side, I will always spare canon-respecting Steve's

Survivor is close to equal on pc or console , pc has a slight edge due to sensitivity and frames but just because someone is on a 5000 dollar pc it doesn't give them skills at the game and is pointless without experience, the only real side where there's a noticable difference is killer because not having the sensitivity they need on console hinders certain killers from performing as they should and pc survivors who are top tier can outmaneuver and pick them apart due to their limitations, but I'm not saying console killers are bad, some killers can be on par with some of the top tier in the game even while being held back by their hardware but that's few and far between just due to circumstances out of their control.
Yeah, every time I play Legion and dare to use my power, my frames go down to 15.

I play Spirit :(
I have $5 earbuds and a hearing issue due to someone setting off a firework near my ear.
Feels bad for me I suppose

I kinda hate her.
Her voice is almost as bad as Elodie's to me.

Extremely good against Solo's, bad against SWF.
Disguising would have to be a secondary power.

If the Killer agrees to team up with the survivor to ruin everyone else then yes they should be in trouble. Itβs one thing if they down the traitor survivor but then proceed to go after the others, itβs another thing when the killer follows the traitor survivor around the whole time getting the rest of the survivors.
Why?
Is that not in his best interest?
Do we report Survivors for the Killer letting them go or giving them Hatch?

It is in the land of Console Optimization now.
BHVR to Console Optimization and Cross Progression

If they want to help me win so badly, I have no issue with getting an easy 4K.

This is the classic. "Can't tell if someone actually thinks the 100's of nerfs to survivor actually made the gameplay trashy to play as survivor". That's been the state of this forum for the last 2 years now. It's why survivor gameplay is in the toilet. Because you can't have a differing opinion than "HUrr durr survivors are rullly bud. Killur underpuwered. Moost NURF SURVIVOR MOAR". It's an echo chamber. This forum doesn't live in stat based reality. It lives in the realm of 4k at any cost.
What a silly thing to say.
You accuse me of things you have little to no proof for.
The stats you hold in such high esteem are deeply flawed. Did you ever consider that? Judging by your reliance on them, I don't think so.
Survivors have some issues that need addressing still, some things that are overpowered, others that need buffing. They are in a much much more balanced spot than they were two years ago.
Killers also have some things that need nerfs (lookin at you Iri Head) but generally, most Killers need buffs.
What the game really needs is for Solo Q Survivors to be buffed to SWF levels, and then for Killers to be buffed accordingly.
Until that happens, you will have a dichotomy of Killers doing okay to well against Solo Q Survivors, but then being absolutely demolished by even casual SWF. That's how big of a power gap there is between the three groups.

Killers and survivors working together completely defies the entire purpose of a game that was created with the fundamental concept of killers and survivors playing against each other. I'm not really sure where the devs stand on such a thing but my guess is that they wouldn't approve.
Again, they've never said anything against farming.
Until they say, "Hey, farming (working with the Killer for max BP) is bannable" we will not know
-

When reporting someone after a game one of the options under trolling, I believe, lists "killers working with survivors" as a reportable offense.
Bannable? Don't know. Doubt that anyone gets banned for anything.
It also lists DC'ing as a reportable offense.
We've been subsequently told that we shouldn't do that anymore.
I've seen Mods and Devs talk about how they either like/dislike farming. Never seen anyone say its against the rules.
That means that working together must mean premeditated collusion.
-
Hmmm, cannot tell if this is bait or not yet.
Will observe and likely laugh.

Yes it really can.
Don't like the Killer? Kick him.
Don't like your teammate? Kick him.
You could literally force people back into queue's.
Just no.

You can get banned for it. Itβs under the Griefing tab
Pretty sure you can't.
You can only be banned if it is premeditated. Like, a Survivor messages you pre-game to say they'll throw if you let them go.
Selling out your teammates is a dick move, but I'm pretty sure it's legal.
If not, rip to all the people who have ever farmed before.

One thing i'll say is that it's weird to see way less dev interaction in the forums now.
I think that's been a thing ever since that coconut guy responded to one, talking about the Pop nerf, saying DS has too much time on it as well.

It balance it out since it's quite a small map and the side opposite to the main building is quite unsafe/deadzone.
That just makes it even worse design.

He really isn't good.

I hope he gets a Freddy style rework where they make him interesting, because as of now, there's no reason to play him.

I always used Soul Guard and was able to take a hit afterwards. And i remember that the perk was active for at least 5 seconds after unhooking myself, i relied on it every match.
Maybe it was a bug? i really don't know.
You likely had the BT effect.
Soul Guard never worked like that and I have not seen any bug reports of anything similar.
