I always felt like Feral Frenzy was the Legion snapping after an adrenaline rush and then getting back to "reality" with a nasty headache.

A more stable games with different versions of a ptb (or frequent PTB update after a feedback survey) so we can try different possible outcomes and come up with better balance decisions, i find the current PTB + radio silence to be innefective.
Cosmetics can wait, pretty sure they could put them on standby to get more people working into the actual game.

On the PTB freddy is still worse when played stock, but when using his best addons he's better than Legion with it's own best addons .
If you wanna know why, Freddy is a 115% killer with low tr, you can ambush people easily and get easy hits because of it, he also has amazing tracking, wich Legion lacks because of the terrible FF nerfs.
It's funny but with M&A and the best block addons, Freddy is a better spread the pain and stall killer than legion is and way more stealthy, kinda funny isn't it?

The slow vault speed would only make sense if iridescent pin was like baseline and if it blocked windows like bamboozle, still no idea who tought this change was a good idea.
Speaking of add-ons the Killer instinct radius ones are worthless because you can't even reach the person you track because of how slow you are.

I general the most toxic ones usually play Meg and Nea ( and usually sucks at the game).
For killers it's usually Billy mains, they get really salty in chat for very stupid reasons.

I run Ruin on my killers if they have it unlocked but I'm planning of replacing it for something more useful and more chase oriented.
For NOED i don't run it because I don't like it, it's cheap and I could be using something that worked for the entire game instead of just at the end.

Depends on how good the player is, if it's a terrible one I don't bother because she's easily looped.
Once she gets corrupt purge I do purge tho, because this ability requires no aim to land hits and it's Bs.

I do find Ptb legion to be boring with how sluggish ff is, I miss the fast paced gameplay of live legion, well, time to play before it get patched out.

You have to be a killer that can bypass it or use perks that do otherwise you just can't unless you use a mori or camp a guy you suspect of using it.

I think we should update the ptb with new changes to find a good spot for Legion and the endgame.

I like resident evil but seeing powerhouses like the tyrant and birkin being stopped by pallets would look stupid when they can burst trough walls and eat bullets like it's nothing.
However, a paragraph chapter with the protagonists as survivor would be pretty cool imo.

Legion's gameplay as in " I run around the map like a maniac to stab people because it's more fun than actually getting kills"

I agree, currently on the PTB there's no reason to play Legion because every other character is better than him at what he does, especially Wraith, only Freddy is slightly worse than him but can be marginally better with than Legion with blocks addons.
I don't know why they changed so much and restricted FF so much, the only changes Legion needed was DW not being able to go down from multiple FF attacks and would stop counting in the killer's TR, that's it.
PTB's FF is so lackuster and hinders you so much that you might as well play as a purely M1 killer, it's also way more effective from what i've seen when playing.

I do find her to be the most annoying killer to verse for that exact reason, prayer beads being a close second.

From what i know from Hellraiser tho, they have their own pocket dimension of some sort so i'm guessing it's going some kind of Freddy clone?
Also i hope they make it like the Legion and that we can switch between all the members.

Still waiting for the PTB to have small changes so we can figure out what the best course of action is balance wise, putting changes for us to test is nice, but if they stay the same and never get tweaked to get an another wave of feedback, this just makes everything slower than it should be.

I agree with everything you said, but im going to add that i don't think we should need FF gauge to be full before we can use it, especially with how easy is it to lose some of the gauge and how long the recharge time is.
I still would like having the old FF movement speed back but i can deal with it being to this current speed if everything else get tweaked, i also think the pin should apply on the same hit that applies DW to the target.

Unrelated as hell but it baffles me that we get this kind of addons nerfs for weak/mid tier killer but we still have ######### like insta saw for Billy and omagablink for Nurse...
Sure it's not a huge nerf, but i still find this to be funny when the "Survivor need to have a chance" argument is used.

Michael is the first that comes to mind, Leatherface for BBQ and Spirit because overall she's decent.

I still feel like the stun is too much considering how slow you are in FF, if Legion was as fast as live it would make sense to nerf the stun, and it's not like you're going to run the best add-ons at every match.
To me it's like nerfing clown's bleach add-on.

On live it's between Freddy and Leatherface, on the PTB it's between Freddy and Legion.
I don't mean that they suck and are unplayable, what I mean is that they are the least effective killers to actually kill people with, you can them make work if you know how to play tho.
