Yes, open the gates!
It happens all the time when the gate is on 99%, the person being chased goes to run out and what to do know? Greedy team mates 99ed it and then the killer gets them because it cant be opened in time.
Blood warden is not a problem - if you see it on, stay away from the gates and wait it out. Its so simple.
I have a feeling its the self care users/previous self care users who do this 99shiz, am I right?

The devs already said in streams they are big fans of these earlier horror games..
They were teens/in 20s playing them back then.. so i think the chapter will be based on the classic games. So yeah

A couple years ago I was on here saying "killer needs to be able to close hatch" and really supported this idea but then it was met with doomsday prophecies from people.. but then look what happened :-)

This idea has been discussed for years now, but I dont think they will implement it.. Even in Q&As they have ignored this question too.

I never have thought about the sexual orientations of the characters before.. it just doesnt cross my mind in this game. But why should it when i have the real world?
In real life with real people, of course i think about and experience this positively. Do many people here have much going on in their real life I wonder?
Regarding representation, the characters have traits which represent all of us in some way. I see some of myself in Nea, Adam and Felix.
Anyway, have fun with this video game and go out in real life and do things

For survivor and killer:
Most points on end game scoreboard = 1st place.
And then 2nd, 3rd, 4th and LAST.
Getting 1st in solo queue is always great ^^

@TheClownIsKing Communicating cant be stopped..
So,
If you recognise that it is a group communicating, then change your play - slug and camp for example. Do be afraid to play tough on them and make their life hard. Like the user jdcabral said "People bought this game and they should play it as they wish as long they don't break the rules."
Learn to recognise and then adapt your style in the match!

Yeah 1998 Jill (new, unexperienced) would definitely meet the dbd survivor category..
But she expanded a lot after that in the other games..

It wouldnt be absurd but rather an insult and belittleing to Jill. Shes tough, well trained, been in many games of a high quality. She is an A grade character.
Bill and Ash are B grades. They fit as survivors in DBD.
Bill is a one hit wonder and Ash is that guy from that early 80s movie with the rapey tree.. B grades

The main RE cast are too good to be a survivor in this game.. the idea of Jill looping a killer around a pallet seems a bit sad..
I'd rather they use the Outbreak characters like Kevin, Cindy, Mark, Alyssa - they fit the DBD survivor profile well.
Or, sub characters like Billy, Richard, Steve

Kindred minus killer viewing sounds OK.
Totem counter? not necessary - there are only 5 totems and already so many helpful perks to find and cleanse them..

If the killer is so BAD at the game that they are using NOED, it should be so EASY for you to cleanse all dull totems.

If the killer is new/bad then I open the gate and run out and leave everyone.. Good luck to the killer in that case

Decrease the TR for the killers - its more fun when you dont have such a big heads up. Thats why I like playing against Michael und Deathslinger

Most other games have settings to switch off the music or decrease the volume. This game needs it too - why? because the music sounds sooo annoying whether you play killer or suvivor.

I know this one streamer I can't mention because of naming and shaming but I faced him once and dared to escape with 2 dcs and a hook suicide. Apparnely we were "obviously a swf" and so I got put onto his mori list. 3 months later I meet the same guy, tunnels me off of hook and low and behold moris me. I meet him again and it's a 4man escape because, despite him playing like a little ######### he couldn't get me (imagine not being able to win midwich pallets with pig's dash when you're a "pig main" and tunneling people with active traps lol), and he recognised me and called me a ######### :).
People make lists and people remember because they're just that petty over an online video game.
