Well, yeah, PC looks better because the hardware is better. It's well known that games are downgraded when console releases are planned because consoles can't keep up.

absolutely, legion should be erased, and customers that spent real money on it, compensated
Will you be the one to refund them? There are people who enjoy the Legion.
one thing is enjoying the legion as a killer, other is the ontopic thingy, extremelly un-enjoyable to play against as surv
You still haven't answered my question.

Yes, I do think all killers should be the power role.

It would literally do the exact thing it already does, the only difference is it allows you to control it. This is kind of necessary for competitive players, it is in no way broken and it’s still effected by a one time use as usual. Literally nothing is changing. If nothing is changing, then this isn't necessary.

Survivor
Perks
Solo Survivor (not to be confused with Sole Survivor):
Generator repair speed is increased by 5% if there are no other Survivors within a 32-meter radius. Further increase the repair speed by 2% for each dead Survivor.
"I work better alone."Hyperfocus:
Generator repair speed increases 1% every second you remain on a generator. Great Skill Checks grant an additional 0.5% repair speed. The bonus is reset every time you stop working on a generator.
"I'm in the zone now."Super Hearing:
Audio cues generate a sonar effect that allows you to see the position of everyone within a 12-meter radius of the trigger event at the moment it happened.
"You shouldn't underestimate my senses."Killer
Perks
Terrify:
All Survivors' running speeds are decreased by 2% for each one that dies. After each death or sacrifice, all Survivors are affected by Exhaustion for 10 seconds.
"I'll strike the fear of the Entity into their hearts."Retribution:
Generators damaged by you regress at a rate twice as high as when they were repaired.
"This isn't your playground; it's mine."Tracker:
Every sound made by Survivors is 100% louder and travels an additional 8 meters.
"I can hear you." -
Because it relies on the survivors screwing up to be of any use, therefore it's balanced. At least that's what I think the devs' reasoning was.

Reread the thread. I addressed this in my first post. You falsely reported a dude a few days ago because you thought he was naming and shaming when he was clearly speaking about himself. Cmon fam, don't do this. Read what people say and pay attention.
In my defense, it's easy to miss one comment among dozens.
As for that other incident, there were people in the thread itself and even the mods who misunderstood the OP. So no, they were not "clearly" speaking about anything. -

Damn them for taking away the LOL response. If you kept a straight face while posting this, you deserve an Oscar nod.
Yeah were basically allowed to do nothing but agree with each other. The PC culture of today at its finest. We can't get a snap shot of the forums opinion on anything now without reading through pages of comments. The Vote Ups are meaningless without a negative option to counter balance.
The problem is that some users were (ab)using bots to make that negative option meaningless by spamming it on everyone whom they didn't like. It has nothing to do with "the PC culture of today".
A small minute fraction of the playerbase that was used as a reason for punishing the entire player base..no that was not a good reason for doing away with it. We've already been through this on another page, drop it, we're not going to agree here.
It wasn't a minute fraction, which the mods have already said.
It WAS a minute fraction, which the mods DID already say.
Regardless of what you believe, the minor inconvenience of having to read comments to know if people agree or disagree is worth the trade-off in helping to keep trolls and bots off the forum.
You are way understating the value of having both agree or disagree options on topics. I think it isn't even remotely close to being worth that trade off. It's also not just an inconvenience of reading comments. Many people will not comment at all because of the added work of posting or that just don't like to post on the forums. You will be getting a much larger and more accurate sample size from an agree or disagree one click option.
Except you won't be, because of the bots making the feature useless with their spam. Even assuming the bots were a minority, when bad behavior goes unpunished, it spreads like cancer. The bot problem would only continue to grow. This way, you get disagreement in a way that is actually conducive to discussion, as opposed to making a single click and providing zero useful feedback.

Thank you for the peice of mind. It is just the way of the game I suppose. Most people who report don't tell you that they're gonna report you; they just do it. The ones who say it are often just trying to scare you and/or are salty. In the end, if you follow the rules (which are really just common sense), you've got nothing to worry about.

Most killer mains are quite simply childish. After playing mostly survivor for the event I finally understand toxic SWF teams. They are the result of cheeky killers who ruin the game experience for solo players. You got cause and effect backwards. Toxic SWF came before toxic killers.

Others are responding based on their own perspectives. For example, in my experience, people who come to forums asking why they were banned or why someone was mean to them in a game almost always know exactly what they did wrong and just want to pretend to be an innocent victim. I'd thus be inclined to react like DocOctober. However, for a more objective view, you'd probably need a recording or something.

LOL isn't necessarily a negative reaction, but I can understand if they were having troubles with people abusing it and had to do something to address that. I didn't know that was happening.
It was primarily used as a negative reaction, so that distinction became irrelevant. And yeah, it was happening a lot. Some people had their "LOL" count increased by thousands overnight.
The fact that it was being used as a negative reaction wasn't the problem in and of itself, despite what some may claim; it was the abuse and the bots.Did they do that to you, too?
Indeed. It was to be expected, given my high post count.
I think I was still pretty new to the forums when LOL was a thing. I only got a couple and I had seen it being used for funny stuff, too, so I just assumed it had multiple uses.
And it did, but those users who chose to abuse the feature by using bots ruined it for everyone else.
-
Without knowing all the details and actually seeing the trial from both perspectives, this can't be answered in any serious capacity.

Is it less grindy now?
It is probably more grindy than ever, but I don't mind it. The gameplay is still super fun for me.
Has the gameplay changed in any significant way?
Not really, run n gun, parkour, different frames/weapons build for different things (crit/status/etc).
I have just always enjoyed it and haven't taken a significant break from it since I started a few years ago. It's my go-to shooter and even in grouping, there is almost no salt or harassment. In fact, I have had too many fun groups to count over the years, whereas in DbD I have had far too many negative interactions.
My experience in Warframe is the opposite. People who're pissed you don't magically know everything or have all the best equipment from the start. And while the gameplay is fun, it got boring very quickly due to the grind - I just wasn't getting anywhere despite putting in many, many hours into it.

You don't play on PS4? Literally at least 80% of the killers here camp & tunnel without it being needed. Console killers are sweaty toxic try hards with 0 skillSo they use strategies you don't like. Do you think that justifies the death threats, telling people to commit suicide, racist and homophobic slurs, actively trying to ruin reputations and getting people banned?

Ive noticed that the wait times for queues has deteriorated a lot over the past two weeks. You would think they would increase with an event, this is why I think its more related to glitch/bug more so than player activityWhen killers were not able to find enough survivors to play the game and said that it was because of a bug, I asked the same question.
If the lobbies are bugged, why as a survivor I get insta lobbies but as a killer I have to wait?
Now, lets change it
If the lobbies are bugged, why as a killer I get insta lobbies but as a survivor I have to wait?
I think that there is just not enough killers for survivors to play.
When the lobbies were bugged, a certain percentage of players on both sides had normal queue times. This is because lobby bugs don't affect everyone equally.
Now, however, we have long queue times for all the players on one side and short queue times for all the players on the other. This is not a bug, it's a population issue. -

However, this is a widespread phenomenon on the survivor side, and killer lobbies are as quick as you'd expect if almost nobody was playing killer. In short, people are playing, they're just not playing the punching bag role.

Not enough killers. Does that really surprise you, knowing how much ######### they have to put up with?I think the recent incarnations of the last few big patches have been quite killer sided if im honest. The event isn't very killer friendly I accept that.
None of those patches have stopped the hate and vitriol from survivors, nor have they stopped them from trolling and exploiting (holding the game hostage, taunting the killer, etc.).
Killers are tired of playing what is arguably the more vital role in this asymmetrical game and getting ######### on for doing so. Now it's the survivors' turn. You want shorter wait times? Play killer.I do play killer. What do you suggest if I want to play with my partner and the times are still very long?
Reading back on my comments, I realize it sounds like I was blaming you, personally, for this BS. It's not the case, and I apologize.
In all honesty, you'd probably do well to have a board game you can play while waiting for a lobby, if the queue times are as bad as you say. Something shorter than Monopoly. -

Not 50%.The guy wants shorter wait times, he should be granted shorter wait times .
Simple logic.Look.
Unhappy Customers+Unresponsive Company = No Income.
People paid for a full game, yes, but this isn't a problem that can be solved by BHVR. The problem is survivors being complete ######### to killers. They're actively trying to ruin killers' reputations and get them banned. It was only a matter of time until they left in droves. The event isn't the cause; it's just the last straw.
