How can l get this perk? I need on my build right now!
-
Demo was my first true main. Back in the days when the killer roster wasn't so big, Demogorgon was one of the most fair and balanced killer at that time.
I really liked the Stranger Things chapter even though l have never watched the series back then. Demogorgon was fun to play and It was the first killer to have a unique Chase music.
-
To crush your enemies, see them driven before you.
-
" The Black Banquet ".
Any idea what they will serve us?
-
The Pig only needs her own lobby/Chase theme and Hoffman as a legendary.
-
Many perks have a harsh drawbacks that makes them not really useful. Some of them are justified and others do not make sense at all.
Potential energy would not be strong If you could not lose charges but speaking about balance, It would not make sense that a perk like this do not have any kind of disadvantage while many others do to make things a little bit fairer ( considering both sides ).
Many perks could be better utilized If they didn't have many penalties.
-
Let's make a trade? I'll take DeadDawg and you take Badham.
-
I miss the old Coldwind Farm so much. I always thought they could add time-of-day variations to all the maps.
-
I can't see that happening.
A player's experience is worth more than any perks they might be using. We can have a survivor with 0 perks playing as a God and a Sable p100 with a meta build falling in 2s.
My problem is always with survivors who do absolutely nothing in the match, not with the perks they're using.
-
My dream collab would be The Evil Within.
-
Not every killer necessarily needs mobility to be good, It depends on their power design.
For example, we have killers like the Artist and Pyramid Head who have no mobility and are considered strong, and we also have killers like Sadako and Dredge who have a consistent mobility but are weak in a way.
-
Disappointing.
-
I also like to use perks that automatically heal after a while like Moment of Glory and Clean Break but the problem is that they have a lot of requirements and the 60s time is too long.
It's like you said, they need to reduce the time a little to become decent to use. I find it strange that these perks leave you broken but you can't combine with Vigil to try to speed things up since the timer is valid on the perk and not on the status effect.
-
A power that can't be countered ? So the Oni has a secret ability to pass through pallets and windows?
I always suspected that Oni was Sally behind that demonic mask.
-
I don't know if it would be a good idea. Not everyone has enough time to play and get enough shards in a day.
Let's be honest too, 90% of the perks that appear are bad because most of the perks that exist in the game are bad, both for killers and survivors.
Shrine of secrets should be reworked i think.
-
The trapper is weak because survivors can disarm his traps without any penalty.
I had made a suggestion that every trap should have a difficult skill check equal to Overcharge or Oppression. if survivors fail the skill check, they are injured and if they succeed, the trap is disabled for the trapper for a period. This would make the basement not so impossible to deal with.
-
Ruin was practically dead.
Why would you use 100% ruin instead of Overcharge and Call of Brine which were also nerfed into oblivion?
-
I feel that the problem is not the quantity of perks and addons for killers but the quality.
Let's be realistic, the game has 40 killers but not all players use all of them, everyone has at least 5 killers that they like to play the most.
We have 120 killer perks and 85% of them are garbage, not to mention that most of them are an improved version of some existing perk that, incredibly, still manage to be horrible.
I have a theory that the devs create bad perks on purpose just to change them in the future so they can say they did something. Some designs of certain perks are completely questionable if I may say so.
Every killer has 20 addons and 50% of them are quite predictable because the formula doesn't change. All killers will always have addons of mangled, blindness, speed, fast power recharge, terror radius etc.
I don't care if they increase or decrease the amount of perks and add-ons as long as they at least have some use. Give us some quality for the love of God.
-
I also have the same opinion. Slugging 98% of the time is survivor's fault during the trial. There's no way anyone is going to convince me that 4 survivors downed by B tier or lower killers isn't going to be the group's own fault.
Slugging survivors and leaving them on the ground for 4 minutes was a horrible situation but this has now been fixed.
Slugging has always been and will always be a viable strategy for killers who want to put pressure on survivors in a disadvantageous situation without having to resort to tunneling.
Although hooking survivors is the method that killers need to perform to win and progress the trial, sometimes it can even be a hook at the wrong time that can cost you the entire game. The killer must know the right moment to hook a survivor depending on the situation.
Slugging + Hit and Run has always been a good strategy and that's why slugging can't be removed from the game entirely whether people like it or not.
-
Imagine being able to disconnect freely just because a map doesn't favor you or you don't like playing on it.
lol, I couldn't even play DBD because I hate them all.
-
I wanted to give my opinion but since this post is exclusively for Ryan, I'll keep quiet.
-
You asked a simple question and I will give you the most constructive answer possible!
No.
-
I didn't like it when they introduced it but then I started getting used to the evil smiles and now they're gone.
-
Probably is the perk Wicked from Sable.
-
Congratulations, now stop sniping survivors on the other side of the map please.
-
I'm really enjoying this build I've been using recently: plunderer instinct, Appraisal, Especialist and Moment of glory.
-
The twins are fine in my opinion, the problem is that many casual players don't know how to face them since they are very rare.
Victor can't do much when the survivors know how to use the lockers against him correctly. If most of the survivors are injured and together, the best strategy is to stay very close to each other to avoid the slugging since Victor can be kicked.
One of the problems is that most of the survivors scatter when they are injured when in reality they should be together (if Victor is being controlled ).
-
I believe there is a cooldown when you interact with a clock, for example, me and another survivor went to the same clock to wake up but there is a short time before it can be used again if a survivor has already interacted.
-
Resurgence and Leverage are very good right now.
-
I always thought Pyramid Head should have to choose between sending a survivor to a cage or putting them on the hook. I believe it would be more fair for the survivors since he has a big tunneling potential.
Hooking a tormented survivor should automatically lose the effect.
-
There are so many map possibilities that could still be added.
We could have a real circus, a prison, a spooky graveyard (not forsaken boneyard), a jungle and maybe a maze if possible?
-
What happens if we infect the Blight with uroboros? Asking for a friend.
-
It's really unbelievable that the next chapter will be FNAF, I personally never imagined that they would get this license.
FNAF is not one of my favorite chapters but I'm happy it's here and we all know the hype is huge and it's going to be the biggest chapter BHVR has ever released.
My dream chapter would probably be The Evil Within. The possibility of content that could come depending on the developers' choice is huge. There are several possibilities for killers, maps, survivors and cosmetics.

both sides rely heavily on their meta perks but killer’s rely more because the main defense on the killer side is they tunnel, camp and slug during chaos shuffle because they don’t have their slowdown perks. I’ve had game after game today of killers having 2-3 hooks at 1-2 gens left and then instantly switch playstyles to proxy camp and hard tunnel someone out and when that doesn’t work they’ll just hard slug the whole team.
But isn't that the point? You stated that the reason why killers tunnel/slug is because they depend more on their meta than survivors, so this means that the game itself tends to favor survivors more than killers.
You also gave an example that killers tend to tunnel/slug when the game is in the final moments and depending on how the match went, some of these strategies are completely acceptable if the killer wants to win.
A killer tunnel/slug at the beginning of the game for no reason is bad behavior, a killer tunneling/slug at the final moments have their reasons since they depends on the meta to be able to win as you said.

They always have a choice. They just choose to take the easiest and laziest route to victory.
Like it or not, it is just the fact.Stronger killers have choices, weak killers don't and that's why most of the time tunneling/camping/slugging are practiced by weaker killers due to power discrepancy.
In a match would you feel more threatened by a Ghostface or a Blight? Which of them has the best chance of winning? Which of them has the best chance of turning the game around if they are losing?
Things are just like that, you may not accept these strategies that some killers use but you can understand why they were practiced depending on the situation.
But I agree that a killer practicing these strategies at the beginning of the game is bad behavior.

They do...adapt to the perks they get. It's not like survivors have a choice of perks it's also random. The point of Choas shuffle is to adapt the perks you get. Lights out is to see how you do with low visibility and awareness. 2v8 deals with working with others.
The modifiers are both a game mode and just a way of testing you as a player.
I understand that, but modifiers, despite being a fun game mode that deviates from the norm, are still just a game mode and there will always be those people who want to win at any cost.
-
I can't blame the killers for tunneling/camping/slugging in chaos shuffle. they simply have no other choice.
-
The reason why some killers have 110% or 115% speed is due to the complexity of their power.
Slinger moving at 4.6 wouldn't make him stronger or broken but rather completely more unfair and not fun to play against because he wouldn't have any penalty for missing shots.
For slinger to be 115% they would have to revert all the changes that make him more healthier to play.
-
There are rumors that the blood moon event was supposed to start this week but now there is that rule that all content will arrive late due to the changes that will come to the game.
The chaos shuffle is like a compensation for the delay. I believe there was no time to prepare an archive for this event.
-
Have fun on both sides. There are matches that are so intense that you are anxious to know how it will end. When you manage to turn around a game that seemed lost, it's so good.
-
Good, now revert Chucky please.
-
I can't remember the last time I had fun playing in a public match.
-
if i remember correctly before it had 20% efficiency in medkits right?
I don't care if they bring it back but it still wouldn't be very useful.

That perk could perfectly be a regular perk with a cooldown and it wouldn't be OP. Being a Hex perk is nonsensical.
The real problem with the perk is that it's design is a complete failure whether it's a Hex or not. You can't create a killer perk that survivors have full control over.
They can simply decide not to blind or pre-drop when they discover the perk is being used. It is a perk that the killer cannot use the effect of his own free will.
-
Hex: Two can play exist so probably not. The effect is too insignificant for survivors to bother cleansing.
-
I don't understand why certain perks that have specific conditions to be used or only 1 use have to be weak.
Even if Wake up allowed you to instantly open the gates, it still wouldn't be very useful depending on the situation.
-
Hag is the only killer that I believe is truly map dependent.
If you play with her on small or closed maps you will completely destroy the survivors even without using perks and that's why many hag players always bring map offerings like midwich, RPD etc. But if you get a very large map even with the best build and facing more experienced survivors you will lose or have a difficult time.
The hag is strong but it is also counterable.
-
Slugging, tunneling and camping are survivors' problems and if I'm playing as a killer with the goal of winning, why should I worry?.
A lot of anti-something mechanics were added and what did that help with?.
-
I really miss it. For some reason i liked looking at the characters' pictures while searching for a match.
-
I've also been witnessing this in my survivor and killer games. Survivors with default cosmetics playing like gods.
