She's a garbage killer, literally E tier.
Put her on swamp vs a SWF you can't do anything, safe loops around every corner, gens everywhere.
Survivors just need to stand at a pallet when injured and there's nothing you can do in loops, good luck with dead hard too.
Nothing will ever be as strong as huntress.
-
The nurse is the most boring killer to play against.
I'd honestly rather die on hook fast and leave and go next.

If anything id replace sloppy for mercilous
I dunno the sloppy adds more time to the survivors doing nothing on top of madness as well.
Especially if they need to cleanse madness then spend more time healing afterwords.

yeah i feel the need to remind you that this is soley about the nerf that added a slight delay to M1 attacks after dropping out of you ADS and NOT about the increased TR or the forced .4 seconds of ADS time prior to taking a shot - i fully agree that those were complete BS and need to be reverted ASAP.
Deathslingers faking their power over and over to zone Survivors away from things were neither playing the Killer well, nor were they a common sight.
If you considered yourself a good Deathslinger player you will have to agree that a zoning Deathslinger was about the least effective way you could have played him back in the day because of two main reasons:
- you could just, you know, shoot them instead of faking it.
- continuously faking your power to zone them awayy from pallets / windows means they run out in the open - which is exactly where you dont want them to be. you WANTED them to go for vaults or pallets, because they would either lock themselves in an animation, or ran through a tight corridor / doorway that made it very easy to shoot them out of - while hitting someone in the open field was significantly harder to pull off.
in addition you will have come to the conclusion at some point that you actually didnt need to enter ADS to zone people out, given that you could just enter your ADS and shoot in ~.1 seconds, meaning that faking your power was utterly useless to begin with, as it had literally no positive effect on you and you even warn Survivors to not be doing what you actually want them to do.
In other words, a Deathslinger repeatedly faking out his power to zone people away until they were in M1 range got downs significantly slower than a Deathslinger that just went for the shots (and hit). so your whole point of bringing in Dying Light (terrible Perk btw) makes no sense either.
This nerf has had absolutely no effect on players who were actually good with this Killer. All it did was raising his skill floor a little by making chases less cheesable for inexperienced Deathslinger players.
Now say that it doesn’t affect his gameplay on a map like the game or any map with endless loops.
With the old ADS you could quickfire on a loop and hit but now by the time the gun is up the survivor has already crouched.

Survivors were using it to grief killers by giving them matchmaking bans.

I mean that might be too strong with the above mentioned potential changes. I don't mind it being hard to force on survivors, it just has to be worth doing so IMO.
Hell even her looking at you directly from terror radius could increase condemned.
Make it like the films.
ive done thirty odd games as her and only killed like three people with it.
-
She should get condemned levels on survivors for chasing them too.
Make prolonged chases become deadly.
-
My favourite trick is when a nurse is about to blink just FOV tech her or jump into a locker out of line of sight.
-
He's a demon he literally doesn't care about overkill belongs he gets more blood essence.
-
Kept getting stuck inside objects when I blinked on the new maps.

I just tested with a friend, and YES, Merciless Storm + Unnerving Presence 100% works with Doctor. The skill checks can go in reverse and even change positions on the screen after every successive skill check. You will absolutely see this perk in skill check doctor builds.
That's awesome, I play a doctor from hell build, distressing, unnerving, overcharge and sloppy combined with fake pallets and fake red stains.
I wonder if I should drop for the merciless storm, I leave distressing on because it increases the range of static blast so you can stand on the bottom floor at midwich inside the chains in the middle and hit basically 90% of the map.
-
Camping is a mind game btw.
-
I'm not epileptic or anything triggered by lights flashing but I just had a game as blight and there were 3 survivors doing it to me all game at the corner of my FOV and in front of me with the perks which increased their usability and my head started to feel all funny like I was drunk I had to keep shutting my eyes tight for about five seconds to stop it.
I also was having my ears messed up by their clicking macros.
The devs clearly don't care about this it gives survivors joy messing with people's bodily health so they won't fix it.
They can simply killswitch flashlights and do it but they won't.
-
Survivors used their code word "Unfun" and stuff like that and the developers nerfed the hell out of him.
They didn't hold back.

What in the world is gen rushing?? What else are the survivors supposed to do? Please answer this question. What would you like the survivors to do instead of working on gens? You’re the 5th person that I have asked this question when they use that phrase. Please be the first to answer a question about the survivors ONLY objective in game. Killers complain Ruin gets cleansed to quickly. Then when players play immersive and stealth, they get mad and say it’s boring. So what would you like them to do??
And what is the killer meant to do? Have a tea party with the survivors?
-
You just need to take spine chill, VHS tapes from the TVs and do gens and she becomes a M1 killer.
Once the gen by your TV is done, put the tape into the TV and you will be fine.
-
The nurse is definitely boring to go against.
I don't mind killing myself on hook to go fast next.
-
All the streamers play a survivor in their SWF squads so BHVR wants to keep them happy.
-
I wonder if it would stack with unnerving presence too.
-
DS was being used as an offence tool to grief the killer, you had god mode for an entire 60 seconds.
-
A percentage nerf would do nothing, it's the ability to keep using it other and over which is overpowered.
Should destroy the totem once the killer snuffs it.
-

Its not about running away from killers, its about evading them, by losing them and not getting caught.
Issue is survivors will just W to the furthest corner of the map so you either can't chase them or can't protect gens, which eventually culminates into a lose lose situation where no matter what you do, survivors keep gaining time
And then running to a boon on the other side of the map and getting endless heals from it.
You snuff it out, go back to gen and it's back up again.
-
Smaller maps would be better.
If every map was the side of Midwich it would be amazing.
-
Why is gen rushing still allowed? Why is survivor body blocking still allowed? Why is endless boon totems still allowed?
-
Sweatfest crap as a killer, survivors who somehow move slightly faster than you to each loop which is barely noticeable, stretched res still seems to work, went against a SWF who took me to auto haven and despite hiding my red stain they always could see where ever I was.
Gonna have to go back to checking profiles and making a rough guess into who to skip or not to have a normal game.
-
An Endless mode would be awesome, imagine if a survivor could escape/die and another one would join the lobby and continue where the other left off.
The same goes with the killer, if they get bored they can leave and another killer can jump in.
-
Getting moried by Pinhead is one way of escaping, he doesn't kill you with it.

MMR doesn't reset, but you got different MMRs for different killers, especially when you start with one. The killer MMR needs a few matches to home in, so in the first few matches with a brand new killer you got quite the advantage and its much easier to gain a merciless rating. What throws this system off if lobby dodging. If a killer dodged a lobby that blood-thirsty survivor group will be prioritized to give them any game, just to keep waiting times as least somewhat manageable, but this outliers aside you should have fairly "easy" games with a new killer.
And also after a grade reset in the ashen and bronze region you only need a so-so good-ish game to get a merciless rating, where as in Iri you need practically a perfect game. If you happen to be in Iri1 you actually NEED a perfect game to be rated merciless, I got pictures of 1 gold and 3 iri medals that were short one little step, so just save yourself the hassel and only try to go for the adept achievments when you are in the lowerish grades.
I've never had an easy game on any of my killers who I don't play since the MMR update.
Trapper was played when they buffed his addons, got demolished by SWF.
Wraith, bullied by SWF.
Hillbilly, smashed by SWF.
And don't get me started on nurse, when ever I do a practice game, gens are all rushed in like 3-4 mins and I end up with a few downs and no hooks.
They all share your main killers MMR minus a small amount to keep matchmaking favourable for survivor wait times.
My survivors are high MMR and I'm always getting killers with like 50 hours etc.

Isn’t a revenant like the strongest ghost? Haven’t played the game in a while.
Most deadly in a hunt if it locks eyes with you but if it doesn't know where you are you're fine.
-
@Akumakaji said:
I played her once today, but won't touch her until grades reset at the 15th. The less I play her the lower my MMR will be on the 15th and the "easiest" I have it to try to get her Adept achievment.
MMR doesn't reset monthly only survivor and killer grades.
I've already tested that on Billy who I play like once every 2 years, first game since MMR and I had an SWF and got absolutely bullied into nothing.
-
Sadako is an Onryō and Spirit is a Wraith in the lore and Oni is a demon.
Give us a revenant next! We've almost got a full phasmophobia rooster!

Man, dbd players cries a lot, It's incredible. Boon was one of the most different mechanics in game, and It had already nerfed, being 25% slower. Another boons aren't that cool. There's a difference between something strong and something broken
They added it at a time when survivors don't need anymore crutches, they are already on demi-god level now in DBD.
If you go against the SWF you are literally their entertainment, you will be flamed, abused, insulted etc.
-
As someone with more killer hours than survivor I see no issue with how it is right now. The cool-down will be wasting pallets and head on stuns which means no dead hard or sprint burst etc which means easier chases.
-
The higher the MMR the longer the generators should take to be done imo.
if the survivors can’t survive that long they shouldn’t be at that MMR.
-
I don’t have photosensitivity but that guy trying to justify it being in the game is an absolute train wreck.
I think he wants it to remain in the game so he can annoy killers.
There’s also another issue I’ve had hackers take my game hostage before and they could put their self into the hook animation over and over so fast it creates like a super bright aura that flashes and immense amount of noise the developers need to look into this too.
Go to 09:42 in this video this is what it does. (Don’t watch if you have photosensitivity etc)
-
Because survivors can do 3 gens in the time it takes to finish one chase that's why it's been used more and more.
-
I'd rather lose to a cheater on console than someone with stretched res on PC taking me to a map where it's impossible to mind game the survivor due to it and them coming into end game chat trolling like they won fairly.
-
The biggest fix is not playing him.
Oni is better.
-
If my ruin has been insta-found and two gens are basically done before one chase has concluded the first one that gets downed is getting tunnelled simple.
Even more so if the survivors are on PC because I know they'll be salty in the end game chat.
-
All they have to do is change dead hard from being two perks in one to just one.
Grants distance doesn't negate hit.
Avoids killer swing but no distance. (Like a funny dodge).
There balanced.
Maps have more than enough pallets and safe loops to abuse.
