How are builds like this allowed? They're borderline invincible to kill. I've fought toxic teams but this is one of the worst I've encountered in red ranks. When killer mains say survivors are op and the games survivor sided these are the builds they're talking about.

What do you gain by letting them bleed out as opposed to just getting the hook?
At least if you let them die on the hook they are gone...but leaving them to bleed out endangers other survivours that expose themselves trying to heal someone you know wont help them in return...😞
Gives extra bloodpoints to both sides. Either by recovering or hitting. Also towards emblem which depending on rank them just hookciding the moment they find the killer can hurt the other 4 people playing.
If the survivor is doing this frequently it's better to make them wait instead of reque almost immediately after a hookcide. Make them realize this is unacceptable as it ruins 4 people's games. It also makes it more likely no one will bother will them through the match after the 3rd or 4th attempt. If you want to act like this take the penalty and DC.
Also finally if the survivor grows up and decides they want to play than they can.

Im coming back to the game after several months of not playing. Ive been clmibing my wayu back to purple where i left off and I keep getting red and purples in green games. Now normally this would be annoying for me because they would be way out of my skill range, but it would appear they arent. Almost every time i see a red rank at the end of my game they are either one of the first ones dead or they are playing into my perks and not realizing it. Did survivor climbing get easier or something? Just curious
When popping as survivor became brain dead easy it started to let green and purple ranks higher, but what hurt was the new rank reset. That made it so the survivors who really struggled to get to red ranks or even purple ranks could stay close. This inflated the upper end with bad survivors.

I dont find the game fun against spirit. I just want the game over with. Is it bannable for me to just go to the basement and kill myself first hook?
Not really bannable, but you can get reported enough for it to warrant a ban. It falls under a few different reportable offenses.
If a killer sees you enough and realizes you do this they would probably slug you for the entire duration of the bleed out. I know a few people who can't stand Plague or Spirit and I'll just let them bleed out. It's just easier to play the game imho.

Kinda hard when by the time all the gens are done his noed is active and 2 of us are dead then all he has to do is find one of us for a free 3k.
One of you should be on a gate the moment the final gen pops. Spreading out and doing gens separately is also faster. A semi competent team will get 2 or 3 people out against a hard camper even with NoeD. A good team can get all 4 people out. While a bad team can easily lose for a ez 4k. You have perks to help against campers. Really camping is a horrid strategy, but it works because people get too altruistic and hope to save a fellow survivor or friend.
Camping is also completely legal and the Devs have stated they are not going to do anything about it.

Just faced a buba who just would camp to death whoever he hooked so we genrushed him (like the devs and people said to) he got a 2k because of how long it takes to do gens with 2-3 people. Then he gets us at the end because of noed? So what the heck are we supposed to do to counter this? We genrush because thats the counter to camping but then we get punished for not doing totems. But we dont have the time to do both with him camping to death each person.
You leave. Me and my friend do it all the time.

I never understood why he tried to claim that build as his own, but yeah that combo is good.
He was the first person to start using it. It's also human nature to want to he remembered for something. Unfortunately he does not have the biggest following so I doubt that it will be recognized as his. That's a shame though because he was super excited for it.

Currently I use:
Surveillance
NOED
Make your Choice
Remember Me
This build below is highly suggested. The biggest Pig player in the game uses it to great success

I personally think he will. Deathbound, while not the strongest perk on its own, has great synergy with Nurse's Calling and Iron Maiden. Leaving only a small donut shaped circle with a width of 4 meters where you could heal up without informing the killer. And even though you dont always need to heal to win a match, its not always possible to go without heals. Self-care is essentially #########, so the only other option would be Inner Strength for undetected healing. However, Iron Maiden would like to intervene there, and even though you can be on the opposite side of the map and safely exit the locker, you still end up notifying the killer of your location, meaning other than a trashy self-care, there is essentially no way to effectively heal up without wasting time or notifying the killer.
While its obviously ridiculous to claim those 3 perks will be used constantly, since Iron Maiden obviously isnt used that much already, outside of huntresses, and ofcourse it's not a bad thing to have the killer been given access to be notified of the location specific of heals. However, the way the perks work pretty much leaves 1 perk to counter it: Calm Spirit.
I feel confident in saying that I am worried about Deathbound being introduced, because its gonna be a common perk, especially early on, and people will start building around it. Which is an extremely bad thing for Doc. The lack of Calm Spirit being used right now is what gives Doc viability in the first place. Doc would essentially be nerfed into oblivion due to a change in the meta.
Now, ofcourse, he'd still be able to tier people up in madness, preventing them from fixing or healing(which is actually a really good counter against BT, since you cant mend alone when crazy). And I am not saying it will completely destroy doc. There are still ways to use your shock and know if someone was there because you got points. You still get to know if people were inside your static blast. However, you end up extremely relying on doc's holograms that arent exactly consistent. They only let you know where a survivor was the moment they spawned in, and by the time you get a second update, the survivor is essentially at the opposite side of the map. Let alone that you cant know if those 2 holograms were spawned by the same or by different survivors.
Essentially, I see doc being practically F-tier killer in the coming meta. Which is extremely disappointing, considering he has just been reworked to be more fitting in the meta.
Could be a good build on Oni.

Very disappointed and very annoyed by the false teasing.
Really? Funny enough I knew it wasnt Pennywise because It is not a massive horror Icon they teased. Jason has too many legal work arounds while someone did confirm it was possible. Overall it was a bad idea. This left mostly Candyman and Xenomorph. Candyman is not the most iconic either. Xenomorph is almost more iconic than Jason when it comes to monsters.
Pyramid Head is probably the most Classic Horror Game Icon. Was my first assumption if they ever added a game Icon, but I never thought they would personally.

From what I have seen it's often closed except from the window, but I get times its fully open as well. I also get that map a ton as of late. I just dont ever go into that room except to look for a totem.

Well killer was a jerk for blocking you in. He could of just slugged you and called it good, but that room is not a guaranteed spawn. I was playing yesterday and it was open.

Although it's a rare opinion, please hear me out on this. People believe that spirit is unbalanced and I have some arguments for what they're offering. Let's see my side of perspective as a hybrid player:
1. 50/50 mindgames. Basically when she sits still and you don't know if she's phasing or not. I've managed to counter that by simply one perk: spine chill. You know when she'll start phasing because your spine chill will go off, meaning she doesn't know your exact position but knows that you are in a certain radius. Game knowledge helps with this too, alongside the spirit's gameplay. If I know that when she stands still she's phasing then I know that she doesn't mindgame and vise versa.
2. Unable to see where she's coming from because she's invisible. That's the point. Her whole purpose as a character is being invisible, this shouldn't be changed at all!
3. If you have good headphones and stridor you basically win. That's entirely incorrect. When I play spirit I can't use stridor. It confuses the ######### out of me when someone doesn't have iron will. Besides, learning the exact distance is really tough.
4. Spirit can't be looped like any other killer which breaks the game. You mean like nurse? Nurse also can't be looped normally and the only way to counter her are jukes and breaking line of sight, just like how spirit is countered.
So what do you guys think about the spirit? Let me know down below.
I've always thought she was balanced, but more in the same way Billy is balanced. Shes hypertuned and incredibly strong a good survivor can juke her and actually play against Spirit. Not a lot of people want to learn they all seem to want the exact same version of kiers they can bully.

The few times I've seen monto get the really strong teams, he's depipped.
TrU3Ta1ent does not face the very best that common. He plays decent survivor and SWF, but overall the man faces more average survivors then people give him credit for. He's a good player, but far from what I would consider top tier. He's mostly supported by a loyal community and his own ego. Your comment about Monto and Umbra apply to TrU3Ta1ent as well. From what I can tell very few streamers outside FunGoose, Zubat, and Dowsey do consistently well without raging against all levels of players.

You know, I thought the same thing but I started watching a Streamer that plays Bubba with Insidious and just camps every survivor hooked until they die. Any survivors that come to save the survivor gets slugged. He's getting 4ks and plenty of bloodpoints. And wasn't there another really big streamer that played an entire day of camping with NOED and was continually getting 4ks just recently.
So you watched the mistakes others make and then proceed to do it and get mad by it lol. Get over it. The Devs have already told you it's not happening.

I mean you make a tier list based on how good the killers power is,right?
She has lost quite a bit from her map mobility and is way more unforgiving to play than she used to be.But even after the nerf her power is the strongest one in the game (If you don't look at her bugs and inconsistent teleports)
Though i would argue if she deserves the ss tier anymore.
Unfortunately her bugs and inconsistencies are pretty common. I would say anyone who plays her would argue shes more mid B Tier than SS Tier anymore. The only people who argue shes SS tier are people who bring up she negates survivor defenses and the people who play her for a couple games and do well, but can't deal with the frustrations for very long.
Shes not fun, too buggy and inconsistent, and to top it off due to the previous issues and time investment needed. You can get the same results from other killers with less frustrations overall.

That’s just sad lol
i don’t even know why Mori’s are still in the game. I can understand the green one but the ebony? It’s existence is Inexcusable and unjustified. Keys aren’t a good answer. Out of all my games playing survivor, about 1 out of every 50 somebody on my team has a key. Let alone the fact it’s not a guaranteed use because you might not even get 80% of the gens done to get some or most of your teammates out through it if the killer has Mori because killers that use it love to tunnel and camp. It’s just not fun. I hope the devs are trying to establish a more enjoyable multiplayer for the survivors. When I play killer I don’t have a problem. The stress playing killer is fun enough 😂😂😂 but never do I consider using a Mori unless they’re all running keys and flashlights. But even then I think ebonys are overkill and unnecessary considering the fact that killers have good add ons
the strength of a key < Mori. But they need to take both out
They both have the same strength to them. The issue is one comes into play typically far quicker than the other unless the killer snowballs extremely well at the start.

Message them with advice honestly. Give them words of encouragement. Really we live in a DBD MM crap storm. All we as more experienced players can do is attempt to provide or knowledge onto the ones who actually need it like that poor Wraith. Provide him with a few useful YT videos and stuff.
I know it's hard sometimes, but maybe it's time we all stop being toxic to one another and help the newer members of our community through the events and poor MM we have today. If this continues it will eventually be the death sentence to DBD. No one wants to play a game that no matter what they get bullied by people who have 1k plus hours when they dont even have 1 hours.

@Liruliniel I was rank 13 before this match. I switched to trapper because I have more experience with him. I knew it was a swf because two of them had nearly identical names. Was not a fun match. 🙃 I couldn't imagine how awful this would have gone if I stayed as basically a rank 20 huntress against them lol. I hate playing as killer anymore tbh. Impossible to learn and experiment with them.
Ya it doesn't bother me personally because I know I belong at red ranks skill wise for both sides, but I always feel bad for people who get thrown into those situations. I never find it fair for myself to come back from my own breaks and get tossed into this, but imagine a new player legitimately running into this. Why would this make them want to stay? Even tho I personally believe how rank reset and the current safety pip actually make survivors incredibly bad anymore there is a significant difference between a person at red ranks and a new person playing Wraith or the first time without a perk.

Participation is completely voluntary and anonymous, and you have the opportunity to enter a draft for one of two 20$ steam gift cards.

Eh, P3 is hardly noticeable on hag. One of those is real, one of those is fake. You can't really combine it with anything other than this outfit either. It's impossible to not camp with hag if there are 2+ flashlights in the lobby, unless you want to be a 110 killer with no power. She is made for it, so if you like camping, hag is for you.
I can easily and clearly tell the difference, but ok.
You seem to of never played Hag very much or not very good ones. Hag is not meant for camping while her power is strong with it she has a base 40 meter TP. Her power is quite literally only limited by your imagination and skill level. Flashlights mean nothing to a good Hag. While they can be a hindrance to you as a killer they are in no way the hard counter you pretended they are. Smart players will adjust the traps making fake bait for a survivors cute little flashlight. Funny enough this is actually not even the best a Hag can get this is just average to good Hag level basics.
Hag is everywhere and nowhere all at the same time. A True Hag main is probably tied for the single scariest killer in the game. A real Hag Main when they place a trap down is a guaranteed future hit. Once you realize that the Hag your up against knows what they are doing a deep unsettling paranoia starts to take grip.
She has a low pick rate because of how people play her not because of how good she is. Statically speaking she has one of the lowest pick rates and one of the highest kill rates. So once a Hag starts to learn how to play and develop a sense of how to make a web correctly it becomes a completely different game.

I personally detest NoeD like anyone who knows me will be able to confirm this. While being destroyed by a killer who never used it is one thing and people are just mad because they suck. They are clearly just shifting blame to the perk to make the killer feel bad about themselves while simultaneously using NoeD as the crutch excuse to feel better.
Yet a good majority of NoeD players in general tend to be bad players who can't get a kill without it. I would say after all the time I have played there's nothing quite like the irritation of a bad player downing you after a successful game with a unfairly balanced perk.
Every since someone mentioned it. I have always thought NoeD as a perk would become fair and balanced if they just removed the speed buff. It has a fair and balanced counterplay, but the speed buff and exposed together are anything except fair and balanced.

We will probably then see more nerf threads for killers and their abilities and also for survivor abilities/perks.
Yet the people at list think, they know the reason why they lose a match. If they find no easy solution for it, they will name a wide variety of reasons, i bet.
A lot of people lose because of things like Dedicated Servers, Ping between Players, Bad Gen/Objective Pressure, Unfamiliar Killer/Perks, Improper Looping, Human Emotions, Skill Level, Bad Team Coordination, 3 Gen Strategy, ETC. While almost everyone can rewatch a video and see what and how they did something wrong it's easier to use coined terms instead Gen Rushing, Tunneling, Camping, ETC. I've actually seen people call a Killer just a Trash Tunneler and No Skill Camper who wasn't doing anything of the sort, but it made Survivor X, Survivor Y, and Survivor Z feel better about being outplayed.
Sometimes it's easier to just blame others actions instead of your own failures. This goes for everyone and everything. It's just a simple process of blame shifting to protect your EGO.

Ok, I'm not going to disagree and say that Jason is coming to DbD, because I don't really think he is, either.
...but what's the deal with people always saying Trapper is Jason? Just because he's a guy in a mask?
Maybe thematically the artists wanted something that was Jason-inspired, sure. I've heard that before and I can believe that. But Trapper has nothing whatsoever to do with Jason in terms of actual appearance, backstory, abilities, gameplay and so on.
So what DOES Trapper have in common with Jason? He...has a weapon...and...hits people? Ok, so we just described the entire cast in DbD. Great. I guess no other killers can ever be added because they too would hit people.
Trapper is to Jason what Billy is to Leatherface. They are the orginal creation of BHVR to draw attention to the game on a play of similar horror icons.

Famous from putting that in their name, no. It's a way for smaller streamers to get new people to watch their stream. There's a lot of people out there with 0-5 viewers, so getting noticed in a sea of other small streamers is next to impossible. Putting your stream in your name gets some people to visit your stream, but the only way to get them to stay and keep coming back is to be good at what you do. They aren't going to come back tomorrow because they played with/against you once. You might get your start that way, but at some point you end up high enough in the directory that people start to see your channel more and you just end up growing that way.
This is probably some of the best advise and honest comment I have seen on this forum. I am curious how did it go for you as a Dev of the game when you stream? Like did you start small or did you explode due to the game?

I tend not to but ttv in my name as considering i mainly play killer and i do come across some very toxic survivors where they would most likely harass me in twitch chat if they knew i was a streamer. What i do is keep playing always welcome anyone that pop up in the chat and be myself and if they want to follow great if not then thank you for at least having a watch :)
Hit me up with a link I'll watch some. Always good to check out other killers and learn new tricks that person does.

Its fair and balanced according to killers so please tell me the counter
It's a counter balance to Iron Will. It's a fair perk and balanced...just maybe not on Spirit. Most good Spirits wont use it. Wasted slot in general.
Best way is to play Spirit and learn counter tactics by watching survivors try and mindgame you.

Honestly the majority of red rank survivor's today or any rank honestly are not very skilled anymore. Most are only red rank through the power of the new rank reset and the safety pip system keeping them at higher ranks than they should be. With how extremely easy it is too pip as survivor they are beyond boosted. I run into a lot of people who act like rank 13's from a few years ago. I've seen and had matches that have been so one sided with survivor's being terrible at basic gameplay that you would honestly think you were heavily down ranked to play with new players. While the pip system is too blame for this another issue is EGC (which is necessary) giving a free hatch that was not earned (used to require 2 gens be done to spawn hatch as last survivor)
While you may think that I'm being unfair and overly critical of survivors in general. Killers are generally more skilled after they start leaving green ranks in a consistant basis. The pip system for killers is significantly more harsh. This requires more or less a higher standard of playing. This also means a killer who can't juggle and provide good pressure to the survivors is usually losing from the start of a decent team. With the loss of Old Ruin a lot of the killers who remained adapted and became a lot better.
TLDR: survivors are bad nowadays, while killers have a lot going for them of they realize it. The only difference is experience in general. Rank means nothing.

I'm sure because of servers and latency it looks even larger.
It does honestly feel that way that the reach is far more than normal, but my friend has coined Freddy for "Go Go Gadget Arms" at this point.

I want to know why Mothers Dwelling is still that Big. I played a game as Huntress which is 4.4 m/s and i dont have any chance to keep pressure on the Gens cause they are super wide splitted. Does anyone feels the same way ?
I only want to discuss with players who play Surv and Killer.
This is odd I tend to love Huntress on Mother's Dwelling. I have a high success rate for her on the map. I do think they need to reduce the size overall though.
