Have you ever tried running for your life naked? VERY uncomfortable.
Don't ask me how I know.

    How do you know?

  • This is bad. But nice try bud

    1. The Doctor is in a pretty good place right now, he doesn't need a nerf.
    2. Git Gud
  • Rancor reveals locations but not auras, if you use Nurse's and the add-on that makes the phasing silent it becomes op, it would be already really strong without the add-on.

In short: Her power makes you unable to see survivors and their auras. And scratch marks with an add-on.

I agree with the Trapper changes. I disagree with the other changes. Wraith already gets a free hit when decloaking and has become a rather strong killer.
Your suggestions for clown I see possible add ons to affect those, but shouldn't be changes to his base power. You just have to predict better where survivors are going and throw accordingly.

I agree that Clown probably doesn't need a buff for now, but if you think that Wraith is now a strong you are wrong, I learned how to play him and find success in most games, but it comes down to skill, his power is pretty weak otherwise, either you manage to mind-game the survivors or you're lucky and they screw up. I like Wraith right now but he can use some tweaks

  • As a Wraith kinda-main I would love him to be completely invisible when outside 32 meters and then becoming slowly more visible, this makes stealth with him more useful and powerful, getting close to survivors would be much easier. And as far as the faster uncloacking, yes please, it feels too slow, I'm not asking for it to be too fast but at least a little bit faster, or make it so the Wraith is slowed down less when uncloacking.

I agree on the Trapper starting with two traps, or at least the ability to carry two traps.

I haven't played the Clown yet, but he seems like he is in a good spot right now.

  • Changes are not going through, confirmed in the last Dev Stream

  • I have friends I play with, usually we tend to say how the killer we are going against sucks or is good. In the end it's mostly about skill, if your friends complain is probably because they are bad and don't know how to deal with killers

  • Entitled survivors or salty killer, if I have a nice game I will write gg and that's it, I play on console so I get hate less often than PC

  • I play on console. I think I got moried only a few times, definitely under ten times

  • They said a while back that if they wanted they could get the license to Jason. So, he could come to the game. Probably not soon because people were tired of licensed killers, but in the future some of the players will want a licensed killer, so who knows, may be Jason or may not be Jason

  • How old is this damn post?

  • Level up all survivors, in the end it's worth it ;)

  • They aren't changing self care, they will make a new perk with the concept they have now. I know it doesn't make a lot of sense

  • Is this bait?

  • I would use Iron Will instead of Dark Sense, in case the killer hit you and you want to escape by sneaking away under his nose, otherwise the perks David advised are great for stealth

  • Good for tracking but worse than the Doctor, if you think of something to help him in the chase it would be much better

  • Claudette with dark clothes, she almost invisible in some maps and when chasing in the corn.

  • I think that if the Legion had 115% movement speed they would be broken, they could just stop the Frenzy without having to worry about losing the survivor too much and reach them fairly quickly for an easy down, getting the first hit is already extremely easy as Legion.

I honestly would love the Wraith to be harder to see as a base and completely invisible with a Ultra Rare add-on.

I really don't know about the Pig, I think it's still too early to have a clear idea for me.

About the Hillbilly I'm really unsure, he is really strong but I don't know if lowering his movement speed to 110% would make him more balanced, he still has the chainsaw anyway.

  • I think it's annoying.

Good players de-rank to get into easy games and bully lower ranking players, I don't like it.

I personally like to have a challenge, that's why I try my best every game.

I am very annoyed by this because in one case I ended up against the same guy (Killer) three times in a row, after minutes and minutes of waiting for a match, as soon as the match started he would DC; I was so annoyed, I want to play for God's sake.

    1. Gen tapping is a waste of time for survivors and an advantage for the killer.
    2. The devs are working on totem placement.
    3. They are not buffing self care, they won't change self care but will keep the version they have in the PTB and use it as a perk of it's own in the future.
    4. Git gud.
  • Probably lag? I'm not sure

  • I have to say, good ######### job on that picture, very well done. Even tho the devs said that they wouldn't make a non-humanoid killer, but if when the Beast is in slaughter mode it walks on two legs they just have to make the crawling animation and that's it. I saw another werewolf killer concept in this forum and if you were to combine them giving the Beast two parts of its power like the pig it would become a fantastic killer.

  • I have an idea for a killer with one or two pets, but I'm still thinking about how it could work. I was thinking about a cat and a dog, I have an idea for the cat but I'm still thinking about the dog.

  • I'm a bit confused. The leap is 130%, yes? Otherwise I like the idea, this power can help this killer in the chase which could make it a really good one, maybe not top tier but still pretty decent.

When I watched the stream, this actually came as a surprise to me because a very long time ago someone asked a similar question about the Killers interacting and the Devs said that The Entity kept the Killers alone and isolated. It was said they didn’t even know other Killers existed in the realm. I don’t know why the Devs changed this piece of the lore but it’s an interesting turn.

They probably decided to change the lore, maybe for something that is about to come. Killer vs Killer gamemode confirmed? ;)

  • I usually wait a second to let them waste it and, if I can, get them stuck somewhere. Once I managed to get a Meg stuck behind one of Lery's entrance doors, she DCd XD

  • Yeah, it sucks, but hopefully the survivors you find have bright colors so you can see them better while chasing them in the corn. And hopefully they are not Claudettes

  • I understand the frustration. I play a lot of killer but I have never camped, I stay around the hook only when I think/know there are other survivors close and if I don't find them I just go away, when a survivor gets unhooked in front of me I will go for them unless the other one is injured as well, going for the injured one is simply the most logical choice, I don't want to tunnel the same survivor every time but sometimes I know it would be beneficial for me to go for that survivor, or sometimes when the survivor is unhooked I go back to the hook and end up finding the unhooked survivor since he/she is bleeding, I'm not tunneling because I want to tunnel, I just find them first or their teammates are idiots. I'm not saying that every killer has an excuse, just not all killer do this things with the intention to make the game not fun to play. Sometimes killers have their reasons to do what they do, especially the high ranking ones that know what to do.

  • As a Wraith main (Somewhat) I like this idea. But I still think that the bell is pretty iconic, so maybe make it so it can be heard in certain moments? Like maybe if we make it so that when he becomes invisible the chase isn't considered over and when uncloaking during the chase you can hear the bell. I would miss the sound of the bell :(

  • It must be random then.

How would that make him scarier? Removing this from Doctor seems like a big nerf to his tracking ability (which is his main purpose, he's an anti-stealth Killer for a reason).

No, boy, you misunderstood. As a survivor you don't see the "bubbles", playing as the Doctor you still see them

Hey! I just asked QA and it's a bug. They're aware of it and taking care of it, no ETA though.

    Aye, thanks

  • Pay per platform, works the same for any other game

  • I would like the Creeper if it wasn't for the fact that the one who holds the rights is scum, I don't want it, don't want to give the bastard money.

Other than this I would love to have my boy Jason, Candyman and of course, Pumpkinhead

  • I love both perks since I usually play solo, I play with friends only once in a while. Iron Will is awesome, it makes it that more difficult for the killer to find you when you're injured. Self care on the other hand I use it because I don't trust my teammates, and I don't like to bring items with me when I play for some reason.

  • Xbox and PS4 cross platform would be ok, but I think that if PC players and console players where to play with each other would be a problem. Think of a console killer and a PC survivor, the killer will probably never win

I hope for future killers, the ideas they come up with do not "break" the rules of the game Like Legion and Nurse. We wont even talk about Nurse, as we all know she was DbDs biggest mistake for a killer. While a great concept, not well thought out. Now we have Legion. While I am not saying he is overpowered, I am saying they need to stop making abilities that allow killers to bypass survivors only way of escaping...windows and pallets.
There is one that that is true....If Legion wants you dead, you are dead. You don't even have to be a skilled killer. The devs took out pallets, windows, and cut out parts of jungle gyms for the sole purpose of adding some mind games. It also added more thought to evading the killer instead of simply running from pallet to pallet, leaving the killer helpless. I have no problem with these things as killers really did need some love, even though on some maps, there are some pretty barren areas. Now, however, they are taking away what is left by adding these abilities that ignore the things survivors need to get away. I thought they would have learned from the Nurse, but apparently not.

PS, They can get rid of decisive strike too, that's another terribly thought out ability.

How bad of a survivor do you have to be to complain about this stuff? Legion and Nurse break "the rules"? Since when are pallets a "rule"? Nurse is a counter to most survivor strategies? Yes, she was designed that way, but have you played her? Do you know how hard it is to play as her? The Legion can vault pallets? Yes. But can they down you right after vaulting? Absolutely not, my boy. If you are at least a decent survivor you hardly need pallets to win a chase anyway.

  • somehow this thing quoted you instead of the other guy, I'm sorry

Some things are just a coincidence :) but you got all 4 so what are you so whiny about? It's still free speech. If you didn't camp then you didn't if you are sure you didn't distance camp you know yourself you didn't. Thats in this case enough.

    I wasn't whining, I was just telling a story

  • I played one killer match on the new update 'cause I didn't have time, I did lose one survivor specifically many times but in the end I still got a 4k. I will play a little more killer today but it isn't that big of a problem in my opinion, to me it's just a bit more of a challenge and more effort I need to put while playing. If you manage to have success now and then they change it to be easier to see you will be a beast

If a killer camps me i just bust out a cold one and relish the sweet salty killer tears. Second most enjoyable feeling next to salty survivours post game chat.

When they start dropping Obscenities and calling you crap like camper tunneler stew in it enjoy it and instead of dropping entitled survivour drop a gg  :) they/them will be fuming for the rest of the night.

Or alternatively leave lobby. The only time I'll go easy on ya is if theres only 2 or 3 players in game in which case im a lot more forgiving and will give one player hatch. Other then that make smart saves and dont expect me to relinquish hook pressure too easily.

Once I was playing as Billy, hooked the second to last survivor, turn around and see a pizza Dwight hide behind a wall, I act as if nothing happened, walked a few meters away, turned back quickly and I see the idiot running to save his friend. Killed them all. At the end of the match the second to last calls me a camper, I just replied like this: I saw the Dwight, I got the pizza

  • I think the only unwritten rule that every survivor should know is that if a survivor in the first stage of the hook is spamming the unhook button (Without holding it, to avoid confusion) means that the killer is nearby/camping so the others keep working on gens. I don't know how many times when I play survivor and I'm on the hook and all the other three come running to me, see the killer and wait for them to go away, which doesn't happen. Go do gens, don't waste time

  • I would love a Wendigo style killer, I wouldn't really know about what kind of power it could have.

I would also love a shapeshifter killer but I know it's going to be a problem to make it at least decent.

He makes deals fairly regularly.the entity does push people into a killer if it suits his purposes. He tried to turn the Spirit's father into a killer before he realised Rin would be better. He also essentially gives some of the killers powers.

Tdlr He probably will do it if it benefits him.
Thank you for your answer, this really helps.

The Entity made agreements with killers like the Spirit by promising her revenge but she had to serve the Entity and the Clown by allowing him to take the horse with him as reward for him wanting to serve under the Entity. Also the devs said that the Entity was experimenting at first and then came to the concept of killers vs. survivors like we know it today.

    Thank you, this helps
  • I understand why his movement speed is 105 %, I have played SCP: Containment Breach and love SCPs in general, but I would be kind to him and give him at least 107%, it's still pretty slow but 105% just feels too slow, plus if a survivor uses the Hope perk is going to be faster than him so he will never catch up. Other than that I'm loving it

Whatever dude I already said why I don't like seeing that you are still free to do what you want.

Yeah, I get it. Just don't be annoying about it, it's just a waste of time
