main problem is that Spine Chill remains more versatile no matter what is done to Premo's cd unless it just lit up, which is... just, no. To make Premo not completely outclassed imo, you make Spine Chill no longer work on Undetectable, then let Premo be the only perk which counters stealth with the reduced cd.

Ghostface is the best of the stalky bois as he is literally just the best parts of Myers with none of the downsides.
Wraith is imo the most fun of them(He gets stalking points so it totally counts i swear)

imo, just make it SET your hatchets to 1 and slap on a spicy little "this trumps all other addons", then maybe a slower reload time. You get 1 hatchet, thats it, no Infantry Belt can save you. oh, you missed? abandon chase or be a 110 killer with no power.

imo the best part about this, is that since Haddonfield has no god window changes, its probably next up for a rework, and with Badham also having it's tiles changed, House of Pain might be getting changed

Either way a killer is strong if you play it right. Just because he has a decent power that helps start the chase doesn't mean it takes no skill to win the chase.
(That was a joke correlating to BHVR's insanity fyi) 100% agree with you, i personally dont believe Wraith is top tier like Tru3 does, but i do believe he is a god tier Wraith, same goes for you and Leg. There's a Demo main out there that's better than a god Huntress, it's just that nobodies documented their existence.

Sadly, as seen above, the solution is setting your windows resolution to 100%, because DbD is the greatest game ever made. Dont worry, you learn to like the small icons, really frees up desktop space

Unbreakabill. One lets you have a slightly faster vaulting speed in chase & counters stealth, and the other gives you a free health state.

Quite simply, she's a jack of all trades, master of none. This simply disallows her to be top tier, as to take control of the game you need to excel in one area so you can actually gain some pressure quickly. Hag excels in map control, Spirit in loops, Nurse in chase & map traversal. Pig has stealth, yes, but its the worse stealth in the game, she has ambush in loops, yes, but it only works in some, and even then, it can be mindgamed by good survs, traps slow the game down, but not by much, unless there are at least 2 out, all they do is pressure 1 survivor, which is still good, just not great, and even then, in the off chance you have 2 or more traps in play, due to luck they can possibly do nothing.

everything listed is a problem, one of them however makes the rest of them worse. ######### the window, send it to hell to where it may rot amongst the Iron Works window(thank ######### thats gone at least)

yes, Clown needs some love...but Feral Frenzy is fundamentally broken, either Legion remains painfully weak forever, or is decent & breaks the game

- Spirit: I dont think i have to explain how... "interactive" she is
- Clown: Exactly the same as facing a 115 killer with no power, except the game just takes longer
- Plague: I run medic builds
- Billy: I have nothing against Billy, i just personally find him boring on both sides
- Wraith: Clown, but the game MIGHT go 2s quicker
- Legion: First of all, it's Legion, second of all, the only teammates i get are the survivors that think not healing is still a counter to Legion
- Bubba: See Wraith. Bubba isn't with Wraith as chest protectors always make funny games
- Freddy: Boring, but has some nice gimmick builds that are always a good change of pace(when you get someone who plays them)
- Myers: Freddy, but sans the "Boring" part
- Ghostface: Surprisingly i dont have too much of a problem with the reveal mechanic, i know the size & i played the ptb...jesus christ... the current reveal is an astronomical improvement. He's always as average of a game as you can get
- Oni: I just think he's neat
- Deathslinger: Have only played against him on the ptb, but it was fun
- Hag: Suspense, the killer
- Pig: It's always nice to play against your main, especially when it's a surv main at the helm. "You may know everything i'm going to do, but thats not going to help you, because i know everything your going to do... STRRRRAAAnnnge isn't it"
- Trap-Daddy: A good Trapper forces you to focus
- Doctor: His music
- Huntress: Always a back and forth when you're on an equal skill level
- Demi Plays: Not only is the roaring, a thing, but dodging a shred always feels good
- Nurse: Now i'm not the best looper, what i am good at however, are mindgames, making Nurse, to me, the most interactive killer in the game, which makes her my favourite to play against

If you have all other perks, my go to build is Devour Hope, Discordance, STBFL & Haunted Grounds. If Haunted goes off early game, slug like hell, if it goes off while you dont know where anyone is, you can just use that time to set up traps while survs all play careful for a minute. STBFL, because STBFL. Discordance, because Discordance. Devour Hope is exchangable, but when a surv cleanses Haunted instead while DH is at 5 stacks, it always feels amazing.
However, if you're not too confident, run Corrupt instead of DH, it's great on him for some free set up time & getting a portion of the map fully trapped up.

are you being put on the sabo'd hook right after you sabo it? if not, it might just be that you didnt read the full sabo change, hooks respawn after 30s as a compensation for the near instant sabo

That's not exactly a condition, that's something you choose to do.
Plus exhaustion lasts 40 secs, even less with Vigil, so technically you can run every 40 secs.
Exhaustion time doesn't matter, if you use your exhaustion perk in chase, its not coming back in that chase. if you leave chase, whether its 60s, 40s, or less if you're for some reason using Vigil, you will have it back by the next time you're chased as your going to standing still holding m1. This is why Clown's exhaustion addon is one the best of the bunch, sure 30s isn't long, but it completely negates the perk for the rest of that chase as the survivor is always running.

The others having a strict condition, is both a strength & weakness, the same still applies to Sprint Burst since it lacks any situational condition, you have to actively hinder your mobility to not waste it, but unlike the others, it can be used whenever you want if you handle it right

A. Thats not a bug, per se, just the servers disagreeing with the hit. It should normally only take one "vomit projectile" to hit
B. Yes, she is intended to lose Corrupt when she gets pallet stunned

Yes it takes all game to activate, but it essentially replaces the win condition with "do all 5 gens" instead of "escape", meaning that if you're having a back & forth game, it completely removes the ability for the killer to come back unless they're running NOED & get a little lucky.

The main problem is Clown is neither in, or out of the "underpowered" hole, as his power does literally nothing, meanwhile you have Legion & Bubba, who can be hindered by their powers. So he's most likely not high on BHVR's list, despite desperately needing a touch up

Despite being a Pig main, i'd have to say i'm most comfortable with Evan, he's got a very simple power, but unlike killers like Clown, Freddy & Wraith, its not just one note.

I have actually thought about Bob once as a joke... he's 130%, but 200 rakes that only effect him spawn... they cannot be removed, if it's Ironworks, 27 are guaranteed to spawn in the infinite. Touching one stuns him, of course.

Furtive & Nurse's, specifically on Hag. Watch in amazement as i gain 4 stacks within moments & am almost always in chase.

I mean, i expected Solidarity to bug out eventually, but i just thought it'd be with AutoDICDIC & "overhealling" or some bs, but nope, just hates broken. I'd recommend swapping out Solidarity if you take in a broken perk until this is fixed.

If i run it, its on Doc, but otherwise, almost never. It's in the same boat as Nuin & Third Seal, not strong to warrant being a Hex, but too strong to not be a Hex
