Before Billy's nerf I would've said Billy but the overheat mechanic is ridiculous. Bubba is easier, and his chainsaw sweep is great, and I feel like I'd be more likely to get a down as Bubba than Billy.
-
There used to be a feature where you could see the ranks of the survivors who you were in a lobby with, I've no idea why they removed it.
-
I love that they made a clear point that the release date can be subject to change and it's confirmed, yet they still decide to release a killer with a power that doesn't work.
-
This game is an addiction- if I have a day full of terrible games it makes me want to play and hope that the games improve, if I have a day of fun games it makes me want to play more because I enjoy it. It's also basically a routine for me.

When I'm waiting in a lobby as Hillbilly my ears hurt

Or would you run into them half the time you do now? You know.. as they woud de-rank in double the speed?
Ooooh maybe π
-
As a survivor main, on behalf of survivors that play like this, I apologise. I wish some people just knew to not message people after a bad game.
-
Ok
-
A -2 pip could be easily abused. I run into enough killers that go afk all game in the basement and use the excuse that they're trying to derank. If deranking is made easier it will probably be more common for people to go afk and not participate in gameplay to intentionally derank and get easier games.
-
I rarely stalk because I either get revealed or the survivor knows I'm there and starts to run away which makes it difficult to stalk. I still get deviousness points for 'sneaky stab' so I use the 'sneaky stab' to my advantage to get an initial hit on a survivor. Plus if someone is partially stalked they normally try to take a hit or protect a survivor which undoes their stalk progress.
-
Yeah the frame drop with bloodlust is ridiculous so it should hopefully help
-
It's so annoying, I'll go to grab a survivor off a vault but then it will stop and cancel it which favours the survivor so much
-
Devotion 9, level 14 and 1850 hours
-
An important thing to remember is that this game is asymmetrical, every match is different and in a sense that's what I like. Yeah it's annoying to play with teammates that do nothing and can't hold a chase for longer than 2 seconds, but then the game after that might be completely different and I might have teammates that can hold a chase for the duration of a whole generator, or they might love gens so much that when I'm in a chase they actually do the objective.

Ash because he fought Evil, he could easily escape the entity

Everyone who played Silent Hill 3 knows the answer.
Heather literally fought God so she will definitely escape

My main build is Adrenaline, DS, Spine Chill and Iron Will. Sometimes I play Unbreakable instead of Adrenaline, if I'm getting slugged a lot.
-
For both sides I like The Game, Dead Dawg Saloon and Midwich. However the issue with Midwich is I struggle to find generators and totems.

I'm going to trigger everyone and say that The Game is the best, and I'm saying that unironically.
I quite enjoy The Game too, apart from when I'm playing against a Doctor with distressing π

This, except it says they only have 1 post
-
Maybe Zarina instead of Kate, I can't imagine Kate in a suit. But Zarina already has a suit so maybe not... I love the idea of Elodie in a suit though
-
I don't know if someone has already made this point but that could easily just take the game hostage. Being camped isn't fun, but at least there's a hook timer so it can eventually end. If I encountered a killer that was extremely determined to kill me, and I had teammates that tried to get me instead of doing gens then the game could become veeeeery boring.
-
I've bought and completed all of the rifts, I like to show off my cosmetics and show how long I've been playing. The first rift pass came out in October last year, and I love wearing Meg's pastel coloured man bun from that pass, I almost never see anyone with that hair so I feel unique and it shows people that I've had the game for a while.
-
Spine chill is my favourite survivor perk, and I play it in all my builds because I love being prepared for a chase and it helps against stealth killers.

i hate adrenaline when u down 3 survivors and the last guy finish a gen they go up and get a speed boost
I play adrenaline in my build but wouldn't really count it as second chance, I hate when the last gen gets done and I end up getting up in the killer's face because I immediately get downed again π
-
I don't see an issue with using second chance perks, yeah they're annoying to play against but playing strong second chance perks makes sense. The only second chance perk I use in my build is ds. When I play killer I don't really care about second chance perks, the only one that annoys me is dead hard but as soon as someone uses it I just wait it out. The only time second chance perks are an issue is when people force it, like purposely jumping in and out of lockers to force ds or running into you to force borrowed time.
-
I used to be able to stare at the survivor's faces but since they changed the repair animation it's more difficult to see now.
-
I love the vomit queen, she's the only killer I play where I'll have all 4 survivors escape but still have fun because I love chases as her. I'd love a buff for her, and definitely a change to her deviousness bloodpoint category because getting 25 bloodpoints for vomitting on a generator just isn't enough.
-
It's about getting the feeling of killer and being able to tell when is a good time to lunge. If you have a survivor who spins a lot or tries to move around and make you miss, just wait and stand there. When they stop spinning then it's a good time to lunge.
-
The issue with deranking to play huntress is that people play differently against her and it becomes very difficult very quickly. I deranked to practice huntress and I was getting easy 4K games because survivors would throw down pallets and vault windows which gave me free hatchet hits, and the majority of them ran in a straight line or moved side to side. Then when I ranked up, my games immediately changed because people actually looped around pallets and didn't throw them down to give me free hits. They also tend to bait windows and bait moving side to side.
And I'd say intentional deranking is ok just as long as you're not extremely cruel to the survivors.
-
Off, I play on Xbox and it's a small community and I like recognising the people I play with. Anytime I've turned on crossplay I just get slugged every single game, it's not very fun. I don't even want to try killer on crossplay.
-
Try hard doctors agitate me. But the average doctor makes me laugh. They either use their shock and miss which slows down the chase, or they give in and don't use their shock at all which also slows down the chase. I rarely encounter a doctor that can accurately uses their shock therapy in chases, and although it's annoying I have to respect their skill.
-
I don't mind solo queuing, and games when all of my teammates are rank 1 are good. But when I get put with rank 9 teammates that use perks like self care and dark sense, it feels hopeless. A fix to solo queue would be if ranking was actually accurate.
-
Why do people feel the need to announce that they're going to quit? I see so many posts like this and I don't see the point of them. We know there are toxic people in the community, you're not telling us anything we don't know.
-
Given how long it took them to get a cosmetic for Leatherface, I feel like they might not be allowed to add the skin to the game. I don't see why they can't though since pretty lady Leatherface was in Mortal Kombat X.
-
Just short of 2 years ago, my friend got me to play the game with her, and I'm always scared to try out new games. I picked Meg because I didn't like the look of Dwight. We spawned in The Game map and it was a trapper but we didn't see him all game, so I simply escaped my first game, not the most interesting first game π

I might have to. When I play Survivor, I main Laurie because of her role in the Halloween franchise. Unfortunately, I think too many Killers look at me and go "OBJECT. DS. DIE." because I've had more than a few Killers go out of their way to kill me even if I'm looping them for too long. Recently I had a Blight that wanted me so bad that the other Survivors had to throw themselves at him because they wanted to get chased. I have DS equipped for this exact situation but I rarely get to use it (I have DS on all my Survivors specifically for this situation). I've been thinking about switching to David or Meg or waiting for someone from a franchise like Resident Evil or The Last of Us and hoping that people don't hate their perks.
Yeah I get that, and the majority of Lauries don't even use object (well the ones I play with), I'd say Meg is quite good because her perks can be predicted but not necessarily countered by killers.

Can never play bill without bt I see the loathsome accusing faces of the gamers behind the skins of my fellow teammates when I don't save them from their campy predicament. And I low key hate bt but love bill.
Same with unbreakable too, I never get slugged as Bill because killers assume I have unbreakable.

Gas heaven looks incredible

I'd either use infectious fright or the addon that makes your chainsaw silent after hitting someone with it. Maybe use discordance too so you know when there are groups of people together.

Kinda sad because I play because I like the character and my sister who has found a character that favors her, but the toxicity has ruined the character.((Though I find the hatred towards the character herself, instead of the crappy tactics to be extreme and honestly weird))
You could be toxic with just about any character really.
Yeah when I have a Claudette daily ritual I get tunnelled a lot if I play her because people immediately assume I'm toxic. I purposely wear a bright outfit on Claudette so people don't assume I'm playing blendette, but people still have something against her.
-
I'd rather break some leftover pallets or walls, maybe find the hatch to close it. I'm not gonna go to the gate to have survivors try to make me feel bad for not winning.
-
Its spawn is completely random which can favour the killer or survivor. But it's the best the game can do since they can't expect a survivor to repair gens and escape by them self or open a gate by them self.
-
It's a fantastic perk combination which I love to use. Sure killers have told me I'm using the 'small pp build' but it's not a 'small pp build', they're perks that work well to help me survive, why wouldn't I use them?
-
I'd replace iron grasp with unnerving presence (Trapper's perk not Doctor's perk, Doctor's is overwhelming presence). Distressing + overcharge + unnerving presence because overcharge and unnerving presence makes the skill check ridiculously small and hard to hit. If you get a map like the game where distressing increases your terror radius to around half the size of that map then it's very unlikely anyone is going to be hitting those skill checks.

BUG FIXES!!!!! I would love for there to be a time where there just aren't a bugs and the game runs perfectly fine. Whenever there's a new chapter introduced there are loads of bugs. Then they introduce the bugfix, but fixing the bugs makes more bugs. I get that they have to maintain player interest by introducing new content, but I'd be much more likely to play the game if there weren't any bugs than if there was a new killer/ survivor.
-
It annoys me when I see people scooting around the map because they think UE is quicker. Just because the survivors legs move quicker, doesn't mean you're actually moving quicker. I'm not looking forward to the tome challenge where I have to use UE π
-
I agree that speed really needs changing. It makes it so hard for me to enjoy killer, the only killer I don't get gen rushed as is pig, which is a shame because I can't play killers that I find fun like hag or plague because while I can be strong with them, I still always lose to gen speed.
-
I took a protection hit for someone against a Michael Myers, I somehow didn't notice he was in T3 and ended up sacrificing myself for them π
