Because killer is survivor's toy. That's how the game is designed. A new killer just means "oh cool, new things to dodge / loop".

It's not just you. Her power is overrated.
Actually this killer basekit is not very fun and not very strong, hold W to win. There is no incentive to do long shot, the cooldown is too long, and the crows are too fast to take off.
The thing is, she can stomp noob players that will try to loop her, so guess what ? She gonna get nerfed.

Not exactly... With Nurse, you know you're learning your mobility and you will improve.
Here I dont know, power goes back slowly, the new map feels really busted, and overall feeling ... Really weak.

Cheaters win, which throw them to high MMR.
Bhvr doesnt care about high mmr and vets.
Only new players are took care of with the current system, to sell dlc and cosmetics.
It will be free. It will make money. High mmr gonna be a great experience.

Thats the purpose of the game. Kill or get killed, for both party. There is no escape. The goal is to kill the other party.
Which makes it instantly "competitive", since both have the same objective.

Passive Madness for Doc was the doctor of an ancient time. No killer have a power that builds by itself, I guess thats why Bhvr nerfed it. (Underserved imo)

MMR is here to protect new players.
Who cares about veterans lol, they already have all DLC and dont care about cosmetics.
With SBMM, BHVR has created the illusion that skill matters in this non competitive game, which, in fact, is a very simple system that allows new players to have a fair experience.
Deal with it, MMR will stay this way until there's no new player coming to the game.

For subtle cheat nothing the dev can do not many people can see those cheat and report them. Even if a player could see them the responsable staff may not see it as a cheat and think its a lag.
Personally i dont believe the report founction because i use it a couple years ago and i never had any news about that i know some streamer say it work but it may be because they are streamer so they have a special treatment
Devs claimed Stretched is cheating. Fog whisperers have been advised to not use / abuse it.
