So that's the new claim, that BHVR is actively sabotaging the competition?
The "Plus" is to mention its an additional argument.
I've seen it from my own eyes.
-
Plus Bhvr are very aware of their "competition". They have Dmca'd a looooot of projects. They protecting their bread.
-
This forum should have an age restriction
You guys are so childish toward this situation, its depressing.
-
Agreed. Uniformisation toward platforms is needed.
FoV, Brightness, Quality... All players should have access to the same basics.
-
I hope so. Otherwise, it's gonna be a sad sad bloodhunt.
-
To force players to use a perk is not a counter.
Noed is a relic from the past that needs to be reworked. It is an overkill against solo survivors.
-
It is an advantage.
Just like PC players can adjust quality and brighess over console.
It is natively unfair, since the game allows it.
-
Tomes = points. And that's pretty much it for me. Nothing to be excited for.
-
What are you doing, get back to t baggin , now !

Are yours still messed up? Mine went back to normal within the past week and I was having insta-queues during peak hours. I was actually kinda surprised, but I guess in my region people were already ditching the event.
Still got to experiment more, but I've noticed RpD keeps poppin
-
It's about the message.
-
And cakes are gone.
Let's get back to normal killer queues.
-
But... Being rank 1 is pointless. Its already easy to pip as killer, if you put new players against rank 1 survivors they gonna be disgusted of the game in 1 day.

I face spirit all the time, I mostly die to her and don't escape, that doesn't mean I don't safety pip or pip before it happens, even when I get caught first or find myself at death hook in the first 5 mins, there is still plenty of opportunity to get what I need to get from that match even though it's harder.
If you can't bare the chance of facing the more broken killers in this game to the point you'll ruin the hard work of your team mates this isn't the game for you to begin with.
Sarcasm.

Wasn't console also if not even more plagued by queue issues? I remember that survivor queues on console were horrendous according to posts before crossplay.
Also irc killer queue went from good too amazing thanks to the bigger influx of more survivors than killer (relatively) coming from console.
Console queues are excellent. Im on ps4, crossplay off since RE chapter, and its the same of not better than when the CP is on.
-
It's not only about cheating.
PC can adjust the brightness with in game graphic quality, or graphic card settings.
PC can use stretch res
PC can use mods to remove chase music, highlight elements
PC have a more stable game than consoles
Making the unbalanced mess of this game, reinforced and biaised to one side of the community is a problem.

I didn't say it was for balance, I said it was for visibility. Learning how to read matters.
Yes, I agree with you. Brightness is necessary.
It was an answer to the other people saying it was not a good idea, saying it does matter to be in the complete dark.
My bad for the misleading wording !
-
Today, auto haven.
Nurse on console.
Blinked, freeze, stucked.
Had to wait for survs to escape.
Nice.
-
It does not matter.
Look at console players. We cant even modify the game quality "low med high ultra", and those parameters do a lot with brightness already.
Saying that a luminosity filter matters is bad understanding of balance or/and hypocrisy.
People play with mods that change killer items color to pink and anything they want to costumize to have easier games, stretch res users are common on PC, and you can't see a luminosity slider being available ? Lol. Please stop the "its for balance" argument. This game is not and will never be balanced.
-
I hope the final reward will be :
Console version is now playable.

I dont just play spirit but ya most dcs are when i play her still that is not an excuse to dc
Yeah sadly thats what happens. Slinger got a lot of success aswell.
Honestly I think DC is fine. Its not a competitive ranked game.
Instead, I think Bhvr should just create a system that :
1)Replace the DC by a bot
2) The dc dont get notified to killer and survivors, so everyone can continue to play normally as if nothing happened.
3) Everyone in the trial get a bonus amount of points for quitter event.
Win-Win
-
Come on, you got a Spirit profile pic mate.
-
Disappointed. I enjoy to play as him... But he doesnt feel like Nemesis.
The music ?! You guys have never heard Nemesis theme? Sad that there s not a single metal clanking, or "tam, tam, tatatam" drums gimmick. The theme is cool, but its not Nemesis.
No mobility, no yelling, no intelligence, no breaking walls like it's nothing... 2 zombies to claim it's RE and that's it.
-
Nurse, even with all the bugs she got, is in its best state.

The fact that they play DbD is undeniable, but afaik all of them are VPNing through gov restrictions, same as in most other games.
There is an official dbd account that promotes the game / relay twitts in chinese. I dont think it would exist if the game was banned.
-
Wraith and trapper are okish.
Avoid Nemesis and Oni.

Are you sure? It's not in white list of steam games for China.
Yes. I use chinese social networks, and there are even chinese fog whisperers.
-
That's what makes you addicted. Meditate on it.
-
Yes, it is available in China. But you cannot stream it.
-
Want to talk about killer that dont engage the chase because they want to stay near their gens ? Yeah. Boring for everyone.
-
Will it be good tho ? I hope so.
-
Lol. By promoting "slowdown" you're promoting "gen rushing".
Nice.
-
Known issue since the release date. Console is unplayable.
Welcome to dbd.

I just did a quick search and the only killers that have these add-ons are Huntress and Pig. I’m pretty sure the Devs are working to remove a killers ability to affect exhaustion.
The only perks listed that affect exhaustion are survivor perks.
I dont know, Blood Echo applies exhaustion on survivors.

While NOED can be considered a second chance perk, it can be easily removed or prevented from ever coming into play. Dead Hard cannot.
Exhaustion status add ons and exhaustion status perks exist.
-
Yun-Jin. I dont know, she sounds stupid.
-
"Data from 2017 to 2021".
Means nothing but big PP numbers to show off.
Give us statistics that make sense, this right there doesnt mean anything.
-
Not hardest to play... Lets say Billy needs more effort for the same result than the 2 other killers you mentionned.
Billy is free. Oni and Bubba, you have to spend shards / cash. Thats an argument I think.
-
They made it accessible to have more statistics I guess. Nerf incoming ? Thats my bet.
-
Why rework something that works. Better spend time buffing 90% of the perks nobody actually use to shake uo the meta.

Matchmaking is better with crossplay off imo

The thing about noed is - it's very easy to tell if someone has it.
1. If the killer isn't good in chases and struggles to get people downed, they most likely have noed
2. If a killer stays near a hooked survivors, even though other survivors aren't pressuring the hook, they most likely have noed
Confident players don't run noed - it's a weak perk and an easy one to play around.
If you're playing against a bad killer, you have plenty of time to cleanse the totems. If you're playing against a good killer, you don't need to worry about noed.
Actually true, I always anticipate a NoED if the killer is actually bad.
It just represents low self confidence.
