Annnnnnnd you failed. If you've come to a black and white conclusion, then you're hopeless. No one said "stop crying over nothing" people just said that half of these "problems" aren't problems, they are just game mechanics that you don't like. If you've decided, "oh, I'm just going to kick back and watch this game die because my ideas are right and you're ideas are wrong, and nothing anyone says or does can change that" then what is the point of the post in the first place? Complaining about problems without bringing anything helpful to the table? If you think something like game balance is so easy, come up with a genuine suggestion for how to fix a problem instead of saying, "i don't like this, remove it"

I never judged anyone here on their character. If you cannot have a civil discussion and have to resort to "name calling" I cannot help you there. Go check out the threads over on Steam today about "slugging killers and DC'ing survivors'. I mean I pretty much now am going to sit back and enjoy the storm at this point. Nothing else needs to be said. 😈

  • I think I have pretty much said all I can here.

Side A Says - "Please fix the issues so we feel like we have a chance and can go back to some of the old content that worked out decent enough."

Side B Says - "Side A is wrong, they cry too much and everything that is done by this company is the Correct path. They know best."

    Summary:

How and what is done in the coming days of this game will be now with Voting by players either

    • playing less / playing more.
    • Buying DLC / Ignoring DLC
    • Longer Q times / Shorter Q times.

With that said. We shall see if this game can propel itself to a Triple A Title, or become another H1Z1.

Good Day. and I wish you ALL the best and most respectful endeavors. 😈

The game has these mechanics sure, but so what. It's the killers fault if they want to do this. What you're saying is that you intentionally went out of your way to be an ######### just to prove a point. This is a online PvP game, so it comes down to the players to deal with things, not just the devs. Any game like this has the option for 1 person to just ruin someone else's game, and there is nothing you can do about it, so maybe people will DC if this happens. But again, NO ONE DOES THIS. I've never seen a killer go off and slug everyone like an #########. Sure, people have slugged until people die of endgame collapse to be toxic, but how is thag different from a survivor teabagging the exit gate until the killer or endgame forces them out? Most DCs are people who are rage quitting over nothing. Getting camped and slugged sucks, but if the survivor just DCs or kills themselves, they are hurting their team and helping the killer. There is nothing wrong with the game, there is nothing wrong with slugging, the problem is the players. There are tons of perks and mechanics countering different playstyles, if you don't like one playstyle, just don't play, or adapt to it and figure it out. So what if ONE game sucked. Just play again, not everyone is a piece of #########. But the more that people play toxic, the more that they encourage it. If a killer just tunnels and camps, and is an #########, the survivors will just be toxic to the next killer, then eventually that killer starts using NOED and camps and then everyone will start playing like trash. Just deal with the trash, get better at the game, and just move past them, they can ruin one match, but they won't ruin the game.

I am all for a civil discussion and won't use profanity towards you. I have more class than that. Im not going to rage about a video game and stand as a fanboi. Im a customer. I expect a game with a semi decent playing field where both sides have counterplay. Which is originally what made this game an AMAZING title back when they opened up with it. Sure, it had some bugs here and there. But as the game moves on. It gains more luggage that isn't being addressed. What patching doesn't?

My point was never to go out of my way, to prove my own views for selfish gains and skew data.

Maybe you get good RNG from the servers where the world is perfect and do NOT ever have killers that slug. I do. I get them often. Maybe you buy more DLC and the game has a hidden mechanic that considers you a valued customer. While I purchase less. So I get worse games. Tinfoil hat'ing ? I doubt it. But it can be a theory.

Again. Nobody said rage quitting was RIGHT. But here is the matter of the deal. THe fact that it CAN be done, and the FACT that they want to treat DC'ers like this. When there is CLEARLY an issue forcing rage-quitting in the first place.

I am stating. That if a person played this style for the rest of the season. They could essentially disrupt the entire game. Because people would start rage quitting and a person COULD force an infinite que-time issue. The fact is. The punishment can be USED to a person's advantage to disrupt the entire game. SURE, They can ban all they want. But there are people out there with bottomless BANK accounts, hardware and resources to THEIR disposal that can take advantage of this.

You have to remember. THIS IS NOT AN "AAA title video game". Its not Overwatch, its not World of Warcraft, its NOT HALO. It is a SMALL video game. (no offense). We do NOT have a large pool of players. 35k, 40k. That is NOT even close to 1 million active players at once. With a Que time that makes this VERY apparent. and do NOT forget. We JUST got CROSSPLAY. WHen that happens. There is a REASON. It is a VERY small pool of people online RIGHT NOW.

    33,000 people - 1:00pm Pacific TIME.

#1 complaint on the FORUM "I just waited 20 minutes as the killer and could not find a match" HM. I WONDER WHY?

Maybe because the PLAYER BASE HAS BEEN scared off??!.. I just dont think that is the reason. No. its the economy. or no. its the weather.

Im being sarcastic. It is the reason that players have voted with their feet and LEFT> Just like on World of Warcraft. They made the excuse of players bored of the game, but when they re-launched Vanilla WoW. The player base that wondered away and was "bored" came right back.

    I Digress and yield back.

  • Demogorgon. They are EASY to loop. :-)

  • Well, I THINK brutal strength should be a perk that makes it a one-hit SMASH. It would force killers to NOT use their "BBQ- CANT FIND U"perk. and actually be USEFUL against SWF.

  • I just work through it. If the survivors are NOT ultra-toxic. I let the last person ALWAYS hatch. If I can sense a defeat I might just let them do generators and mind my own business.

    Its sportsmanship.

  • Lery's and Lab. Because every killer now runs BBQ and whispers.

  • I'd say Autowreckers is the best map to be survivor favor.

    Coldwind for Killers.

  • The whole killer is flat-out annoying to play against.

The #1 reason, is the the fact that once she begins phasing. nobody can see her.

  • Common reason is the new updates that caused POOR COUNTERPLAY and a Game engine that CRASHES.

    Discussion:

The fanbois think that DC'ing is from abusive rage. and dc'ers should face "the Inquisition wrath of perma bans". I got news for them. I rarely see this game above 37k people playing at once, and maybe 17k on a WEEKDAY

    Week #2

title " WE NEED TO BAN PEOPLE THAT PULL ON THE HOOOK, WAAH". And the bets are in folks! Aww yeaaauh!

Week #3 - why are que times 5 hours long.. "waah fix it" .. And that is when you whisper to them "Because you banned the whole player base". >:-p

  • Im getting LOTS of strange hit-box issues from both sides. I've had survivors whom I have THOUGHT I have struck, all of the sudden are no longer infront of me :P (as killer)

  • I gotta say. That the discussions are real interesting here. I know we will always see the killer that LOVES these ideas, because of SWF. But when it comes to solo playing. Yeah, it is a WHOLE different situation.

Again, NO DC punishment role-outs until COUNTERPLAY is addressed. Bottom line. The game already has bad enough Que times the way it is.

The game LITERALLY crashes more often than not, and the fancy Unreal ENGINE cannot detect those. Out of all the times my game has "flat-lined" i've only seen the unreal engine error message "send to studios XYZ message" maybe... three times at best.

    FIX

    • SLUGGED survivor issues.
    • Camping.
    • End Game Collapse. RNG of the gates is terrible. That pretty much condemns the match if the exit gates are NOT opposite of one another.

Simple. REMOVE the closing of the hatch. If the survivor wants a stand-off. It still doesn't happen.

    Distortion needs unlimited ticks.

    • 9 ticks is how often BBQ will proc. NOT 3!!! The perk is washed out too fast.
    • Nurses calling does MORE than that.

    -----------

    My Sympathies.

From a developement standpoint. YES, I agree. I would be literally banging my head against the desk. Knowing that all the work I just did. My boss would want this revised. (Or my instructor). I've been there for Linux De-bugging classes and would facepalm or grumble. I was on a team in college for Linux server class and would say that the words "SUDO" and having to make countless directories haunted me in my sleep. Let's talk about those Dell PowerEdge Blade servers and "OSCAR". Good old "OSCAR" and CAT IOS was an evil tormentor from "below". ;-P

Baby survivor tears are brilliant, I have some advice, learn how to counter, it's a long process but now all my games with my group never loses, DC is just for people that can't be bothered to learn and cry like a ######### instead, git gud scrub

Nobody here is using profanity, except you. Keep it civil if you want to have a discussion.

    --- Talking points--

    • Yes, Aura perks can be countered. But the counter is VERY marginal. You won't have a Locker every 5' of the map. Infact more lockers have BEEN REMOVED.
    • Healing in a locker doesn't HAPPEN. (nurses calling) And trying to heal outside of the killer's terror radius isn't always feasible. If rarely EVER.
    • The point of the discussion leans on the fact that killers have to rely on VISION through obstacles. Which is ORIGINALLY not what this game title was about. It was about finding survivors behind hidden obstacles and making their life miserable.

1 ) I do NOT recall very many horror films or movies where the killer can see through walls. Except a FEW that have thermal vision or heat vision. Minus GHOSTS. Which they are of "ANOTHER WORLD" that can see or sense others. I mean sure. If the game wants to have a 45 degree FOV perk that starts some sort of sensing of survivors. Fine. BUT, with something that has a pin-point location perk. That becomes "OP".

2 ) You make a good point "baby survivors" don't know how to counter the perk easily. They tend to play as SOLO or outside of groups. But again. THAT is the "brilliant problem". There are PERKS that literally should not be used in matches for lower ranks. Which makes a valid POINT.

I Mean sure, If you are a RED RANK survivor. That is amazing, but the rest of the casual player base become quickly turned OFF to the game.... This game.

Someone may quote "PUT UP WITH IT or LEAVE" - If I had that attitude as a farm-ag service business owner. I'd be out of a job fast and stuck WORKING for someone. instead of myself.

3 ) If you look at Blizzard. They had a game that was growing fast. Overwatch. They began catering to ONLY high rank players, and then if you look at that earnings report. It is LAUGHABLY low now. After they flushed out their casual player base. ( Cough, mercy nerf). Suddenly their lootboxes aren't making them money. Again, Blizzard cattering to ONLY high-rank players. Which is few and far. And trust me. Those Cola sponsorships only can go so far on League.

With that, I yield back. =p.

Slugging is not against the rules as it does not hold the game hostage and is a viable strategy.

Thank you for letting me know.

  • With this game it will always be a "deal with it" kind of cycle that will push players OUT of the pool.

Que times for this game are getting WORSE. not better. That speaks volumes in itself of PLAYER dissatisfaction. DC rages were NEVER a big problem in all of the 1000 hours I've played until ECG came into Fruition. Honestly. I'd be concerned about that.

Well dc punishments are coming and being tested atm with the dedi servers. They will lead to timeouts instead of the current % ban system and the timeout will increase the more you do it. If one member of an SWF does it then all will also be affected if they stay in the lobby with them.

It's long overdue and next hopefully will be a way to stop lobby dodging.

People will have to accept the game or as I said stop playing.

So with lobby dodging people do that for a valid reason. BAD PING and people already arguing in chat. I joined in as a Claudette and I had some person call me a VERY VERY BAD WORD that starts with "N" and Im like. Yeah im not going to stick around for that... Plus if a person sees a bunch of Davids below level 10. They already know there is going to be a "NO MITHER" issue.

I mean COMMON. Do we really want to deal with NO MITHER. As a killer. YES, Yes we do. As a survivor.. GG dun dun DUN.

  • I asked on it and so far I have been told that it is NOT griefing. If it is. I will play by the rules. I'd ask @Peanits and see if it is against the rules to SLUG survivors. Don't take my advice on the rules. Im a gamer, not a community manager and/or owner.

A killer's argument would be. "Well if they have decisive strike or adrenaline". Again. Ask the Devs or a community manager. I posted at the start of this little forum on it, and so far. It has been a 50.50.

  • I couldnt' have said it better myself.

    A reply to all:

. I look back and go "why don't I play 10 hours a day anymore."

When this game had a new DLC. I was like 'HERES MAH MONEY". Now im like.. mehhh...

  • Yeah. the ability for a survivor to get back up into the fight after a period of time. Would be freakin' amazing. Im not sure this will be popular opinion here. But something that takes away that team-slug situation would be nice.

I did that to a team today, as atrapper and I told them that I was going to be making a topic on these forums about it. The survivors agreed that something has to be done. Because nobody had fun crawling around while their bleed-out timers dwindled away and they didnt want to disconnect.

  • @Creepytaco said:

I concur there are problems with the game everyone knows that, but one would be hard pressed to find a multi-player game that doesn't have issues. The aim is to try to bring something to the table so devs can make your game of choice better should they care enough. But to try to excuse DCing means you are excusing toxicity in general. People who complain about perceived disadvantages and then proceed to willingly disable their allies at the drop of a dime are pretty hypocritical, and probably shouldn't be playing games in the first place.

This game specifically was never designed for anything to be easy, and I don't think people understand that.

From the DBD community in general what I have observed is nothing is ever perfect or enough and people will always ######### and moan on both sides. In all my years of playing I have never seen slugs of the caliber you mentioned, and what slugs there were other survivors were smart and skilled enough to get the killers attention and lead them around while the others healed up, or they had perks that allowed them to get up on their own. Sometimes you win and sometimes you lose, no one is ever going to always win or have odds always in their favor.

Now I play both killer and Survivor and honestly the most DCs I have seen have either been because a person was camped which I get is not fun, but more often than that I have seen someone simply get downed by the killer and immediately leave. Basically throwing in the towel due to lack of skill, and often they are downed because they for some reason decided to teabag and play games only for it to end extremely poorly. Such players have no business in this game in the first place because all they do is make it worse for the rest of us. They don't seem to bring constructive criticism, just easily solvable to nonsense complaints and justifications that aids nothing.

Rages will always be there. But the way I see it. I've been in plenty of decent amounts of games with a 3-man. Being out that ONE survivor. If that one survivor just flat-out bails on a bs hit. I've played through a decent number of games without them. If they rage before they are hooked. BBQ doesn't proc. VS if they hook and then pull on the hook.

There is literally ZERO difference from DC'ING OR pulling on the hook. We still get equally cheated.

    -----

As for Distortion - Yes. Distortion NEEDS to be exactly like "Calm spirit". as well as a DEFAULT perk in the survivor tree or a NON DLC survivor tree.

  • Correct, My reasons of finding a person bailing isn't just the only reason. I do believe that ECG snow-balled this effect though.

I mean if we think about it. The game really wasn't that rage-inducing until ECG. We could put up with BS hits through windows. Rubberbanding here and there. TEAM MATES that flat-out did awful that match and in the end. The remaining survivor who stayed in the game was given that chance of escape. It was the small incentive to keep on playing.

    My suggested changes (suggestions).

1 ) ECG starts as soon as the FINAL generator falls. - FAIR. We don't want the survivors that continue to BUTT DANCE in the exit zone.

2 ) ECG, Add an additional 10% reduced tick-rate on the ECG Clock if there is a survivor on the hook, and an additional 5% added per survivor on the hook. The game really needs 6 minutes for any plays to happen.

3 ) During a "hatch situation". There is still ECG But the hatch can no longer be closed and killers may NOT "snag" a survivor going into the hatch. IF killers want that 1-shot down for the hatch. Bring NOED and survivors can "Do bones". EXIT gates will NEVER have their RNG fixed. Bottom line.

4 ) During ECG, scratches are no longer visible. The whole ground needs to be LIT up bright, cherry-red like it was on BETA testing phase week 1 from ECG PTR testing.

Sure, my idea is dumb, but this is a discussion. Share.

  • @HatCreature said:

DC equals trash, end of story.

I understand being frustrated with game designs and choices, things being unfair in their execution, sometimes the odds are stacked against you and it is purely because of how they were designed; it doesn't feel good and we understand that.

It is still not okay to intentionally make the game WORSE for everyone else.

It is not ok to intentionally make other players lose because you're having a bad time.

Your fellow teammates lose when you DC, they lose Rank and they lose any possibility of getting points. That Killer either plays the game out and has a chance of other players DCing too or farm and hope everyone stays so they can recover from what that DC Trash did so selfishly.

If you DC because of problems in the game, you make those problems worse for everyone else. You suffering was multiplied and you intentionally made everyone suffer because you were having a bad time. That is why people get punished for disconnecting, because it isn't fair for everyone else.

The game has problems that need fixing but we need to work together to fix them, not spread dissent and chaos.

Either way. I've made valid points and people at this topic can discuss or put up with a game that will nuke itself fast. The same arguments were made over on Daybreak studio's website about their major issues and well.... If the community wants to not have a civil discussion which can improve their game. OR, I welcome you to the same table of H1Z1. DEFUNCT and GONE.

They had nearly the same issues over there. Except the game never made it out of "beta". There was the mechanic of GAS, which closed the area down. They kept changing it and not addressing why people weren't happy. So yeah.. 50/50.. *SMIRK*

  • Slugging would be; leaving a survivor on the ground until they bleed out and ignoring them for the rest of the match. Anyone comes for a rescue. Hunt them down, drop them and walk away.

Then go find pallets, generators and look for the hatch. While they stay there until the bleed-out timer completes. If they get up. down them again and leave them until the Skull appears.

  • @woundcowboy said:

I literally cannot believe people are defending DCs. The game is the game. If you can’t be bothered to learn how to play and counter aura reading, camping or whatever else, then you should uninstall and save everyone the trouble. There is no good excuse for DCing.

In no way am I defending a person that leaves the match.

The reason for the discussion is. Is it has become the "norm" for leaving the match as a Strategy. Sure, it is unrealistic. But this problem came about. Because it is the result of underlying causes. As I have posted, at the top of the page. Those are the common reasons to a rage-quit.

Is it appropriate, NO. But dynamics that have been added into the game have changed this title drastically enough. TO push the game into this negative vortex. I mean look at it this way. If I bought Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time. N64 for console. If i Turned it on today (cartridge works of course) and started playing the game. WOuld it still be the same game? The answer is "YES". I could turn it on, play the game and still find my Deku shield at the Forest Shop and still fight Ganon the same way, every time. But with online games they shift. Usually for the better.. but for ONLY awhile.

We've reach that point, where the paradigm shift causes these problems and begins flushing out community members. But at the same time. A small game has to remain FRESH. Understable. However large changes carry MORE weight-of-impact than smaller ones.

However examples of UN-addressed changes can have the SAME, if not greater impact.

I just played a match an hour ago. I SLUGGED those survivvors to no avail. DO you really think that they will want to play a match AFTER that? NOPE. Probably not. I told them why I did it and even shared with them a link to this discussion. Sure, they did NOT disconnect. But did they want to "oh yes they did" and does it make an appealing game for them? Probably not now.

We can see this as a HORROR game where survivors have to claw their way, away from DEATH itself. But it doesn't feel like the rush knowing they are now stuck. The fact of the matter is. If they could pull themselves from the brink of Death, up again and get back into the game. Can you imagine how much more that would add to this game? I am not talking about the survivor that is toxic, gets right back up and continues again either.

I guess to sumarize this, End game Collapse NEEDS the first re-work all together and I would bank money on the fact that the other issues such as DC'ing would start to go away.

  • DC'ing so far has been a mad strat for Countering BBQ. 4-man or 2-man SWF. If your fellow survivor-friend is left behind and they are telling yah in voicecoms that they are nowhere near a locker. They press "LEAVE" and they are near the hatch.

    :-P ....

To add to this discussion @Peanits

    Respectfully,

We play already by an Un-OFFICIAL set of rules. Such as "thou shalt not camp thy survivor" and " thou shalt not tunnel". Even as JOKED by Samination. Which has outlined this game VERY well on youtube. That the thing is. Even IF the penalty IS there. The fellow player WILL EXPECT their other fellow community member to TAKE the penalty for sake of sportsmanship. That is what makes this so "dangerous" to come up with a said rule.

Just like in the past (and present). 2 Survivors remain. The other survivor on the hook WILL pull on the hook, to give the other survivor the hatch. Instead of waiting around and allowing the killer to make tracks and locate the survivor.

  • I just slugged 3 survivors over the course of 15 minutes. I let the 2 bleedout and at the end of the match, they would all agree that this mechanic needs to be addressed.

  • Im sure it is different for each rank of players.

With this game it will always be a 50/50 now with this community.

Survivor - "I am fedup with the bull about a killer that can see me hiding and there are nearly NO lockers."

Killer -" I am fedup with SWF groups. OP point farmers. I hope they get ECG'D for butt dancing in the exit zone."

The game already has a BAD time creating matches. I highly doubt it.

But yeah. I can say that slugging survivors for 10 minutes isn't fun and would force or cause anyone to rage quit

  • Respectfully,

I could revise my statements a million times. But IMO I would start asking people why they rage quit and take it as feedback to the future of a game community. Overwatch just did their whole deal with Role Que and I can certainly say that I highly doubt they have 35 million players anymore.

    I don't sit in the hot-seat and I am only a customer.

Since the topic of DC punishments and time-outs is posted. I am going to say that it is clear, and evident. Within the reason beyond a doubt. That this game has a DC epidemic. To me, that is the stars aligning, for what storm is to come. And, I would look at WHY people are leaving. at those key points in times. Just like we would look at "Ground zero". If I was to put my betting-chips on the "gambling table". I would say it is these reasons to the increase on rage-quits:

1 ) Killers being spawned on top of survivors.

    2 ) Bad Aura-perk counterplay

    3) End Game Collapse

4 ) "Safety nets" for survivors. (pallets, hatches, loops, window mechanics, Exhaustion perks).

5 ) The rank-gap reasons of why players left that match and bailed.

Im not here to troll or start an argument. But I would REALLY consider researching with player feedback. Just put a survey out and ask these questions. See where the day takes you. :-)

  • I just had a team mate go.

    10 45am cst.jpg

First 30 seconds of the game. Killer had spawned in on em. Ghostface.

  • I mean I'd be more than willing to jump on over to killer if I can get some solid que times and tally the amount of dc'ers I can get after slugging them and forcing ECG :) .. (not trying to be rude here either). Im seeing it more often.

    ----updated posts 10 48am cst)

If it helps our community. Im down for it. Im going to grab lunch up at our local Pit BBQ and I can get back into the Frey and post active feedback. I really dont want to see the game go away like H1Z1 did. Maybe we can get some solid stuff going here and start pooling ideas here.

  • The old borrowed time was better. It PUNISHED campers and tunnelers better.

  • Hex Ruin has major pitfalls.

    • Good teams will clear the map of the hex instantly
    • Good teams will continuing "tapping" the generator to avoid skill checks
    • BAD RNG spawns the survivors on top of the hex.
    • Bad teams never find the hex and give up or feed the killer
    • Good players or players with "skill bots" will land every skill-check.

They really should just amplify the effects of Thana, make that "Ruin" and reduce the cleansing speed of the totem. With good skill checks having no effect.

  • I think it would perhaps be best suited as a hex. I mean this does make the game have a new dynamic. And its certainly not a bad idea. But I do feel as though that A Hex would make this interesting. As long as the hex persists. It would continue on.

I've always thought that BBQ should be a HEX and not a perk either.

  • I wrote a similar name to this awhile back on the Steam forums. It wasn't as limiting.

If survivors were sitting in the exit gate zone. They began having reduced speed in walking and actions. For every 10 seconds they remained in the zone. They begain at 1% and then built to 10% reduced action speed. If they left the zone. It would take 30 seconds to clear off the status effect.

  • This would be fine for back when there was large pallet loops and jungle gyms. With the way the game is now. It would be too op.

  • every killer in this game runs BBQ and besides We have iron maiden already. :)

  • LOL i really do like this area. Because the potatoes are REAL!

  • ECG introduced "RAGE QUIT BY DAYLIGHT" It literally was the only security net we had for terrible team mates and random, CLUTCH escapes.

Sure, the 45 minute hatch stand-offs were interesting. I've been on BOTH sides of it. The survivor that cannot find the hatch keeps the game going, and the 2 with an EGO that wont just end it. I always thought that they should have done AWAY with the killer's ability to GRAB a survivor from the stand-off so it would have been DONE and Over with. As well as the survivors that "butt Dance" at the doorways for quite awhile.

ECG could have been RESOLVED with

1 ) All generators completed. The Collapse BEGINS. 5 Minutes to LEAVE.

2 ) The last remaining survivor triggers the hatch to OPEN.

    Conditions:

    • The killer may NOT be able to grasp a survivor during a Hatch escape.
    • The killer can no longer close the hatch.
    • The ECG runs just like it did in Beta. Where NO SURVIVOR scratch marks were visible.
  • That would be from "LEFT 4 DEAD"

  • Mercy is just as big as torment. False hope and playing with the emotions of a survivor is part of the process. In a sense. Letting the survivor escape or hatch. Boosts their confidence for the next trial. So they make mistakes FASTER and more quickly. mawhahahhaa.

  • Judging by the gameplay and how the survivors act. The killers are immortal. Which if you think about it. That is a punishment unto itself. Eternity having to get pallet slapped. ;)

  • Id say it is purgatory. Everyone that is in the realm has committed the 7 deadly sins. It would make sense. The only thing is. How do they escape the seemingly endless realm.

  • Never, Because it doesn't teach me to be better against SWF.

  • The hit system is VERY rage-inducing right now. I cant tell you how many times I've had to walk away from this game in the past week or 2. The one that really gets me upset is when I was at 60 ping and going through the killer shack and a bubba is chasing me. I drop the pallet and Im MID shack. Next thing you know. Hes not behind the pallet. hes in the MIDDLE of the shack and the pallet is still NOT broken and DOWNS me.

Same with huntress AXES that somehow are FLYING through hay bails.

  • If you all are discussing "Rift" stuff. The screen that opens up "The rift" at the end of each match. IS annoying. I'd like it to NOT be auto-opening. TYVM! :)

  • IT depends upon how a person plays WITH ruin. Most of the time. the GOOD teams can work around it. Because they can land those skill checks with LOTS of good practice. So then ruin becomes USELESS. As it really is only just another perk that relies on SKill Checks. Just like DS. I can NEVER hit DS very well.

I am a VERY lazy killer and run it up until 10. WHen I chose to work hard for the matches. After 10. Its USELESS. Just like BBQ is at that level.

I learned NOT to ever use BBQ, Because it doesn't make me a better killer against SWF.

  • sounds like another great killer idea!

  • It sounds like a really good idea for a killer!

  • THAT IS AN AMAZING IDEA!

  • I still think some sort of Killer that runs around with a Syringe that jabs Survivors in the neck with a substance when they are in the dying state. I mean every GOOD and scary horror movie has something like that.
