I know. They literally just changed Nurse. Blight's addons, maybe, but that may be all. Wesker, in my opinion, is fine.
I can count on one hand the amount of nurses I’ve seen since her big changes.
Blight has 2 addons that could use a change. Basekit is perfect.
Wesker, I agree is totally perfect.

Killers who must be already nerfed because they are not balanced
Setting wesker and blight to 4.4 and making nurse 1 blink? That’s balance? Lmao ok buddy. 😂

Hmmm.. So it's the "charge" thingy you need to have for the mask?
Yes, the invitation symbol must have atleast a 1.
@ShyPirate said:

For survivor you have to have an invitation with at least one charge and be in the match when an exit is opened (gate or hatch). It doesn't necessarily have to be EGC. You can even get it in the middle of the sacrifice animation as long as the hatch opens before you have fully ascended into the sky.
This is true. Even if the last 2 survivors get sacrificed at the same time, they will both get it.
-
You have to have atleast one charge on you when the gates open or when the hatch opens.
If you didn’t get a mask, then you didn’t have a charge or you didn’t make it to the endgame.
Killer gets one every match because they make it to end game every match. If you want easy masks, just play 12 killer matches.

So on a P100 killer there are 3-4 cakes per web?
Indeed. I got 120 cakes within a couple hundred thousand BP.

Plague does not need a buff. She is very strong as is.

It’s very underwhelming. And does not match with anything.

I've seen a couple P100 Blights. Not sure if it was the same person both times though.
Remember the name by any chance?

I second this.

You're forgetting that survivors have medkits, toolboxes, and flashlights as well. I'm talking specifically about my rate at getting cakes so I can run them throughout the year.
Ohh you’re talking about survivor. My fault.
-
math don’t add up. I put a couple hundred thousand into my blight and I’ve got 120 cakes. I get 3-4 per web.
-
Yea I don’t get it. But then they will bring a cake or pudding. Lol

Uhm... and how did you get them if you don't have BP and you just logged on? You have to play a match to get BP right? Also, we don't have to use them if we don't want to. Also, I have had several bloodwebs at this point that had zero cakes in them.
Give me one good reason not to use them. You gain them faster than you can use them.
-
@Kirarozu said:
You do realize not everyone plays all the time and its the first day of the anniversary. Not everyone has them yet. Also, I don't have to use any offering you think I should.
They are basically in EVERY single bloodweb in multiple numbers. You can get 3-4 a web. There is ZERO reason to not use them outside of being selfish.
-
Considering it’s just a 4k now, they are all pretty easy. Just play super scummy and get it first game.
-
Good. Hate that map after the rework. The collision is garbage.
-
I’d rather avoid both.
-
My favorite was a blight web with 4 alch rings. My guilty pleasure addon.

It's happened to me once, but every other match Ive had (as Survivor) has been miserable for me at least. Killer isnt any different. People can play how they want of course, just ya know, not really the most enjoyable experience for me atm. I do hope things improve for me at least.
I’m sorry to hear that. My killer matches have been fine, some toxic teams but nothing crazy.
Survivor has been ok, I’ve been seeing a ton of No Way Out usage, and a decent amount of tunneling.
I hope it gets better for you and you can reap all the masks.
-
The half of me that plays survivor knows it would be fun.
But a buff like that would require serious, general buffs for killers. M1 killers with no oppressive power ability would suffer the most, but how do you buff them enough to keep up, while not overpowering your stronger killers simultaneously.

Got it twice already, if they don't 4K before the 5th gen they DC so survs don't get it
I mean, you don’t even get the rewards until a gate opens. So that wouldn’t make sense.
-
Yeaaaa I’ve felt bad killing survivors during the event. I’ve tried to keep it to 10 hook games, and letting 2 go. (Unless they want to be toxic).
I want everybody to get their rewards and BP, and it’s much easier in the killer role.
-
@DaddyMyers_Mori said:
I would guess most killers have like 2-3 main killers.
I wouldn't play killer I don't enjoy for BP.
Nah, just kidding, I do that all the time for challenges or daily.
With limits… I REFUSE to play knight or dull merchant. I will skip their challenges or ignore them until I can skip them.
-
Idk, I haven’t really had any issues with it.
-
@Luceus said:
There is also the new trend of killers DCing if the survs are about to pop the last gen to deny them getting the rewards
I haven’t seen this once.
-
Doctor, legion, blight, all better.
-
You do not need to escape to get a mask. You only need to make it to the gates being opened or hatch.
-
You have to have one charge on you, and make it to the gates being opened or hatch opening.
Fun fact, I was in the sky portion of being sacrificed and they opened the gates, still counted. ❤️
-
stranger things, and wesker.
-
I haven’t been struggling going against it, as any killer really.
-
Be super patient with super squirmy survivors. Don’t try and rush both charges, just take your time unless you have them in a tight spot.
Charge your power early while walking around corners of loops so you can catch them at windows and pallets.
If need be, get right on top of survivors and then m2 them.
My favorite build right now - plaything, pentimento, third seal, undying.
A general good build - brutal strength, POP, pain res, and something like spirits fury or another chase perk.

@malloymk said:
Unpopular opinion, but Lethal is a problematic perk. I think it should only keep the extended aura reading and not the beginning of game aura reading.
Strong killers like Nurse, Wesker, Blight, huntress get too big of an early game jump when they really don't need to. "Just run distortion". True, but perks as counters to perks is just more RNG and it doesn't really address the real issue.
Perks that significantly aid strong killers probably need to be toned down. And Lethal would be near the top of the list for me.
And leave all the other not so strong killers to dry? C’mon now.
-
Survivor spawns make a huge impact in how a game goes.
I’m a firm believer survivors should at basekit, all spawn together and have to split off if they choose.
When you have 4 survivors all spawn on different gens off rip, you can have a tough time keeping up.

I’m of 2 minds on Wesker. He’s fun to play as - zipping around, tentacle grabbing everyone in my path but man, is he obnoxious when playing survivor. I intentionally try to go a little easy when I’m him since I know how frustrating it can feel to get absolutely nothing but getting infected accomplished for a good portion of a match. People still DC though. He’s probably the killer that has me contemplating the hook train to exit town the earliest in any given match depending on how I see he’s being played.
yeaaa that build I listed is verryyy frustrating to go against. There’s literally zero time to advance the game with gens. It’s always either cleansing totems, or infection.
I have not lost with that build yet.

Then you are an outlier. Might I suggest getting into comp play? The same issue would most likely rear its head if you consistently play against Survivors of your skill level.
I used to play a lot of comp.

In a game where the developers are shooting for a ~55% kill rate, this simply isn't realistic. The only time Adrenaline won't come into play is in a match that the Survivors probably weren't going to win anyway.
Just depends on the player. My games on average are over at 2 gens. My kill rate is well above 55-60%.

This works wonderfully.
Adrenaline is balanced out by the survs not having a perk unless & until all gens are done.
Exactly.

Sell it to me, I want more build ideas. EDIT: Can be on killer too.
Here's mine:
https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/HPKYZPX7SSGT/gabriel.png
Reasoning:
None of my friends can loop so they made me the designated looper of our SWF, plus this build gives me a lot of versatility at all points of the game.
After MFT gets nerfed I'll most likely go back to bringing an altruistic perk such as PTS/Desperate Measures/Kindred etc etc.
I've used this build so often that I almost never heal in my games aside from the end-game to get a save which is why I bring a medkit. The only time I change this build is if I'm playing on really high latency, then I'll swap to a pure gen-rushing loadout.
I’ve been running the exact same build as you. Sooo much fun, especially if you can loop well.
-
Just so I don’t have to make a new thread.
Anybody know when the event goes live?

I don't think they will kill camping & tunnelling either. The point is they are trying to make them less viable but keeping in game as options.
If you make those less viable, then you will have zero viable options against certain groups of survivors.
-
Don’t let them complete the last gen and you won’t see adrenaline.
-
Dude, just spam EMP’s like everybody else.

You say SWFs are maximizing everything for easy games but isn't that what you're doing by selectively avoiding SWF and lobby shopping.
Oof. Got eem…
-
Your average SWF isn’t much better than your average solo q team. They also tend to die due to over-altruism.
But no, players do not deserve to be punished because they play with friends. It’s a terrible idea.
