At tier 3 he also has the longest lunge in the game and faster vault speed
So no, I don't think he needs a buff, but a QoL wouldn't hurt

I actually never disconnected until Spirit released, as it was literally tunnel season and every match I got tunneled so I dc'd when I started only being able to move 10 inches before going down again

They are balanced as it shouldn't be 1 survivor is stronger than 1 killer, it should be 4 survivors are equally as strong as 1 killer

It doesn't just do it with NoEd, it does it with devour too
I think this is a bug as it makes Devour less harmful as they know its on the exposure stage when not downing someone

The reason why this is here because it would give legion a stronger pallet break ability than other killers as they make more distance that other killers
