Don't get your hopes up on them making the hit authority server side, that would actually ruin killer play, high ping killers would be completely unable to play. Getting hit through windows and stuff is frustrating, but imagine playing as killer, very clearly getting the hit, but the server says nope, you get no hit and suffer the CD, survivor gets to a pallet and you lose the chase. I know the devs said they are considering doing something with it, but I can tell you for sure it will not stick around so don't get your hopes up. Hit authority needs to be killer sided, because it is critical to their mechanics and play.
-
Because according to the devs DS isn't an anti tunnel perk. There you go, it's just a free escape tunneled or otherwise. :)
-
Have it add the broken status.
-
I think this is a fantastic idea and for reasons most people don't seem to consider. If this was a thing, gen tapping wouldn't really be an issue and thus gens would regress more per match, even if only a little. This would slow the game down a little without actually changing gen speed, which is what a lot of people want is it not? I think this should very much be giving some strong consideration by the Devs. Anything that slows the game down without actually changing the objective speed should at the very least be considered.
-
Honestly he is a weaker version of huntress overall. He isn't a bad killer but you counter him just the same as huntress by rushing gens as hard as you can, he is a 110 killer with no map pressure abilities.
-
This is what happens when you balance around the lowest common denominator. Don't nerf X because it would be unfair to player A, meanwhile SWF sweat squad over there is more than happy to abuse said broken mechanic that is in place for inexperienced people but benefits them. Don't get me wrong, I don't blame SWF for abusing unbalanced stuff, it's not their fault the devs leave it in the game. There are ways to balance SWF but it would likely require changes to the core of the game which is why I believe the devs have yet to and will never change how SWF works nor balance it. They will continue to balance the game around solo survivors so best to just accept that if a SWF is good enough, you cannot beat them no matter how good of a player you are, it's simply outside the ability of the killers to do it.

Wait until you get to red ranks, that will change your mind.

NOED, Blood Warden, Remember Me. Anything that prevents or hinders survivors escaping after they have completed gens or opened the exit gate.
Also I don't think second chance perks are inherently a bad thing. But a lot of people use the phrase as an insult.
Did this man really just say Blood Warden and Remember Me are second chance perks? KEKW

Daily reminder that Spirit removes any sort of skill a survivor could have
Most survivors don't have any skill to begin with, which is why they struggle when OP things get taken away. But that's another story for another time.
-
I almost always escape him, but most Docs aren't very good it seems. A top tier Doc can be a nightmare I'm sure, but a top tier any killer is a pain to vs.
-
In other news: Water is wet.
-
I find hooks to be a real issue on the reworked maps. A lot of times if I use up just a single hook then an entire area of the map becomes a safe zone where I can no longer hook anyone and this is just silly. They made the maps smaller but I feel like they removed half of the hooks on some of them.
-
A lot of killers need a lot of add on changes, demo isn't really special tbh.
-
As much as I think SWF is OP and needs nerfs the simple fact is they will never, ever, nerf SWF.
-
The only problem with IRI head isn't the ad on itself, it's the pairing with infantry belt that makes it op.
-
The only anti tunnel perk in the game is BT, every other "anti tunnel" perk is just a crutch
-
I only really tunnel when someone abuses DS.
-
Why does the video clip skip like 20s?

I don't know about the rest of you, but I 4k almost every game as killer (I don't consider the pity escape to be me losing someone.) That being said, I almost always have to work my ass off to get that 4k, even mediocre survivors can finish gens extremely quickly if they stop caring to be altruistic. Don't even get me started on the sweat squads which are unbelievably unfun to deal with. Had an Oni game on Fractured Cowshed and they blew threw 4 gens in less than 5min, even with me ending chases fairly quickly. I ended up having to slug every single one of them with one go of my power to win that game, it was stupidly unfun and extremely stressful and hard. Just because you can 4k doesn't make a thing about it is easy.

Prove that you have multiple Decisive Strikes active at once.
It rarely happens. And I doubt you're getting lobbies with 2+ people running it because I run SWF through the DBD Discord and not many people even consider using it and/or not many people have it.
Idk what games you are playing but it is very and I mean VERY rare for me to not have 3-4 DSs every game. Every once in a blue moon I'll get 1-2 but almost never 0.
-
BT is the anti tunnel perk, DS is the anti momentum perk.
-
What are you talking about? Of course a mori brings something good to the game, it lets me punish people who bring keys. :)

No, it's an honest contribution. Killer iridescents are much more common than keys in any match. This is one you truly need to get over.
Imagine thinking just because an add on is pink that it is good. You should run Iri family crest in a match and let's see your tune then.
-
The solution to NOED is to stop running typical meta perks. How about actually switching up your build from time to time, there are a ton of perks and even items that can help you locate totems extremely easily, on top of the fact that half of the time the totems are right out in the open to begin with.
-
Oni's flick is extremely sensitive now, it's very easy to overshoot and miss now.
-
It's a crutch imo. Not op and no need to be changed but it does bail you out of your own mistakes which is being caught out of position.
-
Image be needing god windows and tile chains to win as survivor. Sounds like you belong in green ranks my friend.
-
Is the new tome out? It doesn't show up for me. I need the new Kate out fit, NEED IT!! >:(
-
It's almost like you were never meant to be able to run the killer around for 2-3 gens per chase. The entire point is to lower the chase time, meaning as the survivor you go down faster. The goal is to escape, not escape without ever being hooked.

It's like loops are the only skillfull interactions in the game or something.
It's almost like he is meant to counter them or something.
-
Imagine a antiloop killer being able to antiloop! Braindead op killer no skill required! REEEEEEEEEE
-
Most of these changes seem like unnecessary nerfs to already mediocre perks; I do like the Distortion idea though. Also I think a better change for Babysitter would be a damage transfer kind of thing, as long as you are within X meters of one another any damage the unhooked person would take you take instead.

Tbh he is a lot of fun but only if you use his reload/speedy add ons. He is extremely punished for missing shots without these add ons.
-
How about no.

Maybe you should try dealing with a sweat squad, full meta build swf on a map like tompson house or ormond then say playing killer is easy.
-
I only use NOED to annoy the survivor team, I certainly don't need it to 4k. That being said, I never struggle to counter noed, ever. That perk is very easily shut down and you don't even have to cleanse all the totems on the map, just cleanse the well hidden out of the way ones and leave the few next to gets up and as soon as you finish the last gen walk 3th to the now glowing noed totem. Seriously I don't want to sound like that unproductive guy and I know it is very unoriginal but: cleanse totems, you do have more than one objective after all. Besides if noed didn't exist people would have no reason to worry about dull totems outside of "I want more BPs) which would make games even faster than they currently hard.
-
You are not suppose to hear her phasing sound inside of her TR no matter what add ons she is using.
-
Because survivors are the power role in this game and they like to act like little turds because you cant do a thing about it and they know it. There is a reason maps like Ormond and mothers dwelling exist, it's so they can have an easy game and escape.
-
The only thing he really needs changed is his UR add ons, they are pretty terrible for UR add ons, but to be fair a lot of killers have really trash UR add ons that need some serious love (Looking at you Iri Family Crest...)

You do realize that even if you don't want to kick the gen, you still have to, you know... walk over and pressure it, right? At that point you should probably just run Thana since it's one of the only Perks that affects gen speed while Survivors are repairing it instead of while they're not, which is MUCH better for a Killer who struggles to approach a gen before it's done being repaired.
I uh...did you just say that Thana is better than pop? I'm sure I misread something in that statement. =/
-
I only really use it on Deathslinger, but that is because his map pressure is so low there is no point in kicking gen, even with pop. All other killers I run pop it is just better all around.

Why is it inappropriate? I've wondered why protect the guilty? I mean that guy typed those words..
For the same reason those clowns have the right to say all that hateful stuff they said but it is inappropriate. Just because you can doesn't mean you should.
-
She is your mom, respect her and uninstall the game. When you move into your own place then you can play all you like. Sorry but that's just the hard facts, she makes the rules until you move out and she is the woman who gave birth to you so respect her wishes even if they seem unfair to you.
-
Any killer that is good at shutting down survivors they always say take no skill. Look at Freddy, Billy, Oni even. People always say it takes no skill to play a good killer because they don't like that said killer can shut them down very effectively, they think the killer should have to 4D chess outplay them to get a fast down otherwise it must just be a crutch op killer.
-
My gripe is that on some maps if you consume a hook on the edge of the map then if someone else goes down in that same area you literally cannot hook them at all. This happened to me on mothers dwelling before where everyone was dead but this one claudette and she would run into this same corner every single time she wiggled out, because I could not get her to any hooks due to poor spawns. Ultimately I had to leave, go find hatch, close the hatch and wait for endgame to kill her it was really stupid and I wish they would do something to fix it. One hook being consumed should not make an area safe from hooks.

Say whatever you gonna say. NOED is always an indicator that the killer bad/low skill cap. Always was.
Actually that's not true. I am rank 1 every season and run noed only to annoy people I recognize.
-
These guys might be clowns but it is extremely inappropriate to put their names up in a public forum the way you did. I strongly suggest you blur out their names.
-
Uh we want to nerf an already nearly useless perk? Okay go for it, almost no one uses it anyways so not like it will be missed >.>
