Pretty much the same.
-
Is the title the wrong way around or am I suddenly dyslexic?
-
The only thing that's missing is survivors dabbing mid-dead hard.

I have a question.
You use pallets to avoid getting hit right? So if the survivor dead hard to the pallet doesn't that technically mean they are using dead hard to dodge a hit and thus using dead hard for its original purpose?
Feel like we have a "letter of the law" and "spirit of the law" thing going on here.
-
She used it to actually dodge your attack instead of DH for distance, so I don't see the problem.
If DH had an animation lock after using it so you couldn't throw pallets or vault, it'd be completely fine-- though you'd start seeing a hell of a lot more other exhaustion perks.
-
I feel like this was a holdover from initial development of Nemesis that they just forgot to change.
Like he was supposed to tier back down or something.
-
Yes, definitely.

Yeah just immediately change the conversation, typical surv bs to ignore blatant problems with perk design.
Typical survivor bourgeoisie, am I right?

And that's why I suggest making Cheryl and Zarina in the hard difficulty because their perks are more than just holding a button.
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2354652#Comment_2354652
No it doesn't, but it's more of a QOL type change especially for newer players. It just also personally bothers me how the "hard" difficulty isn't really accurate with some of the survivors.
Difficulty really is kinda variable in this scenario, though. Like, is it difficult because their perks are hard to use? Because the times you can use them are risky? Because they're less effective?
Laurie's Hard rating makes sense. DS can easily be messed up or deactivated, Object can actually be an active detriment to you, and Sole Survivor is.. sole survivor. But Bills' hard rating makes less-- they're just insurance. If you're slugged, now you can get up. If you make a risky unhook, now it's okay. And Left Behind is Left Behind.
Dwight's easy rating makes sense because his perks are just flat boosts to teamwork and finding teammates. Ash's doesn't make a damn bit of sense. You basically have to throw the game to activate Mettle of Man AND it has a hefty downside, Flip Flop is borderline useless and only really useful with other perks, and Buckle Up is just useless.
It really just doesn't mean much.
-
Do difficulties really mean anything anymore, especially for survivors who can just mix and match perks?
'Cause remember, Trapper and Billy are easy and Wraith is medium.
-
Because BHVR had and still has no idea what they're doing.
-
Until we find a way to ban DDOSers from reality's servers, /jail's the best we can do.
-
The only time you'll ever catch me DC is when I hear my pizza rolls are done.
Some things are more important than surviving.

Multihits instadowns were a mistake. Bubba would still be equally as strong if he only could hit a single survivor at a time.
Literally just Billy

Aggressive killing, followed by pointing and laughing.
-
I wouldn't mind it.
People getting ENRAGED AT THE MERE IDEA AND GOING ABSOLUTELY RABID makes me want it, though.
-
Giving you extra speed's a reeeaal careful thing to balance.
I, personally, think making it "Lose a stack on a successful down" wouldn't be too horrible for everyone.
Maybe.
I don't know, i'm tired.
-
I somehow feel like there's more to this story.

How is that griefing? You still kill the survivor and no where in the game ruke it said you need to hook the survivor to kill them
Stalling and waiting for 74 of the 75 second turn timer in Hearthstone every turn for literally no other reason than to waste your opponent's time and piss them off isn't specifically singled out in the rules and therefore can't possibly be abused to grief, I suppose.
-
What, like, bleeding everyone out and not hooking?
It's not holding the game hostage, but it's definitely griefing.

Nobody likes to be insulted, though. That's not being "sensitive", it's normal human behavior based on normal human emotions.
What, exactly, do you need to say that's being blocked by the censor?
"Daddy Myers kill us harder please"
-
Pretty much, yeah.
Nasty people set up shop, choose a tribe and sling whatever they've got at the other side. It's gross.
Giving props really should do.. like, anything. Like hey-- in League, if you get enough props, you gain key fragments that help you get cool skins. Why don't you get bloodpoints for getting props? Or hell, a bloodpoint multiplier. A small amount of shards. A symbol next to your name that denotes you being a real cool fella. A whole different currency specifically for cosmetics. Anything, BHVR.
-
If the killer decides he likes you, and decides he really doesn't like the other ones, then.. well, not really much you can do.
I've had multiple occasions where i'm just waiting for that one ######### to die so I can give the innocent baby Dweet the hatch.

A two week period where you can get an adequate amount of BP doesn't make up for the other 50 weeks where you cannot.
Besides, some people can't even enjoy the event.
I'm not arguing that.
It's just strange to be in the middle of an event where BP gain is massively increased overall and be like "but why aren't I getting extra BP?"
Reminds me of this.
-
Because people are already getting like 400-500% extra bloodpoints every match for the anniversary anyway?
-
It sounds like you're the happy outlier.
I'm glad someone's having some good solo queue games, at least.
-
Well first off they're not stealing from orphanages and kicking small fluffy animals for the sheer hell of it, so chill.

I will agree that Iron Will needs to be looked at. Perhaps it needs a timer?
I'd be fine with just making it 75% or something, but completely silent from your end.
Just so I don't have to listening to full blast hacking and coughing half the trial.
-
Different strokes for different folks.
-
DH should have an animation lock of a couple seconds after use.
Sprint Burst shouldn't be 150%.
Everything else is fine.
-
Quentin's finally back from rehab after all the drugs he did to stay awake.

I don't need to prestige
BUT I DO
But I don't
BUT PROGRESSION
But my event items
BUT CHECKBOXES

It felt far too deliberate for it to be a bug. He stopped and watched me, crouched, and did it again. It was on The Game.
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2340445#Comment_2340445
The other 3 escaped because I felt bad they had a hacker. Not sure how I ruined it for the rest.
To be fair, when I encounter bugs like that (IE when I found a rock I could climb on top of on Shelter Woods), I kinda just stop what i'm doing in surprise and show it off to the killer.
In my case, the Pig joined us on the rock and it was a crouch party.

It's way more common than you'd expect. There are websites and forums dedicated to helping people do it.
It's always little things too, like the killer knowing exactly which locker to go to, a swing going straight through a survivor with no damage, an insta-heal, increased movement speed, etc. Everytime I've noticed something weird, without fail that player has the globe symbol next to their name so I assume they had to have been on PC.
Going to their profile and seeing that it's private almost 100% confirms it for me.
Especially when I see they haven't set up a profile picture.
-
See, this is why I always run BT and We'll Make It together-- to cover my bases.
Killer's far? 8 second heal. That's the ideal circumstance. If it's just not an option (killer's camping, patrolling, teammate's about to hit the next stage), BT covers the rest.

Yah that is a good one for when you are starting out as killer!
Once I had most maps and tiles memorized I felt more confident and dropped that one no problem. I kind of found the whisper noises distracting anyways ^^"
I think my hard go let go of perk for killer now is BBQ.
To be fair, Whispers doesn't give you 100% extra bloodpoints for just playing the game.
-
All the bugs and she's still the best killer in the game.
We all fear the day she kills the bugs.

I didn't come to the forums with a solution to propose. I do not work for BHVR--I'm not going to do their job for them. I see a problem, I spoke up about it. ...besides, BHVR doesn't even accept design ideas this community gives them in the first place.
How do you see no problem with survivors abandoning their objective to play hide-n-seek? How do you see no problem with survivors leaving each other high and dry, when they are intended to work together to escape? How do you see no problem with a mechanic that creates stand-offs while praising it for removing stand-offs? How do you see no problem with a mechanic that removes one problem and replaces it with a slightly less shittier one?

I'm sorry, I don't recall filing a complaint about hatch as Killer. Perhaps you meant to place this comment on another thread?
That's usually the complaint I get about Hatch, so my bad.
The main point still stands-- it's there to end the game, period. Trust me and a lot of other people, it's worse without it.
-
Whispers.
It proved to me why I never used those kinds of "never have them off" info perks like spine chill-- I don't wanna become reliant on 'em, I want to naturally develop those skills.
-
Hatch is there to end the game. Period. Doesn't cater to one side or the other.
If it's so offensive to you, slug for the 4k.
-
Five days later, after the hatch gets removed
"Remind me, when is the hatch being put back in the game?"
-
I go Blight and just
-
Is this another "Clown isn't weak, he just needs brains 🧠" thing?
-
It needs another perk to see one good use, it needs a good item to see multiple, it requires a good setup for either, and you're gonna be a real sad puppy if the killer just has an instadown.
I'll just keep my "please god everyone else stop dying" build, yeah.
-
WELL.
Since i'm an incredibly cheap bastard, i've found the most efficient way to spend my shards.
I ain't buying the licensed killers, so since their perks are cheaper in the Shrine of Secrets for the event, i'll pick them up if I see them. I also don't plan on playing any survivor other than Bill, so if I see good/fun/yes Survivor perks on the shrine, i'll pick those up too.
Killers probably ain't ever gonna be cheaper to get with shards, so all in all, this is better shard-efficiency.
-
Just spawns in general are awful, man.
10 hooks in one corner of the map, literally nothing in the other.
Exit gates within spitting range of eachother one game, opposite sides of the map the next.
15 pallets one suffocation pit, 6 the next one.
Chaos is good fun, but BHVR please.
-
They were made for eachother.
