I'm a little spectacle about charms on certain outfits. Some would be like, okay that's fine on the waist. However if you do the Feng dress or Claudette dress outfit complete set. It might look weird. I don't know, but we have to wait and see how they look.

im excited for the lore too, but also curious about the "charms" thing they talked about.

I like the Spirit, especially when she bumps in to me. It's a blast, it's funny! It's like....."oh...hi." Spirit:"Wah!" I do have trouble mind gaming her, but that's her design is.

Im a lorewhore myself.
I am excited for Archives, because i love lore too. All the lore goodness when it comes that day. Hopefully it's like a buffet! All you can eat lore.

Lore people will wet themselves when archives go live.
I'm so exci.....How did you know?!

*Holds 8 firecrackers to chest*
*Thinks in head*
And I thought i had a lot.

I like Inner Strength more, because it can be used as a safety measure for EGC whe you may not find anyone to heal you. Before this perk i did totems anyway so this is no different, however, i would need to conserve it more now because it doesn't stack. Which is fine, most games I'm the only one doing totems(It feels that way sometimes), unless there's a hex then everyone is doing them.

After she got picked up, the wig fell off and this happened. Maybe it is him? If that's him, where's Nancy?! π±

I like his power of sharpening his blade to increase his power. How is he sharpening his blade? With one of these? Or with something else?
An add-on could be the type of tools that increases sharpens percentage and the types of knifes.
Like an add-on would be a Stainless Steel Boning Knife ' Flexible and durable culinary blade that cuts though meat and bone like butter ' First hit is already at 100% sharpness. Another add-on All-in-one Wetstone ' Sharpens the blade fully in just 3 swipes' Gain percentage 33% per second. Also one that can give extra bloodpoints like the Trapper one. 'First Knife, A dull blade that has been though so much, can't bear to part with it. The blade can't be sharp ever again, gain 50% extra bloodpoints when meter is a 100%. IDK something like that.
I like the story too, and i said i liked the perk Out-to-Dry, because you can combine with perks; Dying Light, Furtive Chase and Devour Hope.
I can see how Sadomasochism can be super strong, but it depends on how the killer plays and if the survivors learn from it. Like Spirit Fury, survivors would throw down pallets early to prevent from happening. Also survivors can also hide during the perk is active. So it's okay, i like it.
Blood Thirsty is a cool perk. Would bloodlust comeback after you go in to chase again, like you never lost it. Or would you lose the bloodlust after 10/12/15 seconds?
This is very good though. π
-
Now that i re-read it. I'm like...oh now i get it. I was typing that from memory, without looking up the perk to clarify. π₯ I'm Stupid. Haha
-
Devour Hope can benefit it more if it doesn't get destoryed, Dying Light can, That Ghostface perk that i still don't understand and whatever other perks that need that hooked tokens.
-
And being picked up. I like it though.
-
I personally get all perks anyway so in the future, by the off chance i do want to use it. I don't have to get it later.

Eh, totems don't make a sound.
Hex totems make a sound. If you listen it sounds like those barrels that are lit.
-
I played this game which i used DS for the first time. I got hooked and saved. Ran to the exit gate, got knocked down, use DS and escaped. I never used DS until yesterday so it was an adrenaline rush, heart beating so fast...aaahh!

Huntress was mine, but i have been playing Myers a lot lately.

So, is it just me or do you have SOMETIMES difficulties with infectious fright location survivors? Because for me, when survivors are to close there will be no location revealed, which is not intended I guess?
Also, it's sometimes not easy to tell the distance because the notification bubble seems to be quite inconsistent in the size. I tested this out in kyf with friends and it feels like random and based on objects between me and the screaming survivor.
@Peanits can you take a look at this? It's already a perk which doesn't activate all the time and once the survivors know you have it they will avoid getting tagged in important situations.
I know revealing the aura like in the PTB was a bit overkill, but maybe a mixture of aura and revealing location would be the sweet spot.
So would you like it to be where the further they are smaller the notification, closer they are bigger the notification? Or if they are just say further than 16 meters their auras appear for 3/4/5 seconds, but closer than 16 is a notification. (Also this doesnt need to be the numbers it's an example) The perks max range radius limit is just say 32meters where the aura show, and 16 meters less is where the notification icon appears. It is so you get to see where they are at, and if they are close you dont know outright know where they are at. Sorry if this is unclear.

Then you show your other shirt that was hidden underneath.
-
If you have a t-shirt with the words 'I'm a hex totem'. A killer would try to protect you.

When I'm really desperate for bloodpoints.

I like Balanced and Lithe.

I felt like that a while ago, i even took a month or two off from DBD because i stopped having fun. The reason why is because all my friends stopped playing DBD from boredom, new games and because you can't fight back. I came back because i wanted it to work so bad and luckily i got hooked again (pun not intended). I started trying builds that i never tried before, tried different play styles and different cosmetics just to be different for some reason. I started having fun again even though with all of the killer and survivor problems. If i keep having what i think are very bad games i play something else, watch tv or something. Maybe you need a break or look a other parts of the forums. There's Fan creation, Media, Ask the Community and others. I even look at Event Archives of old artwork people did. Hopefully you find the fun again.
-
You had me at Bunny Fengπ.
-
Spine Chill! >^Β·.Β·^<
-
Have you tried Whispers? It can tell you where a survivor is at in the radius of 48/40/32 meters. If not crows can help you locate them, from crow bombs to seeing a crow take off or come back, shows where they are at or were at.
-
Yeah, it does work but sometimes it doesn't. The door is more safer to get the achievement, but hatch is, i guess so. It does work i have gotten it with a couple of survivors, but with one of them i went in the hatch twice (not back to back) and it didn't work.
-
It seems to be a cool idea of a perk! Great Job. I personally like this type of perk. It tricks the survivor into letting them think they got you.
-
I noticed that people started doing that too, not often though. I play solos also and it happens. If it does then i shrug my shoulders and heal them if they let me. When they see you run to them they try to get off 1 to 2 times then stop to let you get them.
-
Like moths to a flame...hehe. No it's not toxic in my opinion. Some people can't help to cleanse a hex totem or any. It's their fault and i'm guilty of that. If you get the perk Haunted Ground, a Spirit perk, everyone gets exposed.
-
*because...π₯...my spelling.

I'm not sure if Fixated and Lightweight are a good combo. It could be great, allowing you to walk when you can afford to and run without fear of scratch marks, or it could be redundant with half the perk's value being letting you see scratch marks that don't stay for long anyway. I'll have to try it out.
As for the second build, it seems solid, but is Dance With Me any good when you don't have Lithe?
The reason i think it is good because i get to mindgame the killer and loose him fast. And it it doesn't work well together then well atleast i get to see how long my scratch mark actually last all together with light weight. It's still new and such it can always change.
-
All of Nancy's.π
Fixated, Light Weight, Quick and Quiet and Iron Will
Inner Strength, Quick and Quiet, Head-on and Dance with me
Better Together, Prove Thyself/Bond, Poised and Dark Sense.
-
You never know, it can. Good luck!
-
That's a cool idea as well! Would be a surprise for every survivor who cleansed it and thought "Haha"!
-
What about if you stop, just say 80% for sealing the portal and get forced to leave. The percentage doesn't start over, but it decades over time like 3% every second or something. Would it be bad or...?
-
This is an amazing concept. I like the story too. For the power/ability maybe a slowed or trapped survivor if they interact with it. Trapped for ?seconds maybe. I like all of the perks too. But not that i hate Jumping Spider, but to clarify. Does it mean that any Hex perk (Not cleansed) would switch to a random location (Dull Totem) once perk is activated. If yes, cool. Also if there are like 2 Hexes would both move if there are enough totems or woul one move.
-
This is pretty cool π. Nice idea!
-
I see good things to this like; more cooperative teams, combining perks or even being a certain role depending on your team and even more good things i can't think of. The bad is lobby dodging, teams trolling you, uncooperative teams, not bullying but maybe a swf bugging the solo into a build, not using or using a perk they don't like.
-
This would be extra work, like a lot and couldn't work on some maps, but can't the Demo. use the portals on walls, sides of hills and such? So it wouldn't just be on the ground?
-
Power
This killer is similar to other teleport killers, but with lockers. The only problem i see with his power is the time of getting out of the locker and the time of the no terror radius and red stain is too short. Especially if he gets outs, the first way, at survivor speed. The time needs to be longer like maybe 10 seconds, so The Terror can have time to move around and do what they need to do. Part two of the ability seems okay.
Killer Perks. I not sure what you mean by common perk or ultra rare perk. Do you mean tiers? Like verison 1,2,3?
Paranoia
Paranoia seems too close to The Doctors' main ability. So either it needs to change or have it reworked a bit. I like part 1 of Paranoia where every survivor hears chase music and terror radius. Part 2 and 3 are the ones similar to Doctor. But part Three can be incorporated in better. Part doesnt need to be there to me. So the new Paranoia can be.
Paranoia: The knowledge of your pressance causes your victims to think irrationally. When a Survivor is in your terror radius, the heartbeat will sound and act as if they are in a chase. When a survivor is in your terror raidus for 20/15/10 seconds. The survivor would scream revealing their location.
Anger Point
Anger Point seems to be a good perk. I can see some use out of it with it combining with other perks. Like Spirit Fury and Enduring. Maybe the seconds needs to be longer. I don't know. It might not need it.
Overconfidence
Overconfidence might be a weak perk because it is very late game. Like Freddy's Fire Up. I guess they can combine to be more useful. It's missing something. Like how much is each token worth? If it stays it's fine.
Add-ons
I like the add-ons and their descriptions!π
Survivor
I like the story and concept of the survivor
Survivor Perks
Usually Survivor perks aren't Hex perks. Killers are the only ones that use hexes. It doesn't mean it's not possible, but it's unlikely.
Blind Belief seems to be a good perk but has draw backs.
Spiritual Corosion is too strong of a perk. Having one gen done and instantly have a hex destoryed is crazy. SWF can and would abuse this perk. Maybe tone it down a bit. It good but too strong.
Bane of Darkness is a little weird. I see what you are doing but thoses are statues effects that are applied to survivors right now. The stun is okay so it can be stunned for 3/4/5 seconds. However it needs more to it.
So far everything is cool and the concept is pretty good. Remember you don't have to change anything and that this is my opinion.
-
I like Feng's hair now too!
-
I haven't played it yet, but by the powers of YouTube i have seen portals placed near generators not next to it like The Hag, but around corners or a little of a distance. Some of them save 3 portals or 2 so they can travel mid chase.
Builds: I have seen one as a Gen protector. With Tinkerer, Thrilling Tremors, Surveillance and Pop.
-
Yeah, it is where you can see your teammate who is the 'Obsession' without using your key. It gives you awareness if the Obsession is getting chased and where they are at.
-
Chased a GF around to disable his stalk constantly for the whole match.
-
I would like the Nurse to turn into a survivor. Teleporting every, screaming and a few second stun.
-
If this were to happen. I would like the broken key, broken in half, duck taped so it looks poorly fixed. The reason why i thought they look the same is so the killers don't get the advantage of knowing what kit variant the survivor is using, or that it's easier and simpler for them to look the same. I don't think it really matters if the killer sees what variant you have. It just shows how long the item will last, not the add-ons that go with it.
-
I am already grinding out and leveling my max out my character to get all perks for them, so i can start a new character, either on another max out character or on the new chapter one, on the updated bloodweb.
-
I run Bond, Borrowed, Spine Chill and Small Game. So it you don't run Borrowed i would use and exhaustion perk. This is personaly my build now. Hope this helps. Oh if you aren't good at loops and such run Windows of Opportunity if you have it. It helped me a lot back then.
