I don't know. I personally kinda liked new MMR. I don't think it was that bad, it just needed some time and stability in killers you chose. And getting rank 20s sometimes gave at least some relaxation. Still, community said their word, I guess. Now back to sweaty rank 1 killers and idiotic teammates, whose rank somehow doesn't prove that they are capable of doing anything at all.
-
I don't think it's unfair, but if there would be a chance to never play against SWF I would gladly take it.
I don't enjoy sweating out every game just to get that sweet 4k. And you still can get some reasonable competition against solo-players.

as a suvivour im not allowed to live or im cheating the killer 🤣🤣🤣
You are not even trying to get his point at all, do you?
Tell me, do you consider that using Mori after the first hook screws up a survivor? If yes, then you need to understand that getting-the-feck-out with a key before all the gens are done is as much a screw up for killer as a Mori for survivor before he/she gets on the death hook.

so your saying the other suvivour was right to screw me over? even though i didnt need to help her/him as i had a key and knew were the hatch was
You didn't need to go into the locker either. Just walking away would've given you chance to escape, seven seconds is more than enough for that. Plus Pig would most likely concentrated on Nancy as she was in her face all the time.
She could've not even known that you were in that locker, though. If you look closer, there is no indication that she saw you when you went there - on the contrary, Nancy was looking to the other side. And you had Quick and Quiet, so she couldn't hear you go there too.
Maybe Nancy was using QaQ too, possibly with Inner Strength and Head On. Have you checked her perks?

hows that sandbagging? you should be reported for being dumb
-
Now you have an answer for the question you asked.
-
Release dates:
Level 2 - Later today
Level 3 - August 26th
level 4 - September 16th
-
Why would you even go into that locker? smh
-
I mean, have you seen that booty?
-
Killers tunnel Deliverance-players because they have Broken status and are an easy target. You are basically oneshotable for a whole minute + the time you'll need to waste for a heal. The same reason why some killers tend to tunnel No Mither and For the People players.
-
20 lvl isn't much at all. There are a lot of perks in the game. You'll get there eventually, just level up more.

I have stated that paying for characters is fine paying for perks however is not this is like the 50th+ time ive said this please read next time also DBD and EA have the same P2W model thats why ive drawn so many comparisons to Battlefront
How are you paying for perks, though? The only price you pay for them is your time, which you spend on either getting BP or iridescent shards. The only real money I personally have spent in DbD were on characters and AC for Battle Pass (which has nothing to do with neither perks nor wins). All the perks you mentioned can be found in SoS sooner or later, it's not locked anywhere. If you badly want it without paying one cent - just play the game and wait. Where's the problem?
Licenses are not cheap and many of them are more than difficult to get in-game. Most killers, like Bubba or Pig, are not even that incredibly god-like to buy them without their perks (unless you are a fan #1 and just want a look that you know and love). Your argument just doesn't feel fair. And there is nothing to be compared with EA. If you don't pay in DbD you are still fine, if you are skillfull. If you don't buy Battlefront lootboxes you're still pretty much in a sh*t spot even if you're skillfull.
DbD doesn't sell you casino simulator, EA does. What the hell are you talking about?
-
"dieing" isn't a word
-
Yeah, Enduring and Spirit Fury should definitely be a basekit.
-
Imagine complaining in 2020 that you should pay for licensed characters in Dead by Daylight, when EA is still a thing.
-
Should've asked for it very loudly back in 2016.
Too late now. It would be a huge disgrace to players, who have put hundreds and thousands of hours to get all the perks on their characters.

they will use these things more when they announce the rework? They already use it too much thats why i made this post. i played 3 games in a row and all 3 were with mories
No, I mean if the devs say the exact date when the changes will go live, people will most likely bring a lot of Moris and keys just to use them up in the state where they are now, before the rework actually kicks in. It's basic human psychology - take most of it while it lasts.
If devs don't state the exact date, on the other hand, people won't know if there is even a reason to use up most of their keys and Mori-offerings.
I wouldn't say that it's a very common problem to have lots of Moris in a row, though. Probably just bad luck. I, personally, don't even use those, unless I have a daily or I just want to check out new killer's Mori animation. And when I play survivor I very rarely get Moris in a row, really.
-
I can't really answer that, because back then I wasn't playing this game yet (started in January this year). But I feel like I would've liked both Blight and Catalyst. Events are always a cool thing that shakes up the experience a bit.
-
As far as I know, BHVR are going to rework Moris and keys soon.
But I feel like they shouldn't announce when exactly they are doing that, because it will only cause more usages of these things.
As for such players - it's not something that the devs can fix. B*tchin' players will always be present in multiplayer games. Nothing you can do about that, just ignore their whining and politely put them in their place when then start calling you names. Don't forget to report those who go too far.
-
Sounds about right. Some people can't handle the frustration they get, when faced more skillfull survivors. Especially when survivors deny them every chance to get a hook or important hit. Calling names is not nice, ofc, and should be avoided. Then again, it happens. Some accusations are valid, but usually it's just a result of a major butthurt. Nothing you can do about it.
As for Prove Thyself - it's not Meta. Strong perk, but not Meta. Unless you are playing with friends and genrush non-stop, then it maybe kinda-sorta is. Playing solo, though, doesn't grant being near teammate all the time, so sometimes you won't even get a chance to use it properly.
-
I mean. In the state where he is now - he is one of the A-tier killers, when played correctly (similar to Nurse in that sense).
All the votes for nerf will come from survivor-mains, who can't counter him. Just watch.
-
Nothing applies to the Jigsaw boxes. Not a single perk, only Pig's addons. It used to work with boxes' skillcheck in the past, if I recall correctly, but since then it was nerfed. So it doesn't apply. Nor does Hex: Huntress' Lullaby. And I don't think it will, unless they decide to rework her completely, like they did with Freddy.
-
That someone wasn't quite right.
-
Ah yes, that's killers' fault that survivors use crutch perks. And it's survivors' fault that killers use crutch perks.
Classic.
-
Yeah, Crotus Prenn's totems can spawn literally out in the open. Coldwind's ones too, although they are kinda hid by the corn. So the totem spot which you mentioned is really not that bad lol
-
2 killer points. And I don't really think I am that biased. NOED is an objectively sh*t perk - basing your game around Endgame is not smart (unless you are memeing) + this perk can be not even activated during the Endgame if survivors start cleansing the totems (95% of which, let's be honest, are not hid that well). I don't like it as a killer, I don't like it as a survivor. But there's nothing to be nerfed - this perk is already bad.
DS, on the other hand, is not a bad perk in itself. Problem is - a lot of survivors don't use it the way it should be used, making it not an anti-tunneling perk, but a smug perk that grants 100% invincibility for 60 seconds. Having this perk activated after killer already hooked 1-2 other survivors is simply not fair, as killer gets punished for presumable "tunneling" when he wasn't even tunneling anyone.
As for maps - Haddonfield is overall bad for ANY killer (with exception for, maybe, good Nurse and Pyramid Head, who don't have problems with walls). The amount of closed balconies and everlasting fences/bushes is just crazy. Killer can literally be looped around the same place for minutes and not even get a single hit. While Hawkins is very good only for some killers (like Hag, Ghost Face, Myers, impossible-skillchecks-Doctor). Hillbilly and Bubba, for example, won't feel very good on this map against survivors, who know what they're doing. For most others it's just an ordinary map with just more understandable spawns of doors than Lery's. Good survivors can still survive on Hawkins, while even good killers struggle on Haddonfield.
-
I mean, Steve's sounds are pretty cute uwu
-
For the killer - Mad Grit, which is incredibly fun with Agitation/Iron Grasp combo. I also like Iron Maiden on Huntress and Territorial Imperative on Demogorgon. And Fire Up is much fun too.
For the survivor - I really like Autodidact, it's really cool if you get 3-4 stacks from the first heal and then proceed to almost instaheal people with skillchecks. Stake Up is also one of my favourite low-tier perks, it's just nice to get 100% perfect skillchecks for just being in killer's TR. I also like just fooling around by making builds with only perks that are mostly useless. Ranks don't matter anyways lul

I actually feel like this game used to be WAY worse few years ago with all the different things being broken af. So saying that new MMR system is the thing that ruined the game for good is not that truthful imo. Having almost every perk broken, having pallets and hooks broken and all this kind of stuff seems to be way worse for me than facing a higher rank players, who sometimes camp and tunnel. But that's just me. You can have another perspective, I won't deny that and won't argue with that. Everyone is different in their preferences.
But, again, if after all this time (4 years, if you haven't lied) you haven't got used to mean and toxic killers/survivors on higher ranks, then yeah, you should probably pick another game. Mental health is way more important. Moreover, you should've probably picked another game several years ago, because players don't change, no matter what fixes BHVR provides.
Anyways, I feel like you made up your mind. That being said, I wish you good luck in the following virtual adventures, brother.

Do you think I'm blind? I know that already. I'm just saying it is not actually going to be fun for me to burst out laughing.
Well. Out of "fun" streamers I can recommend Tru3Ta1ent, Otzdarva, ZubatLEL, Scott Jund, Monto and Jaee.
They are very entertaining, you can learn a lot from them. But, again, they all swear from time to time.
Then again, you only said that you need a player that doesn't drop F-bombs. That's why I named Paulie in the first place x))

It isn't funny I use to watch Noob3 and right after I couldn't watch him anymore so it isn't funny, meme or a lie it is literally the absolute truth.
Emm, what No0b3 has to do with Paulie? I didn't even mention No0b3 %)
-
Paulie Esther might be a viable choice. I don't really remember him swearing.
Plus he has the best conspiracy theories out there lol

I absolutely love Otz with all my heart, but he does swear, are you memeing my dude? lmao
-
What's wrong with cakes, though?
They give bonus to everyone, is it a problem?
-
Some people are just dumb.
Sometimes it's actually bad connection, but it happens rarely and usually you can tell if person had bad internet or just decided to rage quit.
-
RAWR
-
Corrupt Intervention (Plague's perk) also helps with this in the early game.
-
I mean, I personally don't ship survivors with each other for whatever reason.
I have 3 consistent ships overall:
1) Amanda and Kate
2) Ghostface and Nancy
3) David Tapp and Anna (thanks to Samination lol)
Edit: Ah, yes, Susie x Julie too.
-
Ah, respecting the Family in the S tier. I see you are a man of culture.

i get what you mean man but in the end I’d rather get morid without being hooked endgame then be morid off first hook within the first minute of the game. Moris can never be perfectly balanced but personally I dare say this is the best you could make them. It’s not like Moro of death hook would be better either because then people will just 2hook tunnel or camp til second if you know what I mean
Yeah, you're probably right, perfectly balancing this game isn't an easy task. Well, I guess we'll see what devs are going to do with it, when they finally get to this issue. In a meantime - props for throwing ideas out there, good job! 👍

Yes but if you 3 hook tunnel someone then the gens most likely would have been completed by then so chances are unless you got lucky, you wouldn’t even be able to mori someone.
I mean, you don't need to camp in order to tunnel. So it's not like you'll get free genrush time, when someone is hooked. And if their tunnel-target isn't a god in looping, there is a high probability of survivors not managing to finish enough gens in time (unless they are swf with discord of smth). The main point, though, is the fact that you can get moried without even having been hooked - it doesn't seem very fun and fair, if I'm being honest.
-
Idea itself is pretty interesting, but I don't see how it would prevent people from tunneling.
They would just 3-hook tunnel one survivor, hook the second one and right away mori someone, who wasn't even hooked once yet.
-
You are talking sh8t about her as if she was worse than Clown. When in fact she is still objectively one of two most powerful killers in the game, when played right. Is this a meme-post?
-
Well, it's really a matter of what you feel like you need in order to comfortably play.
Her Survaillance is a very good perk. It synergizes well with Hag's Hex: Ruin, Clown's Pop Goes The Weasel and Demogorgon's Surge, so you might wanna get them in whichever order you want. Myers' Save the Best for Last is a very good perk on Pig too, including the fact that she has a special attack, which would prevent you from losing stacks and still successfully hitting the obsession. So these are 4 perks I would recommend you getting in the future and playing around with.
Still, including teachables which you mentioned... I would probably recommend trying out Billy's Enduring, Doctor's Monitor and Abuse and Bubba's BBQ (obviously). Enduring will help in chases, MaA will higher up your stealth efficiency, BBQ will give you double BP and info on survivors that are far away (which might be kinda hard with new auras, though). Basic perk Whispers might be useful too. To know where approximately survivors might be, also very useful in the Endgame, when only one survivor has left.
-
Well, it's an RNG, so you might get what you want and you might not.
I still remember how I've spent 1mil BP to get BBQ of at least first lvl of Trapper lmao
Non-OG map offerings, including newest Mary's Letter, are not that common to appear in the bloodweb, unfortunately. But, still, they exist. Just a matter of time when you get it.
-
Honestly, DC penalties were fine by me. The only group of people i'm concerned about is streamers, who get attacked by hackers, leaving these streamers banned by penalties, preventing them from entering, although they did nothing wrong.
I feel like they just need to add some sort of streamer-mode, where all the nicknames of players get blurred in lobby and in game, opening them only in post-chat. But that's just an example.
