I'm fine with exclusive cosmetics now since everyone has a chance to obtain them, unlike way back were console players were left out. The only issue with the codes is they are quickly typed in by PC gamers since they don't have a digital keyboard, but a physical one.
-
Did you not see the Mindbreaker and Blood Pact changes?
-
Rework it to only be for survivors? So remove a killer offering? Let me tell you how killer's need more; not less.
-
Dead Hard because it relies on the state of the game server
-
The petals aren't even useful this year.
-
Thee devs can nerf DS as long as they make changes to Undying and nerf NOED.
-
Nurse. First killer match and my first 4K. Starting off playing as Nurse really helped in learning all the tricks she has.
-
Killer might be more frustrating, but at least it's not boring af.
-
Ha. I didn't get any of the shards or bp. I'm also going to be missing out on the double bp event.
-
The only changes that need to be made are what can be done while in madness tier 3.
Remove the ability to open exit gates.
Remove the ability to enter lockers.
Add the ability to heal survivors in the dying state.
-
Self-Care is actually a decent and reliable healing perk. People just hide next to a pallet to heal every time they get injured, wasting a lot of time, and therefore earning it a bad reputation.
-
If he didn't have this restriction then he would literally outclass old Legion.
-
Now I just want Mortal Kombat outfits in the game.
-
Bloodhunts are more exciting than this event.
-
I just prestiged all of my killers except Huntress. If someone were to bring in an anti-Huntress offering, I'd be screwed.
-
He wasn't nerfed or buffed, he was just turned into a braindead killer.
-
It doesn't really make a difference whether you can hear where she is phasing or not. The Spirit will just exit her power as soon as she sees where the scratch marks have stopped and continue the chase normally. All this does is give players a teensie bit more reaction time.
-
All six of these "recommendations" are just ways to allow killers to tunnel without any issue.
-
A game prioritizing the survivor playerbase and their thoughts on how the game should work.
-
Ethan, the game designer, has already confirmed that Object of Obsession is not getting a rework.
-
There is a reason Nurse is the only SS killer. Her power is the best for chases and the second best for mobility, just behind Billy.
-
12 year old kids would scream racist and sexist slurs because of how ######### they are at the game amd because they got outplayed.

You really wanna complain about that?
I sure do.

Can you though?
From what i've seen when playing him against good players, spamming or using your attack too much costs you the game as people will utilise the punishment of missing and gain so much distance.
I would rather be downed soley by a pyramid's power than a contiuous spammed bait.
You get punished less for missing ranged attacks and your power regenerates fast enough for you to constantly spam it.
-
Little kids would make it hell.
-
PH is braindead now. You can just spam his ranged attack.

If they truly didn't give it to the artist for free, that's awful. But, as for the design itself, I think it still looks really cool, and I'm willing to believe them if they say they couldn't get the mask to work. To my knowledge, there's no other cosmetic in the game that changes appearance based on events or state changes. The Pig's drill looks the same regardless of what happens -- it just spins. I don't know how the Oni works, but my guess is that the red effect gets applied to the general shape of his character model independent of his cosmetics.
It's not that it would be 100% impossible to make something like the mask work, but I'm willing to believe that, within the constraints they're working with, it wasn't feasible.
FWIW, if you designed a character concept for a video game as your job, you would probably get less fidelity in the final output than this.
The Oni's horns extend upon activating Blood Fury.

The Claudette outfit literally copied Nea's sweatpants even though the design was significantly different.
The design:

The leaked model:

Nea's Neon Night outfit:
Lmao. Hopefully that is not the final product. Especially when they said the outfit isn't ready to be released yet.

If you turn out to be right and isn't in the next Rift or available for shards, I'll be [BAD WORD] mad.
It'll probably be on the premium track. So not fully priced, but still $10 and a bunch of grinding or $10 + purchased tiers.

To be honest the only new skin I genuinely liked was The Sunday Slaughter for The Hillbilly.
Not even the purchasable Halloween outfits are good. Ghostface looks terrible; The Legion has clipping issues; Blight is decent, but the weapon is not worth it.

That's an excuse.
Legion already changes their noises based on their skin; it's not like the idea is totally alien.
Additionally, they delayed the Claudette outfit because it wasn't ready. If they really liked what Amacky had made they could have taken the time to make it work.
The community was in love with that design, people would have waited.
Less people play Legion compared to Claudette. The Claudette skin will be put out as fully priced but with great detail, and all because people are going to buy it, no questions asked.
-
You have to be watching a stream rather than playing the game. If you are a console player you aren't going to get it at all.

I don't get how Claudette lack of tacky whale tail needed more attention but the Legion cosmetic was good enough.
Early 3D renders of the Claudette outfit actually look really good. The only reason why is because more players are survivor mains and half of those survivor mains are Claudette mains, meaning people will want the outfit and therefore spend money on it.

The Legion wasn't coded to have that feature basekit. The Oni was.
It isn't very difficult to add. The same thing has been done with both of The Pig's animated weapons.

They also didn't even give credit to Amacky, who was the original creator of the outfit in the cosmetic's description. I talked to Amacky and he also said that they didn't give him any auric cells or even give the outfit to him for free.

(not my screenshot)
They simply put community. Lazy and disgraceful.
-
There has been a form of currency for all of the past Halloween events, so I imagine you can expect one this year as well.
-
Demo's perk changes would've been nice to have before I got the adept.
-
The escapes are from people who didn't face Freddy, Nurse, or Spirit.
-
It's a shame too as the DBD Twitter guy is really cool.
-
They'll come when they help the game and not hurt it.
-
Unfortunately, I play on console. Everyone wants to be some No0b3 copycat. So whenever I win or lose I always get a hate message. Even when I farm I'll get a gg ez at the end. It's sad considering harassing someone else generally shows insecurity.
-
Green and purple ranks generally seem to be the worst. I've seen some white ranks that are better.
-
The combo itself doesn't need nerfed.
Here's what I think should change:
1. Survivors should get a totem counter. Either base-kit or on Small Game.
2. Undying doesn't reveal survivor auras if they stand next to a dull totem.
-
Cypress - Can only mori the last player if all other players have been sacrificed, meaning 3 people can't escape for you to mori the last person.
Ivory - The chosen survivor must be on death hook.
Ebony - All survivors must be hooked once. The first survivor chosen to be morid must be on death hook. Afterward, all survivors are moriable be they on struggle or death hook.
Ivory and Ebony changes - Survivors cannot be morid within 60 seconds of being unhooked unless he/she is the last survivor in the trial.

4k€ for a 4k of 4 specific survivors, swf premade-one round, you don't end up with a 4k you pay the same to each survivor. After all there is no mindgaming her, just 4ks.
I never said just 4Ks. After all, gen times are stupid af in this game. That being said, a Spirit with Stridor is going to end chases extremely quick as long as they can play the game.

Are you willing to prove your big talk with a bet? It seems you figured it all out, so please just say yes.
A bet? What. Anyone who has played this game for longer than a week knows that there is no mindgaming a Spirit. If you don't have a specific perk on then you're screwed.

One time a hatchet hit a pallet and hit me at the same time. You wouldn't believe how fast I DC'd.
The game knows it's wrong too because the hatchet breaks on the ground at the same time it hits someone.
-
Ghostface
Huntress
Nurse. If you can't use your power then Freddy technically can't cause you any harm since you have to be asleep.

Who is the easiest, if I may ask?
Also, all this absolute terms "no skill required", "always 4k", "not at least one kill, you must be bad", is utter BS, sorry. Of course she may be easier to play than other killers. But you also face survivors with different skillsets. Against 4 randoms, sure you can dominate them. But against a well organzied team (does not even have to be swf), it's no shame to lose even when playing Spirit. Sure you can 4k these games as well, but you will have to sweat more for it. It's far from "no skill required" then, probably no 4k, you maybe even get out without killing anyone (when you want to play fair instead of tunneling someone out). That does not make you bad, you were just not as lucky.
The easiest is undoubtedly Freddy. However, even with several factors playing against her, Spirit is still easy to at least 1K with.
