An idea for Memento Mori
The killer can use Memento Mori after the survivor got hooked 2 times. He does not need to down the survivor, like the addon Judith's Tombstone (Myers), the Mori works with a health/injured/dying survivor.

Comments
Cypress - Can only mori the last player if all other players have been sacrificed, meaning 3 people can't escape for you to mori the last person.
Ivory - The chosen survivor must be on death hook.
Ebony - All survivors must be hooked once. The first survivor chosen to be morid must be on death hook. Afterward, all survivors are moriable be they on struggle or death hook.
Ivory and Ebony changes - Survivors cannot be morid within 60 seconds of being unhooked unless he/she is the last survivor in the trial.
