Most likely temporarily disabled so that Borgo specifically appears more often, so that players can see and test the changes they made to it.
I'm getting double and triple maps including cold wind and Springwood. Very annoying.

Yup, I was just Myers and I was just coming to say the exact same thing! BOT Feng ran away from inside the Exit Gate and straight to the Hatch. Unbelievable.

Who are you playing against? Can you still see your teammates's auras? What perks did the killer run?
there's every chance the killer was just Undetectable.
It was the dredge, the spirit, the alien and yes I could see my teammates but the killer was never running Undetectable perks nor add ons. I just had it work two matches ago against the alien, now it doesn't work again.

@Marc_123 said:
What is bugged again?
They just kinda repaired it... you don´t see killer directly in the black bubble but when he is a few steps away.
Used it today in a game and it seemed pretty normal.
I can't see the killers aura when I'm running the perk and on hook. I'm not talking about the bubble, I can't see it at all.
-
I'm having the same problem.
-
@pizzavessel15 said:
theyre good at looping because they know where the killer is 24/7 even through walls.
Yeah that needs to be addressed. They're impossible to catch.
-
I just had a BOT Nea who refused to fix generators unless she could fix on the side she wanted 🤣
She would just stare at me until I moved and then she would work on the side I had been working on.
I swear BHVR is trolling us with these BOTS. There's no way they're not 🤣

Behaviour, I was working on completing the daily ritual "Relic Veneration" which reads
"Escape and collect a new item 1 time(s)."
I did this and the ritual did not complete. The escape was by the Hatch and I was able to pick up a Camping Aid Kit with add-ons.
It doesn't work with the hatch unfortunately. You have to make it out the exit gates.

Your addons don't have charges. Well, besides BNPs because they disappear on use. You have an item with a set amount of charges and addons that modify the item itself. So when you recharge the item your addons will still work in the exact same way as it would normally with the addons equipped.
My yellow add-on says it has 12 charges
-
Omg Leon players! Please stop killing yourself on hook or disconnecting! Your Bots lost me two trials today. The first one came running over to my generator and missed his skill checks, the second left me on 1st hook to die while patrolling the area 😑

I'm curious about what people think about different killers. Personally I find trickster to be the most annoying as if you aren't in a indoor map his blades are impossible to dodge. He's like a huntress who's had all the fun and skill required sucked out.
The Pig and The Ghostface. They jump scare you too much!
-
@Venusa said:
Yes. Since Built to Last works based on percentages it will also scale with the charge add-ons you have.
Also as long as you don't consume an add-on/item (syringes, syptics, BNPs) it'll be staying.
One of my add-ons isn't a charge, it just eliminates skill checks while repairing with the toolbox. Do you think that will regenerate?

Calm Spirit user here, you will become exposed, but you would not scream and reveal yourself.
Therefore the killer would be clueless that a Survivor touched the Gen and is exposed?

I just had a match with a speed running Yui who could blind me multiple times even though I always run Lightborn. Bloody Partystreamers were offered so I just farmed. Unbelievable.

This really shows that there is some good in the community. And no I don't because you never know who it could be unless they offer boops then I consider it but for the moment no. I might though but some people can just bring you down so much you know. I've learned recently how to not let it get to me but this is one of the ways for the moment. I'm so jealous you got to play against a pig though.
The killer I fear the most. I can barely function when she's the killer I'm so nervous. Her, The Ghostface and Tier I Michael unsettle me. They get my heart racing because I can't focus on gens, you never know where they are.

Most players should have a P100 character by now I mean it's not rare anymore. I don't think you would be treated different.
I have only been matched with about 4 as a Survivor and not a single one when playing Killer. They probably have one but hide it.
-
@Talwuzhere said:
I do avoid my p100 nea unless I'm matched with similar leveled players or in a swf. Which is pretty unfortunate considering I love her and grinded for her but I would like to play an unbiased match.
The times I do play her I enjoy the game immensely. Honestly I should just play her considering she has all the offerings + items stacked on her.
I really hope they hide our Prestige until end screen. I will miss offering a bloody Partystreamer for fellow Survivors who I see are on the grind but we can't have it all.

Wow you live in a harsh region. I never encounter this behavior with my team mates.
Yeah it happened twice now. The killer just keeps knocking me down for the other Survivors, they teabag on you, heal you, killer hits you, repeat. Survivors do a generator, come back to taunt. I couldn't believe it. I don't even know if I could report the Survivors for this.
Do you play as a P100?

This never was a thing.
The reason why Medkits grant BPs when healing someone else is an incentive to use them on others instead of yourself. There would not really be a point to add them to Toolboxes.
But IMO repairing Gens should grant more BPs. 1250 BPs for a full Gen is not really a lot considering that you spent around 90 seconds on it and other actions grant not much less or even more BPs in a way shorter timefrime. And 4 Great Skill Checks is basically the same...
Ok just another hallucination I had when I first started playing I guess. Yes, we seriously need more than 1250 per generator, it's insultingly too low.

I thought the legal quagmire of ownership for Jason was settled? The two guys share rights now and basically have to agree on anything that would include Jason. But they’re making a new film together or something, and have stated jointly and separately they’re ok with Jason appearing in some other forms of media (games) b/c it’s more money for them.
They're not doing anything together. One owns the adult Jason with a mask, the other owns the story of the first film.
Cunningham is making a movie on his own and I believe Miller is doing the Crystal Lake TV Show coming soon.

I ran into so many baby Survivors as killer last night. The poor things have 1 to 2 yellow perks and no clue what they're doing.
I tried to give Baby Feng Min the Hatch, she just laid on the ground. I picked her up again and she disconnected 😔
Imagine wanting all the perks on all the Survivors and/or Killers and being new.

@Peanits said:
I can confirm that this has never been a thing. Unlike windows, the Killer can break the pallet to remove it permanently, so there has never been a need to block the pallet.
There are some things that can block undropped pallets, though. But pallets that are already dropped cannot be blocked.
Thank you for the clarification. I don't know what I was seeing. In my defense, I was brand new to the game at the time (3 years ago). I must have been confused.

Interesting... I'm also from the 2020 era but don't remember it, might have forgotten. It would be helpful to check dbdwiki to see more info regarding this.
I could be losing it but I remember when it all of a sudden disappeared and I wasn't happy then. That was a while ago.

@Venusa said:
As far as I know there wasn't ever a plus for using your Toolbox. You just got repair points quicker since the Toolbox helps you repair faster, meaning it would still count as regular repair action but you reached the solo bloodpoint (1250BP per gen) sooner. The only plus bloodpoint regarding repairing is for coop action where you're on a gen with somebody else.
I distinctly remember the points showing up as soon as the toolbox was empty.

In my experience players like this don't take the free offered kill. I have done the same thing multiple times (especially against Billy - somehow these players are usually THE most wholesome players in game - not camping, not tunneling, playing for fun and making sure to play for more interactions). Those are usually best matches no matter the outcome (but it's extra nice if said Billy is strong enough to pull off victory in this case).
You know what happens on the rare occasion I'm offered a sacrifice? The Survivor will just run around the map and let the Entity eat them.
-
@ProfessorDunwich said:
Perhaps an odd title but let me explain. Everyone loses, sure. It shouldn’t be something to be avoided. I lose in a BR game, it’s quick and I move onto the next match. Even as Survivor you can die on the hook to get out quickly unless Meg saves you when it’s clear you want out.
Losing as Killer is a drawn out process. You know it’s over way before the score screen pops up. That said you have to play it out. 9/10 times Survivors are simply incapable of just taking their W, they have to rub salt in the wounds and draw it out. Sometimes their new goal will be to make the Killer DC with an eruption of laughter if successful. You can see this on plenty of steams and youtube vids.
The continued forced implementation of the Survivor Rule Book will likely exasperate this issue. Who wants to play as the Xenomorph and feel bullied by a group of Princess Heart Fengs?
I agree. I play both roles and I never behave that way as a Survivor. A couple weeks ago my friend and I, plus 2 randoms beat a high Prestige Wesker using a Mori perk (Rancor) and 2 Iridescent add-ons. He had run a Terrormisu as did my friend and I. With 3 of those and him playing far nicer than he had to (no camping, no tunnelling) I offered myself as his only sacrifice after the gates were open. I'm not suggesting anyone go that far but be grateful the killer gave you a fun match. If it weren't for killers, there literally wouldn't be a game.

See another doctor. It’s generally good to get a second independent opinion.
there might be other issues of course but this may contribute to your issues as well.
and take time for your health. Even at least half an hour a day going on a walk and not looking at your phone will help in many regards - even if it might not be a direct solution to your eye problems. It will help with blood circulation, Vitamine D, mental health, fitness and eye strain.
I had my physical last week, I'm supposed to begin high dose Vitamin D because my levels are very low according to my bloodwork.
It is still summer weather where I live and I cannot tolerate heat. I hate summer and heat. It makes me physically sick.

Self-healing being 24 seconds at base + CoH making it so you can't heal yourself is all nerfs healing needed, no wonder people moved to toolboxes more and just want to gen rush since a medit at base can be useless just by missing one skillcheck or getting interrupted if the killer has hemorrhage. Medkits need to get re-checked, and addons too to make them more interesting to use. Most medkits I see now in my games are with syringes and can't blame them, by default they suck otherwise or are too tedious.
I've seen so much Self-Care that I'm now running it with Botany and We'll Make It. I play the role of a med-kit to both myself and my teammates.
The whole med-kit thing is crazy, the good add-ons are expensive and are so rare you get so few.

For survivor it has to be Calm Spirit. I played against Doctor when I first starting playing two years ago, and immediately added it to my loadout after the match. Avoiding having all that noise pumped into my head is my number one priority. It's terrible with headphones on.
For Killer it's gotta be Nurse's Calling. I don't know why more people don't run this perk, it provides almost universal value throughout the match.
Does Calm Spirit prevent madness?

It’s seems like you do not understand the problem, do I repeat:
it’s not about total hours over a long period of time.
the problem is that you play usually 15 hours per day. That seems like you do not take enough breaks in between matches, and have time for a healthy lifestyle in your everyday-life. Your eyes need time off the screen every day every half an hour. See natural light, look into different distances, and you need to move.
I don't even leave my apartment anymore. I'm on 3 different prescription eye drops and the eye doctor has no clue what's wrong. She never did ask me about my screen time and now I'm almost convinced that's what it is.

I would like to know if any of you survivor players with a P100 choose to play with your favorite or avoid them in fear of being targeted more aggressively in the match.
It saddens me to hear so many players that i know personally that avoid playing their favorite character in hopes that their experience in the game is better. It means the world to me play my p100 david king. But to hear others avoid theirs hurts me.
I unfortunately have to avoid my main. Some killers treat you equal, but a good chunk will just hit you on first hook until you're sacrificed.
Another, worse problem is teammates as of late. They spam unhook you, teabag in front of the hook, and intentionally miss skill checks when repairing with you.
I had a guy do this yesterday to me. Thank you to the Deathslinger who saw it and tunneled him and let me escape.
What's really bad is when the killer slugs you, your teammates just keep healing you and they teabag you in between. It hurts the most when you brought a Bloody Partystreamer for everyone 💔

No one says they are living a healthy lifestyle. Though they usually don’t play 15 hours a day either - hopefully. It’s not about total hours.
I have seen some of them with stand desks as well.
also everyone’s eyes are different, so while they might not be as severely affected as you doesn’t mean you should continue it.
also also, I think console versions do have some pretty bad visuals and having backlight on might still be better for your eyes. I do not know about that. I just know that staring 15 hours a day at the same screen will cause problems with your eyes.
I always try to take like an extended break like for a week, but then there's Double XP or a Bloodrush or an event or a new Tome. I feel like this game is a job. An enjoyable job, but a job nonetheless.

I'm really looking forward to it as for me these events really kind of change the game up and make it a bit more exciting. Cosmetics are usually nice as well. Anyone have any other opinions?
Is this one of those events where the Bloodwebs fill up with more offerings for the event than we can ever use, making them useless after the event? I hate those. If not, then yes I'm excited.

How do Twitch Streamers do this though? Some of them play for a living and surely must have more hours than me. I've heard a few people say they have 10,000 hours in the game.

15 hours is a perfect time actually: there's 1 hour left for food and toilet breaks and the remaining 8 are good for a healthy sleeping schedule :)
I am an insomniac. I have been awake since Monday.

@Mooks said:
You play 15 hours per day usually?
that is definitely not healthy for your eyes/sight. Remember to take breaks and let your eyes see natural light/distance etc.
Yeah, I lost my job in February. I hit 4,000 hours around this time yesterday. Just hit 4,015 now.

I notice blatant hackers usually around 2:00AM to 4:00AM EST. The Survivors can jump up in the trees, teleport while in the dying state to the Boon Totem that let's you recover instantly, use items without depleting them. Wild stuff.
I had a match as killer earlier and the gens popped so fast I couldn't believe it. Nobody brought any toolboxes nor any generator speed perks.
