Dude wesker is obviously not m1 and he obviously has anti loop. Yes he is not as good as nurse and he is a bit janky atm but he is pretty good overall.

Wesker can injure and down/instadown with his power. So he is not a "m1 killer"
Also the example you used is someone who is not using his power effectively
His power can't hurt survivor if not fully infected or have object.

He literally moved away from the pallet in the first clip, he probably would've got a hit if he bodyblocked it properly. That second pallet is pretty easy to mindgame with m1 as well, so there's really no reason to vault it at all.
Wesker's vault has given me some pretty nasty hits, and it especially shines at stronger pallets that take time to loop around. It's far from useless. Let killers have unique things in their kit.

The first one was a clever trick by the survivor, but it could have been prevented if you kept yourself in front of the pallet or simply kept track of where she was more efficiently (to be fair she did a good job of faking going toward the stairs).
The second clip is just the plain wrong way to use his vault.

Pallet vaults are actually pretty good, but they’re more situational than you might think.
You can’t really use it at most loops, but it’s great if you can mindgame with it, which is more niche or it can help you catch up to a survivor after they pre drop a pallet
It useless , when survivor can do like this.
I think destroy pallet like demogorgon is better.
