They aren’t particularly intricate skins though. They’re quite literally a pallette swap of their default outfit.
Besides, there has been an event before where the community goal wasn’t achieved. If I recall correctly, that was the fall masquerade.

It's high level play apparently at least in comp matches.
Just like dropping pallets early and gen rushing.
It's why comp matches take 4 to 5 min.

It was a bit over tuned. A wraith uncloaks and he barely misses a Sprint Burst survivor.

Seriously now, 5% bonus if it is permanent is too good. But I like the idea of making you faster at something but it should be either consistend (1 - 10% , 2 - 20% , etc.) or each individual tier a bit stronger (20% attacks, 15% action, etc )
Rebalance the levels.

Usually he is somewhere around the bottom 4 but since his slow bottles no longer slow because of a bug he is the lowest.

the would count as dead for gameplay purposes (having survivors end leave the match) but would still take up a hook thus adding a token but blocking one of the four hooks

Istadown powers can not be used on healthy survivors or it will negate the chaser emblem because they are counted as one health state being removed instead of two

You can change the files to make the perk look like this and it's not ban able.
I don't know how but there's tutorials on how to.

Like Trappers traps shine or stop Freddy teleports.

I played as a lv 4 wraith vs 2 rank 1s and 2 rank 2 when I was still under 50 hours

My favorite piece of trash is the knee high lawn chair with fully built hotboxes.

Don't loop a cloaked wraith just run in a straight line. The uncloak speed decrease is enough to put you at a distance were the lunge cannot get you.

The second half of his power is built to deny saves with pallets or flashlights so the alternative is to send you to a cage and then you die instantly.

Wraith is required to be touching a survivor before they uncloak to barely get a hit on survivors so catching a survivor in a stationary position is the only way he can get hits. Once a survivor notices wraith it is tremendously difficult to get a hit. That is the reason that most wraiths abandon a chase after one hit. Wraith is a stealth killer that must declare his presence before he can attack. Good in theory but not in practice.

Looking at this as if the blinks are breaking the game in the nurses favor this doesn't solve the problem. Your idea reduces the time between these occurrences but the nurses ability to ignore 5 walls, 2 pallets, and a floor to pull someone of a gen with no indication to survivors. The nurses power conflicts with the games basic map design with no tell to survivors. It would be easier to change the game to suit her then to change her to suit the game.
My changes are that she displays the end blink location like Houdini Splicers.
This change would give warning to survivors before being attacked. The only way we could get nurse to apply to the rules of the game is already used by the blight.

Can we get a addon like
35% dash speed increase
25% turn rate increase
Heat is reset on hit
+7 overheat charges when dashing
If the hillbilly hits it can continue if it misses the chainsaw will go on cooldown

No mither can be identified in game by the survivor being ingered with a plus sign in a red circle for the entire match.
The best way to counter no mither in to have them slugged for as little as possible by hooking them.

Circles on the Right of the screen are basic status effects. Red is bad yellow is good. The mini diamonds at the bottom are perk effects that show up when a outside perk affects you character. The red clockwise spin effect on the perks or the orange ring on the statuses are timers till they end.
In the first picture you are affected by the oblivious status which means you cannot hear the tearer radius and are not counted as inside the tearer radius. This is from the perk deathbound from the exicutioner which activates if you heal outside of its range and will make you scream. Also if you leave the survivor that you healed/healed you you will be obvious for a duration.
In the second picture has you under the affects of kindred in blue and thanatophobia in red. Thanatophobia (from the nurse) slows the progression of most actions (as shown by the red progress bar) for every nonhealthy but also living survivor. Kindred shows the aura of all other survivor to each other and the aura of the killer (when in range) for the entire time the survivor with the perk is hooked.
