what if i don't want to always play spirit? what if i was for FUN to play trapper? or amanda?
leaving them alone each time means i will never catch them
mind game is almost impossible against red ranks, if you are behind a wall it's possible but in the open it's really hard
i do with clown and huntress
3 perks to coutner 1? yea seems fair
take the loop and lose 2 gens, yea no thanks
Trapper and Amanda, with traps and dash respectively, counter looping.
Exhausted has a long cooldown. Don't leave for too long.
You'd be surprised how dumb red rank Survivors are.
I meant pick one or the other.
It may be all you can do.

take the extra loop? you mean like 3+ loops if the map rng is on the survivor side? yea no thanks
Here's your options:
A. Mindgame if you can
B. Play a top tier killer
C. Leave the Survivor alone.
D. Run an Exhaustion add-on.
E. Spirit Fury + Enduring or Bamboozle
F. Just take the loop.
Plenty to pick.

shouldn't work at all
Even if it does, I never have a problem with the perk. Just bait it out, or take the extra loop. It's not that bad. Or play Huntress.
-
Dead hard isn't OP.
It doesn't even work half the time.
-
Spirit is a well balanced killer, however I agree about legion.
-
I can't remember the last I saw of Detective Tapp.
Other than @NMCKE, that is!

If you're on Xbox, Xboxclips.com will show you your clips, so you can simply copy paste.
Otherwise, I'll believe you.

Save The Best For Last.
This perk has come in handy so many time's, not to mention the utter satisfaction of having 8 token's in a chase, and the pure bliss of getting 4 kills with 8 tokens.
It's also highly satisfying having 4+ token's and the survivor on the gate switch thinks they can open it and escape because of the cooldown. (This has happened alot.)
Can't wait to run it with the new Dying light change's and seeing how it turn's out.
I love STBFL. It's part of my standard Spirit build of BBQ, NC, Ruin, and this.

Thrill of the Hunt actually. I don't run any other hex perks, but people assume I do and waste time cleansing. Besides that, peoplr are most likely going to try and break my totem so I always know where one person is.
Thrill plus Haunted on Hag is nasty, watching Survivors waste so much time on your totems, only for
E X P O S E D

Depends on how you look at it.
😏
-
I can't change my name (Xbox live be like), and I'm terrible at saving.
I guess just playing a lot of Survivor to keep my Killer rank down.

Make Iron Will not affected by Stridor.
Remove her collision while phasing.
Change the rarity of prayer beads to ultra rare.
Giving Spirit no collision will hurt bat Spirits and buff good Spirits. Phasing then blocking pallets and such, bodyblocking would be non-existent, etc.
-
That deteriorated into a frenzy so quick.
I'll see myself out, thank you.
-
I don't know when to slug, and I have trouble keeping a snowball unless it's a massive one (like two on hook, one down, one injured.)

I think it would be very strong but easily countered by simply being out of terror radius.
Exhausted isn't strong imo. Balanced still works, Dead Hard never works, and the others I can live without.

Just like decisive being a supposed ‘weak’ perk for Survivor mains?
I think it’s a decent perk idea.
Decisive isn't supposed to be weak, it's very strong. As stated, Exhausted isn't strong at all, just a nuisance.
-
My favorites are the Shop and the Infinite of Misery.
-
Two words:
Sheriff Jake.
-
I disagree with I'm All Ears. It can actually be quite useful at times, especially for Nurse.
-
That would be so weak and so annoying. No.

You are wrong. For example with Billy, the addons that increase slightly the charge speed means it is 12% faster. And moderately is 18%. So Slightly + slightly is almost the same than slightly + moderately. Idk the numbers on considerably though.
I wasn't talking about Billy add-ons, but ok.
-
Exposed.
Obviously.
-
Kind of...?
I know for fog offerings (assume - is less and + is more):
+Slightly and +Slightly = +Moderately
+Slightly and +Moderately = +Considerably
BUT
-Slightly cancels out +Moderately
It's weird, I know.
-
I'm all for passive powers, just not these. Everyone would be Dwight, Feng or Meg.

:)

That's gonna be my new KYF fun build. Plus a Léry's or new map or Game offering.

new things to get implemented?
i'd personally love to see a new killer perk, that injures survivors who go for hook rescues within your TR.
that would allow you to choose who to kill, as both are one hit down, punish those who just run in and farm the hook, as they will also go down immediately AND combined with BT on the survivors side encourage the killer to not tunnel, as now the rescuer is oneshot while the rescued has 2 health states (with DS even a 3rd).
idk if that would be balanced or not, i just came up with the idea, but i kinda like the concept of it ^^
I don't think that perk would discourage tunneling as much as it would encourage slugging.

It's not always about the tactics though.
For example, one (of the multiple) things I dislike about Spirit is the absolute lack of feedback.
What could I have done different? Did she hear me? Did she bump into me? Did she just guess what I was? I dunno. But I'm going on the hook.
If Spirits for example had a trail of ectoplasm appear when, and ONLY when SHE APPEARS, that worked sort of like scratch marks for her, that showed the path she traveled and would linger for a few seconds before fading.
That would be the kind of feedback I believe she's sorely lacking. Does she move a particular way a lot? I'll be able to know. Did she go around? Did she go behind me? Did she cut me off? Did she just bump into me?
Just even that kind of small feedback would make her more enjoyable to face for me. Right now, she can just appear pretty much out of nowhere, slap me in the face, and it's kinda like "Oh. Okay. Maybe it'll work next time?"
This doesn't weaken her power at all directly, but it gives more feedback to the survivor. They can see why they got caught, or why they avoided getting caught more easily.
I'll say again, Spirit being strong isn't why I hate playing against her. Again, I'd rather go up against a Nurse, who's much worse to go up against than Spirit, if all you care about is winning.
In my opinion, the lack of feedback is what makes her fun. When I said a "different skill set", I meant that Survivors need to learn to pick up on what little information they're given. You can hear her footsteps while she's phasing, if that helps you.
-
Demogorgon.
I don't play Survivor enough to want to level up another Survivor.
-
People jus need to accept that different killers need different tactics to escape. She just takes a different skill set to face and to play.
-
Run into a few lagswitchers, but no hackers.

What's new.

I’m playing Roblox rn
*fears in solo slams*
I'm back on DbD.

I wouldn't mind running around in some creepy catacombs. Add some feels back.
-
Playing Destiny right now.
Got nothing better to do.
-
Just yesterday, first match as Spirit, decided to stomp some rank 13s with Prayer Beads. Two bloody party streamers were offered. I yoink Ash off of a gen and then I yoinked David off the hook. Both killed themselves.
I just farmed with the last two.

“DBD is a game based upon movement and when you create a killer that violates basic movement principals, It kind of breaks the game. Imagine if nurse didn't exist and people got the idea to add this killer power to the game today, I have feeling that this killer power wouldn't even pass beta phase.
In any case, Omega blink and more than 2 blinks is has been proven to be stupidly overpowered and even if nurses had no add-on whatsoever, Nurse would still be strongest killer in the entire game just because she can ignore the survivor's defenses completely regarding vaults and pallets. Most of the maps are strategically designed to be massive open field maps with random debris and nurse's blink mechanic excels in those environments.
Nurse only really becomes balanced when the map has enough wall-blockers to create uncertainty on the survivor's position and the only map that provides that type of fairness is lery. They said they're only going to touch her add-on, so her base should remain the same, so if your seasoned nurse, you'll still probably be able to dominate most teams with ease. The only thing i am curious about is if they'll make her easier to play for new players by making Plaid Flannel add-on default in her kit, than nurses will have much better understanding of their blink so even new players can probably pick-up nurse at that point.
I can't wait to see her ultra rare add-on, as it could be very interesting.”

This better @Masantonio?
Thanks. I can comprehend now.

Dead Hard doesn't even work for me half the time.
"Exhausted by the way"
-
No.
The Devs already said that the Hillbilly is their balance target. He's not getting any changes.

Personal experience: Without the community members I met on the game when I started playing in 2016… I wouldn't be here today. These people helped me out and took the time to teach me tricks and tactics, they made my first moments on the game a positive experience, making me come back and making me more resilient to toxicity, because I've seen that people could also be nice and inviting.
I truly think that offering help, tips or a positive end game chat is the best way for a passionate community member to impact the future of this game.
Positivity drives more positivity and invites more members to our community, these new members all bring their brand new views on our favorite game. Maybe they can remind us that we are here because we love this game.
Reinforcing good behaviour is our CM team's goal this year. This community can do such great thing when they come together. Let's not forget that.
Thank you for the inspiring words!

Mhm..as I thought...I'm not denying it's too strong but I'm tired of this new crusade to ruin the nurse by showing four mediocre players get slapped due to bad luck
I stated that I think Nurse basekit is fine, I'm just showing why her add-ons aren't.

Great..were they top of the heap 4 man survivors using powerful items and perks..? Because i sincerely doubt it
I do want to point out that all Survivors involved in that match were mostly red ranks, running mostly optimal perks. Idk about SWF however.

Survivors greater than killers?
No way!

They don't.
Only reworks or buffs.
