I think you may have missed part of the point. I think with Spirit, I have a good chance of getting there (but again this post isn't about me). No way with Clown, and that is sad. The game should be balanced to have diverse killers at all tiers.

Overpowered is subjective. Somebody could say Workshop Grease is overpowered and you couldn't contest because that's their opinion.

Campers are going to camp and tunnelers are going to tunnel no matter the punishments you give.
These are valid strategies no matter how you put it. All you can do is take preventive measures (Like DS and Kindred), and just move from match to match. Just know that you got so far into the killer's head they threw the game to kill you.

Stuff happens. A game isn't going to die because every once in a while the totem placement algorithm effs up and you spawn next to Ruin.

The smart survivors have figured out that snares are countered by immediately dropping pallets. Others try to loop him like everyone else and then complain about "snare spam" in postgame chat.
That's what you do against Clown, and that's why I said that.

Use DS and don't farm your teammates.
If he has snares, treat him like a Clown or run through them.
If he has pallets, get that memory working. And don't take too many risks.

It's quite buggy. I get matches my friends aren't in, I can't see them, and ready up issues.
The list goes on.

I'd drop him in high B tier. He can still be looped around unsafe loops, however he can dominate in long wall safe loops.

If you saw the game a year ago, you'd know how far we've come. The Freddy rework, Spirit and GF and Demogorgon, and more bug fixes than I can count. And yes, I do play a lot.

Some of the requests the community makes here do not fit in the game, are too costly, or are too much work for miniscule changes. I agree they need to open their ears more, but they've done just fine so far.

Her Omegablink add-on combo only adds 7 meters to her blink, for a maximum of 27 on her 1st blink, and ~16 on her chain blinks. It's not a lot, really.

It's not about counterplay or buff. It's about punishing toxic behaviour. Unless your opinion is that an insidious Bubba is healthy gameplay.
However annoying or "cheap" it is, camping is a valid strategy.
