Nurse is already nerfed, and nerfed many times, she's add-ons are pure trash, spirit nerf? She got nerfed too twice, nice joke, people asking for no reason nerfs, crybaby complain about those 3 killers because IS THE ONLY VIABLES killers at hight rank, because the devs don't do nothing about the other to buff or do something to be useful in high ranks
Spirit's nerf didn't even address any of her actual issues outside of old prayer beads. As if the biggest problem with her was that fake window phase which needed charge speed addons and barely any spirit did anyway.
"High rank" is also a meaningless term, even more so now anyway.

How is that an undeserved kill? Kills just dont magically happen
Well answer me this:
1) I have an active RBT on my head
2) I have no interest in looking in boxes
3) Hatch hasn't spawned
How can I possibly survive in this scenario? Where is the counterplay?

Most of the killers are "anti-loop" killers, or have powers that lend themselves to ending loops sooner. Lets visit some you chose not to mention.
Billy, Bubba, and Oni force you to drop the pallet or go down, then they insta-break the pallet.
Pig has her ambush, which stops a loop if she takes the pallet, and it usually end in a hit.
Nurse doesn't care about your loop.
Spirit can phase and move fast enough to hit you on any side of the loop.
Blight can bonk his way around a lot of loops at high speed.
Twins: Victor runs real fast, can jump over pallets and through windows to get a hit.
Only exceptions I can think of are Ghostface, Myers, and Legion. Except Ghostie or Myers might down you before you can get to a loop, since they have stealth potential and an insta-down.
I don't understand this post either, or why nurse of all things isn't in the anti-loop category

How does Pig need a nerf?
Pig is an extremely oppressive killer. She's the only killer who can kill you without being near you, and if I decide to urban evade in the basement instead of searching boxes it's a 100% guaranteed free & undeserved kill.
-
So that's somewhere between 9 to 11 killers that need a full rework? 12 really, I assume you forgot to mention deathslinger.
-
I've had better killers but also much better teammates so I'm winning more overall :)
Tunnelling down, camping down (both still happen ofc) slugging up, which I can live with, meta perks less, I still see lots but have seen a lot more meme builds too.

Νο fun allowed. Plus killers crying about it.
I've seen killers crying about many things but not that. Also player complaints clearly have the lowest influence on balance decisions after statistics and whatever happened in Almo's last match

I had the for the people/soul guard squad earlier today. First time encountering this kind of team and end game did not go well, as soon as I downed someone they were picked straight back up when I was in the cooldown of my attack.
It was awful.
Was one of them a legacy nea or claudette + on EU servers? Bc I got my first squad with that combo yesterday
(I killed them and they took to my steam profile to express their grievances)
-
Because seeing it would enable the derankers and smurfs to test it thoroughly, seeing exactly what actions tank your MMR the most, and then share their findings.
-
It won't be for casuals at all, it'll be where players who want to bully the other side will end up going (because it's a lot harder to do when you're equally matched).
-
Iri survivors loop the killer like this
but silver grade survivors, see, they loop the killer like this:
-
Probably not. If boon totems irritate me enough I'm going full hex build, haunted grounds, thrill, undying, retribution. It will be meta as #########
There might end up being a way where the survivor "converts" a hex totem instead of breaking it, who knows.
-
While actually solving it (not just picking it up) then when he's hooking someone else if you don't want to be interrupted, in a safe zone if you do. That's my early impression anyway.
-
I would like it if more people played both sides regularly but some just don't enjoy one side.

@GoodBoyKaru With no warning, he got permabanned? Or did he receive multiple warnings first?
Nope, it didn't take them long to finnish him off

Laughs in Deathslinger, Nurse, Hell even Clown.
I think DH is usually the more annoying perk than SB on a single survivor but I'd prefer going against 4 DH than 4 SB if that makes sense
-
Less dead hard means more sprint burst. Lesser of two evils.

Your forum username is what I feel everytime I read an "MMR Sucks" post in this forum.
Ahaha the last time someone said my username felt appropriate was when it was also my steam name and I was playing doc
-
Spicy camera positioning
I'm especially intrigued by the game where you brought 2 perks and got 29k. I don't think I've ever got that many points from being stomped before 🤔
-
I've said before they should reverse how regular and overcharge skill checks work. In that way overcharge also becomes an anti-gentapping perk (not just an anti-noob perk) and I don't tell the killer where I am immediately when checking for ruin
edit: @Almo whatdya think
-
What's a rank
-
They'd have to find each other first
-
He's not really playable, killer crashes a lot when the box gets picked up. I got him since want the perks and I'll play him when fixed

So you could get "seeker of pleasure" score event!
"seeker of pleasure" is a score event that reward you with a 2500 BP for escaping a trial with a Lament configuration
what category?
-
Meat plant is back, so you can stick on an offering and add another 7 god pallets
-
I just went against him and he got force DCed when I picked up the box. Now that's the rich counterplay I crave.
-
@Pulsar was having a similar issue on xbox with account sharing
-
Still want the perks

ya know, on reddit, I mentioned that some cocky survivor that would complain when told the same about noed would make that exact comment. LMFAO. this game is so dead once Evil dead is out, after this horrible past year, especially throughout this year, sweat mmr, constant clear and obvious survivor bias, man this game is so dead next year LUL. ROFLMFAO
My dad's the CEO of the evil dead game and I'm going to make him put boon totems in there too

"Just have no perks most of the game that is an acceptable response" LUL survs especially swf with a dedicated bones build in the group (which WILL surface in response) will definitely make you regret not simply quitting if that's the meager way you guys respond to this nonsense
just do bones
-
Just play full hex build including HG, they won't have anywhere to put them
-
First cenobite OP post? Surprised it took so long honestly
-
Just don't let them escape 4head

Maybe the licence holders didn't appreciate the community's sense of humour

Does Hysteria activate when a survivor gets injured out of nowhere while infected? If so, then that's pretty dope. And it as heck sounds like fun!
It does yeah

When i came here? To try to have fun with PP Head.
Now?
Now I merely make others' lives as miserable as possible to spite the "holier than thou" people that have told me that it's not fun to tunnel somebody when I clearly should because it's an unsafe unhook and thus I must capitalize on it.
Also because I'm getting to rank 1 and will stop playing after that.
If you want to get to rank 1 you'd better hurry up

I prefer DH. It lets me memorise totems from the final gen and then check them
I'm not sure I have the mental capacity to remember more than one totem location.
@CornHub said:
Imo the biggest con to counterforce is someone cleansing the dull totem it showed you. I had to take it off because it was happening way too often.
I might not need any totem perks if my teammates did more of that :p

It might've but I don't really rely on it to avoid being tunneled just rely on looping as effectively as I can. Though she didn't try tunneling until gates were ready to be opened and I was on first hook I think. Might've been second but either way love to see it
Endgame camping and tunnelling doesn't really matter, if a killer has a bad game they'll probably try and drag one kill out of it. It's more interesting than them going off to stand in a corner tbh

Interesting build. I've always wanted to try out Hysteria on Legion and Plague, but haven't gotten those perks on them yet. It sounds fun though.
I've tried it on plague, it is fun :)
-
This is the last night you can make that snappy comeback, I hope it was fulfilling
-
I think you should've started with the 3rd point, which is the strongest one. I'll try to come back to this to argue tomorrow but I realised I don't have time to rn to type out anything substantial. If I'm not I hope the new system treats you better than you expect

Well at least try some matches with him on the new system before deciding it's a lost cause...

I don't see anyone post about this. Imagine if nurse had an addon like alchemist's ring. There would be complete outrage.
I'd make alchemist's ring affect token recharge rate or something. Have it start off slower than usual and then each sucessful rush hit increases it up to a high max speed kind of like autodidact
-
Oh also they aren't allowed to nerf them until I unlock pwyf on blight and play a few rounds with both speed addons and that (doubt I'll be able to hit anything tbh)
-
@Katie_met said:
Would rather see alchemist's ring changed instead of blighted crow
This.
I don't really feel strongly about blighted crow as long as they keep one speed addon and the other one is changed to something still good or at least interesting
-
his should be nerfed and pig's buffed
-
I just want it to be less of a solo stomper (yeah it also stomps full swfs on comms but they have the tools to coordinate breaking totems/keeping track of broken totems/someone bringing a perk for that purpose) they could've added the option for a totem counter on the HUD but decided to tie it to a perk instead, as that's the BHVR way.
I don't run noed but let's be honest. I like benefitting from its existence anyway, much in the same way as DS. I want it to stay mostly the same in terms of mechanics. I'd just make it so breaking two or more totems makes you immune to its effects. In that case solos who do their share don't get punished for their teammates' apathy. Only two survivors would be immune, max, you'd still have two exposed survivors, the speed boost, and the lack of warning that most exposed perks don't have.
Have you ever played solo, broken four totems and died to noed? It's not a great feeling to put it mildly. Bonus points if you're the only one sacrificed.
So either that change or the option of a non-perk totem counter and I'd be happy with it.

That would be trickster. I played him mostly when he came out before any buffs, and lost, a lot, including to pretty bad survivors
(if you think survivors trying to blind you at the exit gates is tragic, imagine when they can't even aim at your face and blind your ankle instead. The pain)
post buffs, last test I played him a couple of games against deeply terrible survivors and won quickly which should've kicked it up a bit but it's probably still pretty low.
Nurse is probably second place but i've improved as her so my nurse survivors are noticeably better than my trickster ones.
