How did you get that already? Did you pay to tier up?
I've already got it as well. But I work from home, so it's easy for me to get more gaming time in then most I guess.
-
Jake, just because he looked kinda like me in some cosmetics.
-
I got it with an overly altruistic team and a trapper.

You don't understand what I'm trying to say, what other Killer has that kind of skillset?
I don't think It's important but I'm rank 8 and I'm been playing for a week.
I'm curious as to what you're idea for a re-rework would be.

im saying the combination of the killer being invisible without a heartbeat is excessive. I think Spine chill needs to provide an aura then not just highlight the perk when he looks in your direction so that way it can tell us where he’s coming from.
You want a perk that notifies you of the killers exact location every time they get near?
I play survivor mostly and this is just a broken idea. Even OoO requires you to be looking at each other I'm pretty sure.

If someone getting the hatch annoys you this much just slug the last 2

...this thread is losing any credibility by the people turning it into a "Wraith is OP" discussion.
Maybe I'm wrong, but that's how its reading

You mean in dbd as a whole? I would have to respectfully disagree.
I understand you disagree. So I'm asking what some of the game theory is.

Well I haven't mastered it myself, if you watch Ohtofu's podcast you might get a general understanding. Ussylis mentions it in some of his videos too if I'm not mistaken. You already heard about Otz.
What I mean is, the game seems fairly simple.
Yes some people are better at looping and mind games then others.
But I hardly think the plays people make in this game can be called complex theory.
-
"Complex Dbd gameplay theory" .... really?
Please enlighten me

All the anti FNaF talk, now I want to see a creepy ChuckECheese map

Killer: Insidious (promotes toxic behavior, see what I did there?)
Survivor: No Mither (I hate when three of my teammates bring that garbage perk and I lose the game because of them)
Wait until it shows up as one of the challenges in the current tome
-
Tip learned the hard way and still learning: theres probably a reason the killer is basically letting all the gens on one side go without much of a fight.
-
Will be interesting when we get to the "Survive 1 trial using No Mither" level of the tome.

Basically I think this is how the math works
4% wich means a 96% it fails on the first attempt
4% of 96 is 3.84% so added together there is 7.84% chance for one of the first 2 attempts to succeed and a 92.16% chance it fails
4% of 92.16% is ~3.69%
So all together you have a ~11.53% to Kobe with 3 attempts and base luck
Math never was my best subject so I could very well be wrong though : P
No worries lol. Its 4% of 96% each try though.
So even if you fail the first attempt, it's still 4% of 96% the second attempt.
Basically, think of it like buying a lottery ticket and you didnt win. You buy one for the next lottery, but your odds are the same they dont increase because you oost the first time.

11.5% out of 300% tho ( i guess?)
The percentage doesnt increase. The second kobe attempt isnt affected by the first one.
If that makes sense.

Nurse, probably because I rarely see her.

Indeed, which wasn't my point.
If you're saying something, backing it up with proof makes it a lot more believable.
I've provided you with a way to confirm what the OP had stated which you thought was untrustworthy. No screenshots needed, you can see it in your own game with your own eyes.
Or dont believe it, enjoy your tin foil hat.

There can't be trust issues to begin with if there weren't any interactions beforehand to build up said trust.
Really though, if you complete the first level you can see for yourself

I know the bug.
What i'm questioning is these Challenges, i'd prefer to see screenshots of those descriptions.
They are accurate for now. I can confirm because I've completed the first level.
-
@Boss said:
The lack of a screenshot or photo makes me question this.
It's the same thing that happened last tome. Once you complete the first level it shows you the 4th.
-
Biggest thing I had to learn was the timing of things.
Like you dont have to rush the hook, you've got plenty of time and whether you unhook them right when they are hooked or just before the 2nd phase will not change the fact that they will still be on 2nd hook if they go down again.
Sometimes it makes more sense to stay on the gen
-
Running away from the gen I spawn at and right into Billy's arms

Someone ignored the dbd news.
Me.

Obviously Moo Moo is the next killer
-
I'm on ps4 and was able to claim it without an issue.
-
This is basically what all the challenges in the tome do. They are just dailies with rift shards
-
As a baby killer myself, I still find it fun. Sometimes I get them sometimes they get away.
I have a new hatred for claudette though.
-
As a follow up. I got all three tiers of Kindred in the next three bloodwebs lol.
Now to save up to level up Spirit for any upcoming tome challenges.
-
@Peanits said:
Of course! We slipped a hidden change into the last patch that made it so you, specifically, won't get Kindred until the very end. Looks like it's working!
But for real, though, that is unfortunate. Sometimes the bloodweb is generous, sometimes you get unlucky.
It just showed up in my web. HOW CONVENIENT.
Complains when it isnt there, complains when it is. Does this mean I'm part of the community now?
-
Dude, it's a joke. I'm assuming yours is as well, as the correlation ain't really there
-
Rank 9 should be at least 10 or 11 before the day is over
-
Not necessarily toxic. I honestly never really sabod a hook before and was suprised at how fast it could be done with the right toolbox
-
@John_Doe said:
Did you max out the first rift without buying tiers? Are you going to buy the new one that they didn't reduce the grind?
Yes and...maybe? I only purchased the last one as I was between level 60 and 70 and knew I had time to complete it
-
I thought you were going to say spelling errors
-
The only way to fix waiting times is to increase the amount of available killers.
There needs to be something done for the killers to be honest. We have enough survivors, we need to recruit more killers.
-
Why would you search the box without a trap on?
I understand the concept I think, but why would you spend time looking for the key to the hat when you could be doing gens?
-
I'd actually prefer it if we saw nothing as a survivor. There is definately waaaaay too much info provided to survivors and basically none to killers
-
Nothing official yet from what I've seen. But in lazy so dont take my word for it
-
@Jigsaw_pprentice1993 said:
Cuz people are silly and like oh mori i dip out instead of finishing a match
Plus they dont even know for sure it's a mori. Chances are it is, but who cares, you waited 10 minutes to get a match as survivor just play.
-
While I agree that the offerings dont really matter. It's either got to be no offerings shown, or stays as is.
Having a notification that a mori is being played wouldn't be too fair if every other offering isnt shown.
I'd also like the hex notifications be gone too. At least give a little mystery back to the killer as to what they are using.
This coming from a survivor

New Tomes and Rifts come at the same time, yes.
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/1014271#Comment_1014271
We have not given any dates for it just yet.
I'm just going through rift/tome withdrawal. I need my fix
-
Tomorrow? Or no official date yet?
-
NOED is not that fun....but I can see why killers use it.
It's really only not fun when you are the one downed by it. It triggers that "of course" feeling.
But it is a totem, if they are cleansed before it triggers it's a wasted perk slot, and let's not pretend the lit totems are exactly hard to see. I just finished a map where the totem was right in front of the exit gate.
And if I'm in the exit gate waiting for other teammates, I just nope out of there in fear that it MIGHT be active if the killers coming at me.
Actually the more I think about it the more I've just ran into the fog because I'm worried it might be active but dont know for sure.
-
Dont give up on nurse, also don't give up on English class.

@Judgement said:
Indeed it is because of telling other survivors. In the past, SWF groups or just all-out salty and spiteful losers would dob and tell who’s left about the Killer’s loadout so they can completely circumvent and avoid some perks. Blood Warden was one of the worst offenders because they’d just disconnect when they get caught after the gates were open.
Ya as I was writing it I clued myself in. I just run solo so the thought never even occurred to me until I asked myself what harm it could do.
-
Bringing Kindred, looping the killer for a tiny bit, getting hooked, and watching my teammates do nothing when they know the killer isnt near me.
Proceed to die on first hook. 0 gens done, people hiding in lockers.
-
I actually prefer the dream pallets to the pools of blood. Pallets are much more managable
-
We all get unhooked right in front of the killer, just run away, hope they have borrowed time, and remember it if you get hooked again.
Or on to the next match
-
Especially if its endgame and I got downed by NOED. Just leave
