An argument I see often regarding the Phase 2 changes, one that even Mandy has put forward, is that killer MMR will slowly "balance out" as killers essentially lose their way into their "proper" MMR brackets. Can someone tell me why Kaneki still has 0 cd on basic attacks after using power to vault. We have killer with better mobility than Wesker and being able to use power to vault or catch up and still instantly hit. Makes no sense.
