The stream isnt late, this is most likely part of the reveal. But honestly, it isnt it, at some point, you have seen enough of that stupid cabin.
I really hope to be proven wrong, but as of the moment I'm writing this comment, this is the worst reveal in the history of DBD.
20+ minutes of a random shack is just trifling, especially considering how late the stream is compared to their normal ones.

I was watching the youtube stream and saw someone walking in the background from left to right. Stopped and stared at the camera from afar and then ran to the left off screen

I'm firmly in the Jason camp now. They started the stream 13 hours before their usual time, and giving us 13 hints (one an hour). I was keeping an open mind but there's way too many 13s. They'll start a proper stream at the usual 11am Canadian time after he's been revealed.

Its a good thing i went to sleep. It started 4 am for me so wasnt worth it. I was really hoping for Pennywise but this is looking more like slendie or Jason…or who knows maybe its none of those and its an original killer.

Yeah… while I can appreciate slow suspenseful reveals like this, I wish I'd have known nothing of import would be shown even 4+ hours into the stream when we were told "It's best seen live", it's now nearing 8am and I have to sleep or my whole day will be ruined.
I hope the 00:00 in the title refers to Military Pacific Time and we'll see something big happen in 80 minutes.
Really should have communicated this would be a slow burn mystery, but hopefully we get something engaging to get hype rolling.
