Not to mention with this new progression system to advance the rift. No progress through just playing is flat out BAD
I haven't looked in detail, but the Singularity skin and Fox banner are great, imo.

Singularity looks barely different from his default model. Its not that bad just lame i guess
Other than the Dredge and Singularity skin I agree, these skins just aint it.
Eh, they are definitely going for a certain theme with it. Those who like it will like it.
I'm just glad with a free Jake skin and that's about it.
Blame the people constantly asking for ugly 'unique' skins.
Orela's release cosmetics are good though, which is a nice change of pace.
Easily the worst Rift they've ever done, and the first one in years I'm not going to bother trying to complete.
It looks like each of the outfits were made by different people who interpreted the theme completely differently. I don't understand what they were going for here at all. The outfits are far too busy. Clashing colours, clashing patterns, strange cuts, eccentric hair styles, all topped with flowers? I'm lost here.
I'm wondering if the challenges get progressively worse/impossible as they unlock, which will further incentivize purchases.
I don't know what the later ones look like, so if anyone has that info, I'd be much obliged!
I am the odd one out. LOL. I really love the skin's hahaha. I was so excited for these. :D
I guess I'm the odd one out here. This is a top two rift for me along with the Lara Croft rift but I guess the nature theme isn't for everyone.
SIngularity skin is barely different from default model and Dredge looks like….mess…seriously if i describe what he looks like, mess of something is best description
They just look gross, really doesn't do the whole nature theme justice imo.
I feel like this Rift is a big improvement from last one. I'm glad Haddie is getting something nice. And now 3 additional colors in the Deep Rift.
listen man, this patch overall aint that great. Im graspin at straws here and TV Larry got a chuckle outta me.
Dredge is always a mess and I love that little guy for that ❤️
Yeah, from 100 to 0 really fast… I think this will be Rift I am not going to buy in like a year or so.
I love the theme and the content; it's all beautiful. I wish we had a spring flowery event with flower overlays on the maps, etc.
Definitely the worst Rift. The theme itself I don't like, but it could have been good or at least better than this. Everyone's dressed in pretty colorful flowers! How cute! Too bad this is a horror game, though it seems like a lot of people at BHVR have forgotten that.
The only good skins are the Singularity and maybe Dredge. Everything else is bad, tacky, ugly, and I would never want it in a game like this. The least ugly ones are the recolors of other skins, and that tells something.
The only thing this is going to be good for is the Iri Shards.
Why does every cosmetic have to feel like a costume out of a theatre play nowadays?
The plant world can actually be pretty brutal. Take pitcher plants for example. They lure insects with sweet juices when the insects go inside the leaves close and the hairs point down making it near impossible for the insect to escape. The insect is then slowly dissolved alive by liquids inside the plant.
I think it's fair to say the execution could have been better but the nature/plant theme absolutely has horror potential.
I understand your point, I said as much in my post that I understand that the plant theme could be better than this, because there is potential for horror within a plant theme. But what we got is gowns and flowers, and I don't want to wear a scrap of it. I feel no desire to buy this Rift Pass whatsoever.
I've always been frustrated that my mains Adam and Jeff have never gotten Tomes, but now I'm not sure I want them to, if this is the quality of Rifts we're getting.
I love how we have a botanical rift and the resident botanist didn't get anything special. Talk about a missed opportunity.
I thought maybe it was gonna be like a Midsommar's kind of horror vibe. Like cults, flower crowns, white gowns, dancing around with flags kind of thing? But they do seem less cult-ish and more just… cutesy springtime. I do like the little detail of the flower petals falling off the crown when they move, but it does feel less "fear" and more "frolic."
I like the dredge skin, other than that it's nothing worth talking about, except the singularity skin in that I'm increadible disappointed... it looked so good and funny as picture and then they made this out of it.

I'm not into super specific theme skins that you can't match with anything else, but I know some people like those, so it's nice that they get something. I'm happy to see the Jake community skin, but I was also hoping to see more of the community skins this time.

Aesthetically speaking, I really like the new rift skins. But then I'm a big fan of plants so that probably sways my opinion a little.
That said, I wouldn't use any of the Survivor ones. Flashy, attention grabbing skins that the Killer can see a mile away don't complement my play style (unfortunately, that makes quite a lot of skins pretty unappealing to me).
The rift cosmetics I don't really like… Agree.
But the upcoming collections looks pretty dope. Guardians and shadows and Chrysalis collections looks really promising, can't wait to see them in game.

I don’t think I have ever complained about the rift rewards, but I feel that almost everything in the new rift is disappointing. The designs look awful. I know that sounds harsh, especially considering that a lot of hard work probably went into creating these skins, but I am just being brutally honest. I hope the next set of rewards will be better. I will be skipping this one.
The singularity skin is basically a guaranteed seizure generator.
I really thought that the deep rift recolors having now multiple different variations is really good, too bad it was wasted on cosmetics with an honestly terrible theme and visual appearance. Like imagine if the had implemented this in last rift, you can have a 4 man of Janes, all with different colored ribbons on their torso
I only think that Adam's skin is not so great, but the rest is really cute. I guess they went with the 4 seasons.
Flowerface Nurse is okay, probably the best cosmetic of the theme, too bad I don't play Nurse. Dredge is okay. Everything else I could leave, especially the survivor skins.

Getting your soloQ team wrecked in 5 minutes by a sentient bouquet is pretty funny, agreed.
I understand that tastes are different, but I like the new skins. The recolors are pretty bad, but that's to be expected. The community skins are also nice. Not my favorites but still good.
For the new ones, dredge and nurse look amazing and the orela skin is, at least in my opinion, the best one she currently has available. Adam, feng and haddie also look decent. I like the flower/nature theme a lot more than the weird leather theme from the last tome.
I personally like this Rift but your comment got me thinking it would have been cool if they used different flowers in the different iterations, instead of just changing colours
I like the Singularity one but just for using the body combined with other skins, I don't like the Monitor head and the weapon is mid. The body however is cool, specially for the light sphere embedded in the belly.
I'm underwhelmed by this patch too and it doesn't take much to get me sold. Some good stuff that makes me play the game more and I'm down.
The new quest system and the rarity changes seem so unnecessary to me. It doesn't help that everything is so time limited now. I really enjoyed grinding the rift at my own pacing. That doesn't seem to be the case anymore and I'm do NOT support it at all.
What I personally don't like is the amount of reskins in the rift. Deep rift was something unique but now there are 3 tier in deep rift on top of it? What's next? DeepER rift tier 1-10?

Indeed. 3 recolors. 4 versions of the same skin.
Im not against more content. Its whatever. I just find it less interesting than before. Deep rift seemed to be something special. Now it feels like it lost that aspect.
