Still no shards. @MandyTalk Maybe if you announced on twitter asking those who haven't received the shards to share their steam id's, gamer tags and etc to be proper compensated

Sadly Mandy doesn't run the Twitter account, I think that's a combined effort from Peanits, not_Queen, and DeathByGiggles

We are not collecting the IDs anymore, those were needed at the beginning of the issue to collect information, the team is still working on giving the shards to everyone who still hasn't received them.
The process is still ongoing as of now, they are going out in waves
That sounds good and I look forward to everyone getting the reward at the end. One more quick thing. I had replied to you in a PM. Would you be so kind and take another quick look in there? That would be really nice. After that the pm conversation can be closed
thought id report back and say i finally got the shards! it’s been a fun ride fellas, thank you for the 22 pages of complaints ive read for a few weeks. now i must leave this thread and wish you all good luck o7
Welp, yesterday (the day after my last comment), I got an email saying they'd been delivered to me. Took another day for them to show, but I've got them. There's hope, guys; just hang in there (hopefully it won't take another three weeks to get to everyone, but we'll have to see).
what's the best way to contact them? its been a month i think since they started handing them out and i still havent seen anything or sent any email to support.

I don't know how to submit my ID, can you tell me how?
Go to the support page and submit a ticket, they will request your cloud ID, then they messaged me saying that they needed my ID so i gave it again, one day after my shards were in
Coming here to say that I've also got my shards. Seems like submitting a ticket is the way to go for anyone still missing them. You can preemptively send in your Cloud Id to avoid the turnaround time for the second message.

took my chance in submitting a ticket earlier this day, included my cloud ID and got my shards very quick, thanks to everyone involved
Even when I submit my cloud ID I still haven't got the bubba iridescent shards...
Support are not sending out the shards themselves. There's still work being done on sending the shards to everyone who has received them, which is why we have not advised users to send Support tickets.

Have y'all still not gotten your Shards?
That's definitely a yikes moment.

No I haven't
In the time it's taken to get these shards I've collected ~11k of them.
I'm sympathetic to the people dealing with the fallout but there's not really a good way to defend this.
It's just a yikers moment.
I wasn't defending it I'm complaining to high hell and back at how long it's taken????
Shards aren't easy to grind and in the time waiting to get these shards I've managed to get 11k of them this is not me defending this at all????
Oh, I wasn't talking about you.
I've definitely seen you letting them have it.
I was just saying in general, there's not really a way to defend it.
Still nothing here; I wonder if the changing of my Steam ID and merging with my Epic account (which had no bubbz action on it) has affected things?
I made the 6k shards, spent 4k for BtL & Hoarder and made another 6k shards.
By the time i'll get the 6k bubba bux i'll already have bought God of Desire.
Still nothing on my account unfortunately
Same
got another email saying that the shards should be there and if not to send cloud id back.
so i guess if you also haven’t received them, email your cloud id.
yes i sent yesterday
The process is still ongoing as of now, they are going out in waves
After a long wait. I just hope to get 6000 shards before RINGU goes online😋
Where have I heard this...oh yes, for the last couple weeks.
Its getting ridiculous
...sigh

are we entitled to charge default interest? Kappa
Who would´ve thought that even something like giving 6000 shards can be difficult

I've received them only once, can i get them twice too?
lol, if you got them once from support and they do their magic and send out shards to ppl, maybe you get them a second time
Even when I submit my cloud ID I still haven't got the bubba iridescent shards...
