The grind. Imagine buying a new character in... I don't know....rainbow 6 siege and the devs saying "yeah you can have the hand gun but too get the full loadout you need to farm for hours upon hours"

I know your whole persona on this forum is nostalgia for what the game used to be, but are new graphics really the worst thing about dbd in your mind?

I agree you all of you, really i want to like this game but there are too many bugs and only a few amount of players plays correctly or try to.. The survs-killer vs the other survs its the most frustrating and delusional thing i ever experience in a game coz theres not a chance and if you leave you got punish.
It is not a "persona", my friend. Those are my true, honest opinions. You can ask anyone who has talked to me outside of the Forums, if you wish to.
As for your question...Yes.
I am aware that DBD has countless other issues that need to be addressed, but the Realm Beyond hurts me more than any other.
MMR
Im new, but i supose the new MMR system made the things too much difficult, and them the toxic spread like fire...
The ability of survivors to 'fake out' hook rescues. You're locked into nearly every other animation in the game, but for some reason, that one lets healthy survivors just keep dribbling their friends, abusing the hit-stun and rewarding them for dive-bombing hooks instead of needing to be stealthy.
The entitled player base and the unwillingness of Behaviour to rewrite the games code.

Out of curiosity, is there anything from the Realm Beyond that you like, or do you dislike every change it brought with it?
I mean the new graphics look better than the older ones but the old lighting and old fog is what makes me like the older maps. Honestly putting the old lighting and fog on the new maps would be really cool. As for survivor and killer model updates they should work on them a little more expect for Laurie, Doctor, and Trapper as they look way better.

I believe you, and you’re entitled to that of course. It just seems strangely superficial to me. The game is and has always been so much more than graphics.

Aond honestly, "dislike" is too weak of a word for that feeling.
Well, if you somehow prefer the new and disgusting graphics, more power to you.
At the very least, you don't have a bad time like I do.
The grind, perk tiers
They are just frustrated. Faced 2 clicky clicky players. They spammed the entire game that flashlight. It wasn't even annoying anymore. I saw how much frustrated they were. They couldn't make it more obviously than that.
Survivor challenges in the tome. They take forever.
It is just that...it hurts, my friend, it really hurts.
It doesn't help that my favorite map was the first to get changed too...
From MMR to the new Boon perks...DBD has many issues that affect every single player.
But the reworked maps...that I cannot tolerate.
The Bloodpoint Cap. Pointless and it punishes people for no good reason.
Twins somehow not getting the QoL they desperately need to stay flexible in playstyles.
So many changes meant to balance other killers ended up being debilitating nerfs for them.
sigh.
and they're still so much fun regardless.
Everything after 1.9.2, but I'm just a degenerate 😂.
Swf's.
As much as you may enjoy playing with your friends it makes the game horrible to balance, certain perks are god tier when used in a swf. But in solo they are average.
Swf's in casual mode or limit to duos.
Yea basically 70% of the dbd community are vile people. Of course I'm not talking about the good part like the artists who make fan art, some of the players, and some of the streamers.
I can understand it, some people just don't like the change and to each there own. I guess I'm ok with them because I started playing In August so so some of the maps were already reworked.
Selfish campers and tunnelers
A lot of things that people complain about like the realm beyond, the new survivor movements, and mmr don't really effect me.
Trickster
"Skill" Based Match Making. It's lazy, simplicistic and just changed the quality of the matches for the worse.

The balance (swf fiesta paradise), discutibile mmr and bad manners.
Community
You guys hate everything LOL.
SWF, MMR, DH validation, the grind. In that order.
Trickster
Survivor teams. Swf players. They are bullies, toxic, and rage at you when you outsmart them bc they feel entitled to win bc of how strong the survivors are.
I really hate swf groups.
Default killer FOV is the absolute joke for me, still cant believe that game in 2021 dont have FOV slider
Harsh disconnection penalties.
