So I picked the game up and started back playing again. I went ahead and bought Nemesis & Sadako for the perks. I don't have eruption yet, but have COB. I'm playing Doctor on Garden of Joy x3 straight, Haddonfield, then Knight map x5 STRAIGHT, RPD, ARTIST MAP and then quit. I'm running Bamboozle, Overcharge, COB, & Pain Resonance! I "told" people that Sadako was bs and she was top tier but no one listened and i got heavily critisized for having her at top 8 at A+ on my tier list. This was 4 months ago! I've played with the idea of killers becoming survivor in different universes through different choices (most notably with Joey and Rin but also Philip and Susie) but putting the question the other way which survivor do you think under different circumstances would become a killer? Ok, is it just me or is the map, ‘garden of joy’ HEAVILY based of the house in the film, ‘Texas Chainsaw Massacre’. Everything from the broken windows, the swing outside the house and even the whole layout of the home is nearly exactly like the home that leatherface and the sawyer family lived in during the film ‘Texas Chainsaw Massacre’. Hey all, I'm now working on a challenge in tome three called Savagery. I have to hit survivors successfully 15 times with a hatchet. Honestly, I'm not very good at Huntress. I have downloaded a crosshair app to help make aiming her hatchets a little easier. What are the best perks, add-ons, maps and strategies for completing this challenge? I just noticed both of those stories don't have clips at the end to unlock. Has the art department decided to stop doing clips for every story or can we expect to see those clips released at a later date? Just found that odd as all the previous tombs up until this point have had a clip to unlock. I took a break from videogames as I was recovering from a car accident, today I logged into DBD and got 2000 Shards so thank you BHVR. I got a brand new 4K TV but DBD looks so blurry in it, also the skill checks go way faster now or maybe it's just me, I somehow keeps missing even if I actually clicked on the skill check bar... You wait it out, you fake it 'til you make it, you do anything to activate their Dead Hard but at no avail except the moment you strike, they got a little script to automate it for them. Throughout the match, you seem to notice the current pattern that is being shown by the Dead Hard user. It becomes transparent and you know, at that moment, that survivor is using a Dead Hard cheat. I think even old Ruin Undying was nowhere near as bad. Every past OP perk I can think of on either side had some form of counterplay. Original Ruin needed you to hit all skill checks. Old Ruin could be cleansed. Eruption has no counterplay whatsoever. It triples as a slowdown, regression, and info perk. It's a stronger slowdown perk than dedicated slowdown perks. Since the big update I see a lot of different survivor builds from hyper focus based ones to fun head on or object builds. Sometimes the meta shows up on one or two players in my games but I see a lot of diversity for the most part. Killer wise though all.I. Have.gone.against.is.eruption + call of brine. yeah, what a wesker you are by stacking cob+eruption+overcharge like literally every killer in every single solo queue game and then just slugging my 2 solo queue team mates and nodding at them until they die. Amazing gameplay, show case of true skill. What's your opinion on bleeding survivors to death without hooking at all? On EU servers there are some killers deliberately do this for 'fun'. Yesterday I played against a nurse and at the end there were only me and a Mikaela left in game. The nurse downed Mikaela, slugged them while chased and downed me, which was understandable. For us survivors it means the pallets don't drop, deadhard will not activate, skill checks timing is all over the place, and we run to a window, pallet, etc it takes one to two seconds to get a prompt to interact with the object. Anyone else share this sentiment? I'm curious what the community thinks. What would provide more benefit to Solo Queue? Survivor Activity Icons or Survivor Aura-Only Basekit Kindred? I feel that a form of Basekit Kindred (Survivor Aura-Only) would be more beneficial because the members of your Solo Queue team would instantly know which member of the team is closest to the hook and which member is going for a rescue. The two Claudettes. Their names are very similar to bot names, just without the _ before the number. I couldn't view their profile, but if they were in anonymous mode they wouldn't have the number after their name, right? They also played very bot like. For me at least there's some Killers that I actually loathe. I feel a lot of their mechanics are 'meh' and in the past I used to sweat really hard to 'show them' but even trying my best against them isn't fun. Spite can only carry you so far, and at a certain point I just get filled with apathy. It's not that I throw necessarily, but I just don't really put a lot of spirit into it. This is more of a story than anything. I hope you read it and think about it when u play DBD again. Today I had a pretty stressful game. I was playing Executioner with very light slowdown on Lery's. This is, in my opinion, his worst map. It's awkward to move around with many tight corners, limited visibility with unconventional loops. Bot killers to custom games and skill levels also I like the bots in custom mode it allows you to practice your overall skill as killer so that way you can at least try the new killer and so on but I do hope they at least add a bot killer so you can also practice against certain killers.
