Not every game is going to be good. Right now, most of them are going to be pretty bad for solo q survivors. I'm aware that a lot of killers are still camping and tunneling, but there is something you cannot control unfortunately.
I advise you to not use DS anymore though, it is completely useless.
I agree, I never used ds before but wanted to see how bad it is now. Every game is an absolute joke as a solo. I'm trying killer and if that sucks, then the game is gone

It's funny how some of you claim to want better solo q, yet here I am, someone who mains solo q asking you people to stop ruining it even more and you refuse.
So I did what you said and 1 gen got done. Not for me, the game is destroyed for average level survivors or lower, on solo queue. Running sb and ds but still tunneled off hook. Update did nothing to resolved this problem.
MMR is still broken, teamed up with weak survivors and getting killers that are clearly a lot better. I've started playing killer and you can tell how bad it is because I'm queuing 10 mins for a game as killer, no-one wants to play survivor.

100% agree, this update is focused at players who are really really good and usually play SWF. I'm a solo player, and although I have plenty of hours I still consider myself an average player I haven't gotten close to an escape. Mainly due to weak teammates but that what the solo que experience is. As a survivor, you depend on your teammates and that's what it comes down to. If they want to nerf SWF's, which they should, then they just need a separate gaming cat for SWF's and killers can choose to play them. I have probably 10hrs of playing killer and with the update I have played 10 games to far. All were 3K's and that's because I let the 4th go. Some of the players I was against were good, really good, but all you need is 1-2 weaker players and the team is strewed.
Just my opinion but they need to stop making this game harder for solo. All killers are solo, they depend on their skill and perks alone. I agree that some games are incredible frustrated as killer, but I guarantee 99 times out of 100, its SWF's

While I completely agree with BHVR that a DC penalty is necessary (due to the amount of salty DCers in this community). I think perhaps you should get the penalty for 1 DC within a 24 hour period. Those with unstable internet etc....well...BHVR cant do much about that one.
I agree its tricky but if punishing players for a bummed connection of playing against hackers for the sake of punishing sulking players for 5 mins. These people don't really care if they have to wait, it just gives them an opportunity to go to the toilet of make a coffee, its completely pointless

Match making is a joke. I’m a rank 16 killer and every game I get red or purple survivors. Rank 8 survivor and I get red rank killers and I’m with 3 yellow survivors. I can understand this happening on occasion but every time? I don’t get to play often but used to enjoy the few hours of gameplay when I could but it’s got to the point where I can’t be bothered to even turn it on

I’ve played on both PC and console and I do find a general difference with the characters movement as survivor. I feel like I get away with a lot more on PC, almost like I move slower on console

100% hardcore face camping. I don’t normally mind as usually it’s fair or a killer who’s been misranked and had a bad game and camps at the end but it’s been an interesting few hours. I’m new to the game and haven’t got enough point a to spend on perks yet
