Ok so here is one of my derpy spirit games, tell me what I did wrong to make the survivor give up that ultimately lead to the game becoming a friendly killer game (I'd just watch up to the part where I stopped playing and the survivors gave up)

Where in all of this was I playing mg toxic or abusing a bug?

    https://youtu.be/XI5nqC5pxNE

I'm playing a memey spirit build with no phase like i was before in my original message

And before someone inevitably brings up memeing around letting people escape will tank your mmr for easy games I had 7 games of 3 ks and a DC before this.

MMR HAS the be broken or something right now

not rly good survivors right from the start if i may say so. i dont see a real fault at your spirit.

This is why this game needs a “Concede” option so we can accept defeat, leave the match , and you win.

What the F is the point of 2 survivors sticking around with 3 gens to still do?? Absolutely none!

It ALWAYS ends up the same - 2 survivors killed early because they are new or flashlight memers. Then we last 2 survivors get f*cked. I’m supposed to what… continue trying to be competitive? Finish gens? Yeah right.

The game is POINTLESS when 2 survivors left and 2-5 gens still left to complete.

    But BEhaviour doesn’t care .

    absolutely right.

my last match i had 2 down and a 3gen situation. eventually i got my third kill (which took time) but after chat they wished me death IRL because i "camped" 3 gens. what should i do as killer? "oh yes good sir go to the gen and repair it while i water the flowers" ...

  • nope wont give bhvr any money until the main issues are fixed.

I always hear killer asking for map balance when it comes to survivors sided maps what makes is that I heard shelter woods is getting a rework and honestly its long overdue. The map variations only spawning 5-16 pallets is literally not fair for survivors and its not fun for survivors either.

play trapper on badham or lampkin lane if you want to know what "no fun" is lol

Want a chill game or play non-mobility based killer? Sorry mate, wrong game for you.

Unless you want be a clown in the game with goofy build, it's either sweat it out or get tbaged at exit game. It almost feels like you are being forced to consider playing as survivor if you want to chill and leave killer role only for self-inflict pain experience.

yeah that pretty much sums up my point...

I agree it appears broken killers get forgotten and strong killers get nerfed tbh you made your point when you mentioned the twins,I forgot they even existed. And yes why add a new killer when the broken ones need reworking a cynical mind might say revenue…

Bhvr does not care about killers. I mean if you think about it its 4 survivors and only 1 killer or in other words 4 potential customers VS 1 potential customer.

I don't know any game other than dbd that buffs only onesided and/or nerfs onesided. Lol

You are delusional thinking that killers somehow are in a bad state just because of the recent survivor buffs. It's your fault playing with the weakest killers and a weak build against full meta survivors. If you want to win, how about bringing a proper loadout? It's like you want to get those wins gifted to you. Yes low tier killers struggle more then the strongest how shocking...

Also who denies that killers don't have a hook counter? Literally never mentioned in my comment lol.

"if you want to win, how about bringing a proper loadout?"

thank you for admitting that my statement is right. :) Finally we agree.

  • @FMG15 said:

Does this game have problems? Yes

Is it "killer impossible now"? No

Seriously we need to stop crying about one side being impossible now. Literally a skill issue here.

    wrong.

oh sorry, i just did the same as you. saying something without a real argument.

and btw i never said "killer impossible". my argument is that with all the changes it has become really difficult for not-so-strong killers and maybe with not-so-meta perks to get balanced matches.

if anyone denies that killer perks are nerfed with a baseball bat, denies that killers dont even get a hook counter, denies that lower tier killer struggle <on average> a lot more due to many survivor friendly changes and denies that gens can be done much faster... i dont know, then that one is maybe playing another game?

  • @FridayNightPizza said:

They'll only buff killers when survivor queue times are so long because no one wants to play killer.

    this is so true :D

  • @barsw said:

I think nowhere to hide should have cool down or some tokens that killer gets while he hooks someone .Because to abuse it each time he hits the gen and reveal auras its too much .It should work like BBQ or like 90 seconds cool down before to use it again the same with call of brine

how about we remove ALL KILLER PERKS... and at the same time BUFF SURVIVORS PERKS, Dead Hard should last 30 Minutes. Is that good enough?

like seriously when does the whining about some killer perks stop? i could see that incapaciated from eruption is just not a fun mechanic but this?

How about you just go a bit earlier and further away from the gen if the killer comes to your gen? is that SO DIFFICULT?!

  • @Steakdabait said:

it's to "prevent tunneling" but if a killer is tunneling then they can just count to 3. I really hope they just let killers see hook stages

thats bhvr answer to that...but basically if i want to tunnel someone i got eyes and can usually see which survivor (not much matches run 4x same chars and costumes)

but maybe bhvr should think the other way around... i normally try to hook everyone twice and sometimes i just cant remember if i already got that char on hook once or twice.

and with the improvements to survivor hud it should be logical and fair to let us killers see the hook count...

  • it is just that generator repair speeds are just OUT OF CONTROL

Had a match recently and within the first chase and about ~80 seconds after the game started 2 gens popped.

vs halfway decent players with toolboxes, brand new parts and stuff like that dbd sucks. my opinion.

it just feels like bhvr wants to breastfed survivors...

edit: how about removing all gen fast things and killers kikc only stops the gen? no more 3gens, only chase.

i dont have the incessant desire to win. i play as a killer primarily and sometimes as a survivor for challenges or to mix things up and learn new ways to avoid a killer, but honestly i've never felt pressured into winning.

it's a matter of perspective. a matter of personal values. a matter of psychological disposition.

there are many papers written on the topic of individual player desires, needs, and wants in relation to: video game addiction, escapism, anger management, gun violence, and so on.

what is typically found in these papers is that video games are a medium of sorts to expose the inner workings of ones mind and that how a person uses a game is as distinct as the person themselves. however, many papers have tried to categorize it in 3-7 definitions depending on the research topic or goals.

these can be summed up as:

    social standing

    mental development

    escapism

    pressure

    financial gain

    creative expression.

how these various categories are chosen has been determined to be related to the mental disposition of the player and the intended game design and player interactions.

you as the player are experiencing stimulations that can incorrectly be handled by the mind as "fight or flight" responses and can cause traumatic response signals to develop in the brain. likewise as a killer you are at risk of developing psychopathic or sociopathic tendencies if unable to distinguish the game environment from reality.

so make sure you really understand that you're not actually trying to kill the players themselves, but that your goal is to - in that moment - experience the game. if you were a killer like bubba in the texas chainsaw massacre you'd be furious that your guests escaped, but then you have to come back to reality and move on to the next match.

this is one of the things i hate about social games. the social element with real humans on the opposite end can cause those who have trouble interacting in a metaphysical state to incorrectly relate actions as real and harmful. this can be seen by those who get upset at the idea of something rather than the physical manifestations of something. for example: t-bagging at the gate. or those videos where the tiktok person throws a projectile at the viewer and the viewer might flinch.

this is an indication of an inability to distinguish reality from fantasy.

anyway - i'm happy for you that your wife was able to ground you. that's an important part of development that many individuals are not lucky enough to experience. the fact that you were curious enough to bring such a personal question onto the forums says a lot about your desire for a healthy experience with the game. good for you and i hope my long essay was informative.

posted an answer an it was gone.... whatever do it again.

thank you for your very scientific answer on that, really appreciated.

the funny thing for me was that i never experienced this kind of stress in any other game (and i am a gamer since.... no joke: maniac mansion on Commodore64 ... yes i am old :D ). somehow the game pressured me or i pressured myself

@Topic the "urge to win" is something instinctive to all humans or even lifeforms. From the battle for food to the distribution of resources like mating in the animal kingdom, the winner survives and "gets the girl" (just as easy examples).

Telling people to not try to win is telling them to go against their instincts.

Sure, in our civilized world it is no longer necessary to the same degree but we can see it still all around. People with the drive to succeed or WIN will always end up ahead of the people taking it slow to "have fun".

The desire to win isn't something bad, stressing out over having to win all the time, that's something unhealthy.

But in respect to DBD i did the experiment and from what I saw not trying to win won't get the other side to pull their punches, so why bother.

Interesting post, really. i mean its a bit harsh to compare "need for food" with "need for win" but i get your point.

i know its within every human that we would like to win, to be the best. but then again it is a game and from what ive read in this very forum there are many players that usually have fun in dbd IF they win. the premise of a game should be entertainment. and i would just like to know why some players in dbd go for something like "fun is winning". and yes i also know that it is hard to write about it if you belong to the ones that play sweaty for every match because they need to win... but maybe there are some more people who would like to share their experience and/or emotions on this :)

Just a quality-of-life change that seems super necessary. With a combo like iron maiden and darkness revealed, the last person trying to go for the hatch has no chance to hide and try to find the hatch for themselves. Unlike barbecue and chili, where you can anticipate the aura read and choose between hiding in a locker or getting close to the hooked survivor, there is no real counter action to this perk once you're in the game. I'm not going to waste a perk slot for distortion if all I need it for is to hide from a killer who can secretly read my aura at any moment as the last person standing. This is especially frustrating when you have a survivor throwing pallets to deliberately alert the killer, rush to get sacrificed and throw the game. With Darkness Revealed, literally everyone dies due to one survivor.

you serious? That is a flat nerf what you are asking for.

You don't like something? Try to deal with it by yourself and choose fitting perks.

  • For some reason bhvr does not go for nerfs in a reasonable pace. They just go full sledgehammer and perks are usually close to irrelevant after that...

  • @nonesense said:

I'm starting to play as a survivor and I get absolutely obliterated every single time. I'm trying to do the challenge of stunning the killer with the new survivor and I just can't. One match is some killer that camps me in the hook, the other he just avoids my lantern, or the pallet... I'm loosing my hair over this, I should keep trying or give up.

You are a new player? Give yourself time to actually learn a bit.

A pallet stun will come naturally just by playing.

You will become better with time and experience. But just don't expect to be a great survivor right from the start, that usually never happens.

  • Corrupt intervention could also stall out the start in your favor.

  • @stvnhthr said:

I've got 8 friends to get DBD (even bought it for two people) so I would have someone to play with. They all lasted about two weeks because they said it is not a fun game for new players.

What would you do to help new players have a fun experience? I think maybe the first 20 games for new players should be a "training wheel" experience. Where they get to see the killer's perks so they can see why the play is so radically different and why survivors perks don't work like described (it is confusing when they have a perk but the abilities are not functional because the killer's perks always trump survivor's perks. I would even give them a different base build while they are learning, like free self care, unbreakable, and decisive strike.)

DBD has morphed into a game with too steep a learning curve for new players to stick around. Every new killer with new perks just makes the game more complicated and less fun for new folks.

I do understand you. The same is true for a game like e. g. League of legends. With more and more champions the game gets more complicated. But somehow league remains one of the most played games actually.

Yes, the first xx hours is more or less pure learning. Sometimes fast and sometimes slow. I, personally, don't think dbd is too complicated. I read a lot on the wiki about perks and mechanics and killer powers... But that is just me. I was really interested in learning dbd.

I think your best bet would be to explain your friends a lot while playing... And maybe that dbd isn't always about winning but more of that experience playing dbd with friends.

    https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/364258/why-do-you-even-play-m1-killers-haha

Yep love hindering myself as an m1 killer. I love my clown main and I dont run any slow down. If all you care about is winning with a 4k then of course go play blight or nurse that once you have learnt them it's just easy mode. If you can't get a win as an m1 killer then that's a skill issue. BBQ, lethal, Franklin's and devour will always be my clown build and nothing will ever stop that. You say us killers need to adapt to the game and to that I say phewy to you. I adapted by brining Franklin's because Franklin's has single handedly won me more games as a 4k than any other perk because survivors are dumb and care about their items so much they throw for it.

I say ignore the original post and stop running the easy op killers and instead start playing m1 killers. The reason this game becomes so sweaty is because each side is trying to outdo the other. I say bring m1 killers without sweaty builds and bring the fun back to the game. That goes for survivors aswell. Bring the meme perks not the sweat

Amen brother. Less sweaty more funny.

  • @ProfessorDunwich said:

Legit question. I don't think it is. Even if you are finishing your chases quickly, if there is no gen regression from your chases (Pain Res, Jolt) or passive lockdown (Deadlock, Corrupt), gens will fly. As a result, Killers will have to play sweaty or see tbagging at the gates.

I expect Survivors to complain. BHVR makes camping/tunneling harder. Killers run more gen regression. BHVR nerfs gen regression instead of looking at the root of why it is needed to stand a chance.

legit answer: i usually run maybe 1 gen regression perk, somtimes not even one. and according to my nightlight i dont perform that bad... sometimes i win, and sometimes the survs were better. whatever :)

but the truth is, most killer players are sweaty boys by nature. what i mean is they want to win so badly. i once was the same, hardcore going for 4k... for what? feeling stress in a game? a game that should be the exact opposite of stress?

  • @Heytherebigguy said:

Do you like hindering yourself and being t bagged at the exit gates just cause there are 15 safe pallets each map?

I was a Pig main once back, back then but now I'm a happy Blight main. I'm a 50/50 player and used to be a survivor main when I first started and I can tell you now: STOP PLAYING M1 KILLERS.

I know you love your precious sadako or ghostface, but if you truly care about your performance ingame and want to "protest" against the changes(which are justified, eruption was a bad design of a perk) just start learning one of the top 5-10 killers.

    I promise you that:

    1. You will find a power that you like and is worthy to commit for learning.
    2. You will have tons of fun mastering the power.
    3. Your mastery will reward you with kills.
    4. You will be LESS relied on perks, thus less on BHVR.
    5. Your M1 skills that you've learned from poor pig or sadako will transfer to these killers too.
    6. Maybe when BHVR will see that almost none plays clown, pig, gf or sadako they will MIGHT buff them.

These days, I don't see a reason to play an M1 killer, back in the days the game was more chill, even if you played against a sweat squad, the next game could be more balanced. now with MMR(and don't say it doesn't exist, there's a reason why OTZ can't do 50 win streaks anymore) and all the medkit and toolbox meta, it's better for you to adapt and also find more fun in a more complexed power that will yield enjoyment and results.

You will thank me later <3

i agree to a degree. yes a good nurse or blight will outperform every m1 killer out there.

but i had some of the most fun games playing so called m1 killers like trapper for example

the question is: do you need to win every game to have fun? my answer to that would be no. i dont have to win every game. and i also think it is much healthier for someones mental health to remember that this is just a game. i had to learn it as well.

i am not the best dbd player and that statement is just true for 99.9% of everyone writing in that forum. that is just logic and someone cant argue that, although many many players would think that they are within that 0.1% of players. Its called Dunning-Kruger :D

Salty? You are correct. Eruption was one of the most broken perks added to DBD. Glad it's dead.

thats some serious bs. nerfing something to death is NEVER a good idea, regardless of killer or survivor. it can only be brought up by ppl struggling with eruption imho.

  • @StarLost said:

    From the patch notes:

First, Eruption will now cause the generator to lose 10% of its current progress, not total. This means the effect will be less severe on generators with less progress, but more impactful on generators that are nearly completed.

Second, Eruption will no longer apply the Incapacitated effect to Survivors who were repairing the generator when it exploded. Instead, Survivors who are actively working on the generator will scream and reveal their aura to the Killer for 10 seconds. Not only will this make the perk less frustrating for solo players, but it will also give the Killer crucial information on the other Survivors’ whereabouts so they can attempt to interrupt them.

We hope you’ll find this new version of Eruption to be much more comparable to other generator related perks!

Before you type something along the lines of 'lol QQ moar killer mains' - think about this for a second, because this is going to basically destroy the remnants of the somewhat varied meta we had for a while.

Was hoping that they'd change it to be powerful, but less annoying. Eruption was only a problem against solos - the power of the perk wasn't the issue, it was that it felt nasty to play against.

This is a massive nerf. It's still going to be pure garbage versus SWFs, and now also mediocre versus solos. It's...not quite a Thana level 'yeah, we don't want anyone using this perk again ever stay mad' sort of nerf - but it's still ridiculously heavy handed and unnecessary.

The aura reading is cute, I guess, but you'd be better off with NTH.

The regression nerf is massively unneeded. This is now just a really, really mediocre perk.

Keep in mind that PR was still at a higher pick rate - meaning that now, despite the stated goals of the 6.1.0 changes to make the meta more varied, we'll now be entering a point where the killer meta is less varied than before - with PR builds really being the only way to keep up with the crazy Stakeout + Hyperfocus + Toolboxes + PTS genrush squads.

And now, I will bet dollars to donuts, once Pain Resonance hits 50%+ usage rates, we'll be seeing that nerfed too.

Yeah, I'm a little annoyed about this - because it should have come with a nerf to the silly 'faster gen' perks I'm seeing more and more of.

We'll see how it plays out I guess but ouch.

I think what bothers me here is that it's yet another example of how differently BHVR treats killer and survivor perks that they feel need adjusting.

Dead Hard - reworked, still really good, if not better in some areas.

Thana, Ruin, Pop, Overcharge, now Eruption -

    https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/F87TJ2F04C1V/image.png

Wow eruption goes from s-tier to d - tier

What next? Remove the ability to kick gens as a killer?

Maybe you give the survivors just the ability to open the gates without the need to work on gens?

This is a joke. Every online game out there nerfs something slowly and adjusting the nerf if needed. But this? Is like full sledgehammer mode.

I predict tunneling will again grow overall.

  • @Dbdfan398 said:

Im sick of arguing over kill rates.

Can we make the damn game fun to play? Survivor is, its fun to bully killers.

    Killer is miserable.

I wonder why you think that killer is miserable. Ah I see because then you will be the victim of bullying.

I don't get it how bullying can be fun. Not in real world nor in a game. I just don't have that low selfconfidence to bully someone to feel better.

Back to topic, I think 60 to 70 percent. But the main objective are hooks, not kills for the killer. Death of a survivor is just the outcome of hooking "too often" , so to say.

  • @FridayNightPizza said:

As a lightborn addict I would absolutely love this as it'll free up more perk slots for me but I can easily see it creating insufferable combinations for both sides, I think if there was a limit to the amount of exhaustion and gen regression perks you can stack for example then it could be okay.

At the beginning I also took lightborn like every match I saw flashlights in lobby but you will learn how to avoid that with time. Drop lightborn for something more useful or fun is my advise.

  • I absolutely agree, depipping needs to be removed.

For all who argue about that. Just imagine killers don't have to play sweaty every game. Reduced tunneling. Reduced camping.

    It's a win-win for both sides.

    https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/363224/intentionally-let-survs-escape-to-lower-mmr

100%, this is actually what i have done lately and it has made my experience a lot better for a few of my killers. Basically it works like this:

    • On the 13th ranks reset
    • Tryhard until i get to rank 1.
    • After i'm rank 1, i can no longer down rank so i do the following:
    • I hook every survivor 2 times, and kill the obsession (no reason for the obsession outside of roleplay/gives a specific target)
    • Then i max out my brutality, deviousness, and chaser BPs for the match.
    • wdAfter that, i let them escape.

    This does a few things:

    • I only kill 1 survivor, so my MMR (probably, it is anecdotal) goes down
    • I still get enough hooks to get ~75% bloodpoints on hooks
    • I max out my bloodpoints in the other categories
    • Survivors are generally happy because most of them escape and get more bloodpoints
    • My future matches are more chill.
    • Once rank resets again, it becomes easier to tryhard and i get rank 1 even faster.

oh i never thought of it that way. i might give it a try. after several succesful matches i get insanly good survivors but i am not a insanely good killer :D

For me it happens for all day but at the evening. From night on it's survivor's incentives until say 5pm. At 5pm it depends.

But still on average the incentives are most of the time on survivor.

It's so nice we are making progress.

But equipping broken killer or broken addons give much better advantage then comms. And in my experience the difference is massive. Playing against blight with double speed is much different from C33+alch ring. The difference is by huge margin larger then comms vs no comms. Actually comms SWF survivors do go down against me much quicker then solo - they tend to use flashlights and sabotages (meaning free hits) way more then uncoordinated soloQ group that just genrushes. Those games are often won at the very start.

well, i get your point, but that i s not part of the discussion right here. yes some addons are very strong but here we discuss the fact that swf teams are far stronger due to 3rd party voice tools - and if bhvr aims to bring solo Q closer to swf it should only be logical that you try to bring (solo-)killer also closer to swf.

everyone knows for a fact that communication results most of the time in better coordination and this usually results in much better survivor gameplay.

i think lowering mmr if a killer faces a swf in lobby will do the trick

some others say lets incentives playing vs swf (like bloodpoint bonus) - sounds good but for me this does not bring swf and killer closer to each other.

i think i read somewhere adjusting killers movement speed like form 4.6 to 4.8 ... but i think that this might be too harsh of a buff for killer

hi mandy, is it correct that wiggle by itself dont grant any bp anymore?!

    Swf=/= bully squad.

How should the game know if the 4man is just a chill group of friends or a group of bullies?

yeah i know not every swf is a bully team, but swf in general is way more organized because of third party voice tools then any soloQ.

and if bhvr buffs soloQ to get closer to swf then it should only be logical that it works the other way around and bring killers (which are always solo, lol) also closer to swf by balancing the mmr as soon as groups join the lobby.

    hopefully i descired it better.

  • wiggle has finally become absolutely useless.

  • That is absolutely a buff for survivors. It helps tremendously with decision making. Oh player 2 is hooked and player 3 is in a chase, maybe it's time for me to unhook my mate.

Oh 3 ppls working gens while I am looping? Lovely, I will try my best he chases me forever.

The amount of information is incredible.

Clicked on your stream and I immediately noticed you're not even Devotion 1 (You're not even account level 30), Your Mikaela isn't even prestiged yet and you're running *green* Self Care

People should be required to have X amount of hours and stats on both roles before being allowed to post dumb ish like this

Yeah he/she/whatever/apache just wrote a rant.

@OP: And just an idea:if killer is so strong why don't you try it out yourself?

Implement basekit Unbreakable FFS. There are FAR too many killers that use this unsportsmanlike tactic. It’s just GD rude to leave someone on the ground where they can’t do jack.

Some survivors run intentionally into a dead zone without any hooks. If that happens in my games I happily let them bleed out. Besides that I am normally going for the hook.

And as far as I can see it in my games as survivor slugging does not happen often.

Ok i just tested live against boil over

Man, there's something VERY wrong with the new wiggle ! Right now, if a survivos has Boil Over is like playing against the old mechanich with someone without Boil Over

If, right now, a survivor has no Boil Over, i can walk in a stright line without even taking a little bump

agreed, with boil over the new wiggle mechanic seems to be a bit broken. i walk like i am drunk AF, no comparions to before boil over.

and: can any killer confirm that maps are lacking hooks? played now on graveyard and midwich and at both i had no choice but to let 2 ppl bleed out. not because hooks were gone or offerings were made to decrease the amount of hooks... there are just not enough.

oh and can some killers confirm something else? NOT ENOUGH HOOKS

i played on graveyard an midwich and in both locations i had no choice but to let them bleed to death. there just werent enough hooks. no, not because they went somewhere without hooks, but literally no hooks (and no offerings for that!)

what is wrong with this patch right now?!

  • Merciless storm? Unnerving presence?

I mean is that what you are talking about as the phenomenon you described?

Before we go looking at Otz as the model bear in mind that for a long time his show had segments where he was playing ultra late for his timezone.

If I go play a game in my area during a weeknight at 4am the game is much easier than if I tried it three hours earlier.

I can only assume that since Otz is in Spain he get matched with smaller regions like Africa where the competition is about as stiff as wet spaghetti. In case you missed it - once upon a time we could change our steam download region to force the game to put us in whatever region we wanted.

This means you could get a killer friend to play against your SWF and farm points. Anyway sometimes you didn't get your SWF and it was like you asked a girl who had never played a video game on a controller to play DBD as her first video game ever. Needless to say it was like stealing candy from a sleeping baby.

Go watch Otz doing the 30 second AFK challenge and look at the difference in the caliber of his opponents compared to TrueTalent. The difference is night and day.

I want to ask a single question that the mods will not answer :

Do fog Whisperers have adjusted MMR to make the game look more appealing?

Ask yourself what purpose do the fog whisperers that play killer serve? They make you feel that you could one day rise in the ranks and play killer like they do.

Would the game seem more appealing if the Fog Whisperers who play killer have easier games because there is some MMR invisible wizardry going on?

The only reason not to show us MMR is because you want to hide "wrong doing". Guild Wars was one of the most open and honest games I ever played. They told you every single adjustment of everything with full transparency. I know many people who played World of Tanks and that company was kind of the opposite. They lied about changing a tank's stats so people would buy other newer and better tanks. That's just gross.

I am not accusing BHVR of lying but I am calling them out. Let us turn on a switch to see MMR after a game's conclusion if we want to. The only reason to hide it is because you're doing something shady.

I think that is a good idea. Let us compare the mmr after a match so we could reliably see if that match was somewhat balanced right from the start.

  • Prioritizing queue time over rating equals no matchmaking. I got about 300 hrs now and before match I try to look at the steam profile and what should I say.... Playing against players with 10x my playtime and therefore experience feels wrong.

Of course the killer meta is still gen regression. Playing without them leads to really short matches.

The Anti loop doesn´t really help with that. I honestly think, that most people would prefer to run something else instead. But get stomped when they do.

You are right. I tried running no slowdown perks and gens are flying. Several games. With no stealthy killer to get them by surprise it is nearly impossible to hook faster then they do gens.

  • Pinhead and Trickster is for me most disgusting. Not because they are S-Tier or whatever but pinhead is just annoying... and for trickster i always imagine a 12yr old player addicted to some anime/k-pop stuff who unleashes all his inner hate against the survivors, usually combined with camping and/or tunneling (not all but most i faced) :D

EDIT: oh and NURSE if played decent/good.... just no chance.

  • faced the same bug today

  • oh so i should not play spirit right now?

edit: may i ask where i can find info about that?

  • cheater.png

so today a ran into 2 matches where players became invisible. in the image you can see that someone is on second hook stage but he and his friend became invisble.

cheat or bug? happend 2 times today.
