Bans are not discussed on the forums.
Where can I go to discuss it then, there's no information about how long or what for, just banned, I have nearly 2k hours

Is it not the original actor from stranger things?

The state it's in is OP AF.
It's a minimum of 4 extra healthstates and possibly more if they heal.
The rarity of the addons doesn't justify something like that.
Killers like billy, myers have a one shot, what's the problem with this addon, I think it's strong but risk>reward.
-
I prefer it in the state it's in, you only get 1 hatchet, and if you use the belt you're using an ultra rare + very rare, besides, the suggestion you offered would be very difficult to hit and very situational.

Perfect, thank you.

It should not be matching you that far away from your rank (by design). We've collected various cases and are looking into why it's occurring.
Appreciated.

Been happening to me too. And they always end up playing like morons. Missing skill checks without ruin, running to the killer when a player gets downed to go for a flashlight save way too late, not doing gens, losing chases in 15 seconds, etc. . . It feels like you're carrying the entire team the whole game.
I feel like I'm carrying a lot lately, it's really annoying
-
There'd be traps literally in the middle of a room, very bright, and these survivors would somehow walk into them, it's not fun having teammates like this.
-
Oofff, I do love the theme, though.
-
- it makes Hag unique and is a vital part of her kit whichever makes her stronger, unless you wantmore nurses
- this would be a radar 24/7 on the killer and would give too much information to survivors don’t use them both together
- a very easy, reliable decisive strike , it’s already strong enough as it is, we do not need iT to be used whenever someone gets ‘tunneled’
-
Let’s hope so
-
It'll most likely be "The Monster" considering that is what it is referred to on a few occasions
-
@Peanits Pls, this is vital information

Devs, can the clown get some buffs or some QOL changes because as of right now, he has little parts of other killers just embedded in his kit, you have freddy who has NO COOLDOWN when using snares, but the clown is slowed down when he throws them, these are my problems:
- The clown loses M/S when throwing a bottle, freddy does not.
- He only has 4 bottles that slow, huntress has hatchets that cause damage, 5 of them.
- Huntress can reload said hatchets in seconds + can be increased with iron maiden - the clown takes 6 seconds which is too long.
- In some cases you're punished for reloaded due to the duration, 4 bottles is not enough.
- 15% isn't enough in some cases, considering survivors can still loop you for an expectional amount of time depending on the map I.E crotus.
- He has 0 map pressure, generators go by way too quick and the clown, like most killers, struggles with this.
- His bottles have 0 lethality ( other than the ultra rare)
- The clown can be very good/ high mid tier when using certain addons (flask of bleach/exhaustion)
To me I believe a very good change would be to make the two addons mentioned weaker, but make them part of base kit but not as strong, like make the bottles apply exhaustion for 15-20 seconds + have them slower than 15% when they're hit by a bottle.
OR
To reward skill shots by hitting survivors with the bottles themselves, it applies the flask of bleach effect where they're slowed more, say 20%, but not provide a hindered effect to normal AOE unless the addon is used.
Please devs, tell me what you think, the clown is a fun killer but he's struggling like most.
Already made these suggestions.
-
Let's buff the clown pls devs
-
If it’s a bad rework, play survivor, it’s way easier

Every killer has cons, every surv build has cons, deal with it.
Every survivor is the same, no killer is the same yet they have massive cons, like legion, ghostface, plague.

I'd like to know aswell @not_Queen

@Peanits anything you're able to mention?

Some feedback would be appreciated

It is a bad way though, another way to hinder killers.
Silly FOV, loud music, it is unbearable
I don't play killer nowhere near as I used too, the QOL for killers is getting worse

That is a pretty crazy idea, I wouldn't want a perk just for suing you.
Being serious though, I can't say I'd be a fan of a perk that just adds an extra generator to be completed- certainly not without needing to earn it. I can't say any reason why you wouldn't run this perks. You'd be shooting yourself in the foot if you didn't.
Similar to hex ruin then, gens go by too quick

They also, rightfully with Legion, said that about Legion, Plague and GhostFace
I see a lot of negative feedback about legion and plague.

The thing I hope for the most is a bigger Shock Therapy by standard.
I just hope it's buffs and not nerfs, the past isn't exactly a good example, I.E old freddy, plague, legion, ghostface

I agree, blocks should make survivors fall asleep faster. However I think they should NOT be stackable, just because it would be kind of dumb to fall asleep in like 20 seconds.
I don't mind them not stacking, just to make them fall asleep quicker, agree with you

Agreed its a secret afterall and since there are so little secret offerings it's not hard to work out what one is used right now.
Exactly

I can't see any numbers on here, unless I'm looking in the wrong place.

Could be up there, I'd like it

We've gone over it in the past, but it's mostly a matter of simplifying it for new players. Having a wall of numbers on each item and add-on can be overwhelming, while saying 'slightly' and 'moderately' is a lot simpler. There are also cases like the mist offerings where the things they modify don't make sense as numbers. If they said "makes the mist 50% thicker", that wouldn't really be helpful. On top of that, real numbers can be misleading with the way math works in video games; take a look at old Enduring for example.
One of the suggestions I've heard before that I think would be interesting is having a simple and advanced mode for descriptions. By pressing a button, all of the "slightly" and "moderately" parts of the descriptions are switched for actual numbers. This way it's simple for new or casual players but the numbers are easily accessible for more experienced players.
It's good feedback, though, I'll bring the feedback up with the team.
I'd rather an option to toggle numbers on/off rather than be forced to have something that a lot of people don't understand
-
Yep, I agree, very lackluster, nothing to do. The only thing is them cakes and the firecrackers, that's literally it. Nothing meaningful and for 3 year anniversary aswell, ######### sake you'd think it's just a random weekly event, not an anniversary event
-
I know BHVR may like the idea or think it makes them unique, yes it's unique because no one will actually use it, it's really bad. Numbers are so much easier to understand than this vague terminology
-
@LordGlint said:
Agreed. Unfortunately it's not even consistant. Moderate increase in hillbillies chainsaw and moderate increase in a toolbox's repair speed are different numbers for example.
Exactly, I'd rather numbers

But Doc with Distressing and Unnerving, with ruin. That's fun on that map

The community knows the game better than they do, we play it and know most things about it. Behaviour need to stop balancing around skewed data or what they "feel" is best, they should listen to the community, if 88% of the community on the poll say he's fine, then he's fine. That's like asking 100 people what they want from Mcdonalds, 90 people say a cheeseburger and 10 say hamburger, and they you buy all 100 a hamburger come on behaviour. Don't nerf ghostface he's fine, you saw what happened with freddy. @Peanits

They do not need to do such a dumb and pointless thing to enforce their own rules. Every player already knows that it's a reportable offense to exploit bugs. They shouldn't be cheating in the first place.
People are so callously abusing it now BECAUSE of the comatose way they punished people for exploits in the past. Everyone knows they can get away with it, scott-free.
Some people may not know it's an exploit, they may just want to use the perk
-
@rch614 said:
I agree. And they already set two precedents with how they handled bugged perks and addons in the past. 1) they didn't ban for two other bugged and massively game breaking bugs: Tinkerer and Sloppy Butcher. 2) They announced the Legion blades bug and warned that bans would be carried out against them if they continued using them.
They need to put a notice Ingame for everything currently bugged, but especially Wake Up and Blades (again.)
Exactly.
-
@Aven_Fallen said:
Its 100% up to the player to choose whether he wants to use Wake Up or not. If he wants to use Wake Up, and is intentionally using bugged content (and yes, you can clearly see that it is not correct, because the Progress Bar is yellow), they can also get consequences for this.
If someone was using Wake Up before, well... Use another Perk until it is fixed.
They shouldn't be punished for this though, why would someone not use a perk, the devs messed up again..
-
@[Deleted User] said:
Are you sure PWYF is broken? All perks that have tokens/stacks appear to be bugged at least visually atm. I.E. BBQ, WGLF, H: DH, H: Huntress Lullaby, etc.
It is bugged, you keep your speed and don't lose a stack when hitting the obsession, you maintain the full speed.
-
I agree, why should you be penalised and lose something due to a fault caused by BHVR, this is why people hacked it in, for the most part.

3 kills.
I get that you’d be frustrated, but from your screenshot, OoO didn’t stop you from destroying them.
I had an ebony mori, I struggled to kill 3 of them with it, I couldn't get close.

They need to, they don't know how to balance anything

Yes, we will adjust Ghost Face. We are putting a Q&A post up right now, it should be available in a few minutes. You can ask any question about the upcoming changes there if you want.
We decided to publish the future changes before they happen so players would know before buying and could make their choice of getting the character or not based on the upcoming changes as well.
Why are you doing this, this company is going to go downhill with this game if you proceed to do changes like this, NO ONE WANTS THEM
-
Why are you nerfing ghostface, 88% of the poll said they were happy and it was fine, why are you then going against what everyone said and nerfing him, no wonder everyone plays billy, nurse and spirit.

Why, if the hatch is closed, and the survivor gets found they've lost. That's why they die on the hook and skip the first 2 stages. This suggestion would just simply waste time and delay the inevitable
