So Id like some opinions and stuff about weather I should try to get back into dbd or just forget it all together. Before i say anything (i understand if i wanted to finish the tome so bad then i should deal with it. Well let me elaborate i don't like playing survivor I'm not good at it tbh. But i also hate playing with nurse she's so distracting but I can't get stridor without leveling her up to 30, or it comes in the buy a teachable perks thingy in the menu. So i know alot of people talk about how unfair playing against swf teams (myself included) but it is a mechanic of the game and i think proximity audio may be a bit too complex for the developers *note sarcasm*. Also they could use it much to there advantage by having two players distract and disorienting the killer while the other two work on gens. Ok so I posted a post a while ago saying I thought the new match making wasn't actually turned off. At least not for xbox one players. (Which they initially tested it for months on the xbox platform before releasing it. I haven't been on form so maybe i missed something but this match making is weird as hell. Now HEAR ME OUT So like every idk new killer release (so about every big update) i notice the game slowly changing from being a little more killer sided to more survivor sided. The in the next update it's the opposite. Looking at the forms around those times, there's a lot if debate on what side the game is more on. IDK if it's just me but I think they never turned it off. I haven't played as much as I used to due to like one person being close to my rank the. The rest are like drastically higher. So first what is the killer shack is that like the one little shack that has to basement in it or... Because the new offering that allows you to see the hooks or spawn the hatch in the Killers hatch thing is confusing. The damn iridescent devout challenge is killing me. I've played so many rounds and I can't seem to do it. I've tried everything from slugging to farming. I've seen alot of higher rank survivors (11-1) playing with 1 really low rank survivors like 20-14. Me as a seemingly never changing rank 14 killer have wondered, is this a strategy/ploy to get easier killers. My last match was against a level level 7, 1, 11 and a level 20 they were cross play players so I couldn't tell if they knew each other or not. it's so hard to tell what platform they're pl0 comments 11 views last activity

I understand the game is killer vs survivors. I understand that some people play toxic, and that some game mechanics a things like that don't work. Still though there doesn't have to be so much negativity on these forums. It seems like alot of discussions on here are either nerf/buff this or that killer/survivor. Can someone please explain what the hell I'm supposed to do for challenge where you have to ring the bell while within 5 meters of 4 different survivors. I've surprised attacked all the survivors at least one in the last 3 games and still haven't gotten it. So I play on Xbox, and I've noticed alot of console players dislike cross play. I don't know why tho. My most toxic matches were befory. I'd also get some really ######### up messages and constant spam from survivors. So I play on Xbox and since cross play started I've been having some pretty good matches and fun ones too. But I notice it's my fellow Xbox players that get salty about loosing. So ik face camping is a problem for survivors. When I get face camped as a survivor it's pretty upsetting. But the term camping is being abused. Now you have proxy camping which I would understand if a killer goes into a spot a little bit away and stands there, that would be annoying. So first question is how do u even rank up or down. I never really payed much attention to rank up until a month ago. Now that ive noticed it and wanted to work on it its hard af. Well as killer i think its harder than survivor. I can get sacrificed do two gens and no unhook and still pip up at least 2. It's basically a mermaid that instead of feet she has a tail. She hits people with her trident. Her special ability would be siren song. I don't like playing against swf teams and they're pretty easy to spot. And if you get on(Xbox) after 6pm forget playing a fair match as killer. You'll be up against gen rush keys and 3-4 people who can And are COMMUNICATING with each other. Which in my opinion kinda sucks. Literally every match I've played has been an swf recently. Which I would have no problem if it weren't for the body blocking the flashlighting the name calling the gen speeds ECT. Why are there so many swf. Like basically every match I've played in the past month has been against either a 3 or 4 swf group and that hella sucks because you know that they are most likely all talking with each other and have mics. I was thinking because I had play a game as a level 16 killer and by the 3 min mark all gens were done so I opened the gate to let em go because I knew I wasn't gunna win and I didn't wanna DC. At the end of the game I found out that they were a way higher level than me and I stood no chance. Which kinda sucked and is unfaite but that's life. Why do survivors wait at the exit gate and just egg you on to hit them. Like do they get more points if they leave injured? And also what describes a toxic killer/survivor. And if you hook someone and two other survivors are right next to you and one trys to lead you away but you know the moment you Chase that one the one who's hooked would get unhooked is it still considered camping.
