Her stealth is garbage, subpar at best.

Survivors want killers they can beat 100% of the time. Guaranteed counterplay to every power, guaranteed escapes from every chase.
Counterplay SHOULD be guaranteed. What type of comment even is this?

Killers aren't a "bit" stronger. They're not strong at all really. If Survivors are efficient at holding m1, it doesn't matter how strong or how good the killer is. That is a problem
Have you factored in your skill yet? Or are we gonna keep regurgitating that survivors are "too strong"?
-
I'm starting to find it incredibly hard to believe that killers still think applying pressure on survivors is still hard in this day and age. When does it come to a point that your level of skill finally becomes a factor in to you losing matches?

No idea considering hag spawns with all of her's
Maybe because trapper and hag aren't the same killer? You'd think this would be an obvious question since their traps are entirely different.

God forbid survivors ever be punished for bad plays.
Well...

Well, pc players already have their stats saved on a separate website. It's easy to access.

This list is hot garbage good lord.

People can post about things other than the game's balance you know.

Just predrop and fake everything. If you're hard of hearing you might as well hand yourself over to her. Excellent design devs!

Which one has better cosmetics?

My expectations:
certain parts of the community act overly toxic and insult the devs personally while hiding behind ‚they can’t take criticism‘ while not giving one bit of actual criticism
srsly though, I kinda hope for Blight add on changes, as well as some add on tweaks for other killers as well as perks as that’s kinda the norm now. Two or three maps from the same realm probably getting some balance adjustments. Aaaand. That’s it?
Devs receive genuine criticism all the time and don't do ANYTHING with it. The most notable instance I can think of is when the devs changed the HUD and survivor animations. Pretty much everyone disliked them and they still pushed the changes into live servers.

This question is self-explanatory.

Maybe because her description is generally smaller and doesn't warrant a second paragraph.

Hmm. I feel like Plague already count's as a flail. And we have two swords afaik.

I mean, killer is supposed to be the power role. You can't expect to play the same play style against every killer. Learn to adapt. I've seen plenty of survivors juke the tail attack.
From what I've seen, they'll juke the tail and then they get hit right after because Alien isn't penalized for missing or even slightly nerfed while entering Crawler mode.
-
Don't know why. The new one sounds very generic, I could find something else like it on Youtube.

I don't think people realize just how strong this perk can be, it definitely needs a small nerf.
With that said, I think the aura distance is what needed a nerf, not a cooldown.
No cooldown, reduce it down to 20 meters and it'll be in a good spot imo.
The issue with windows is the tile logic and the way windows and pallets spawn around the map. Windows is fine when on a map that's fair for both sides to play on. But when it highlights pallets/windows that are chained together the problem starts to come through.
-
Dredge. His music is good, design is good, lore is good. Even his animations are good. Have you ever teleported to a locker that has a survivor in it? The animation for it feels like it's right out of a movie.

I had to stop maining Jane because she hardly ever gets new clothes, and when she does it's usually lore-accurate clothes that are meh. And because myself and others don't play her, the devs have little reason to give her new clothes. Terrible, vicious cycle...
Jane's clothes being meh? That's crazy talk, you could throw anything on her it'll look better than what most of the roster has.

No point in posting anything like this here. The survivor mains are just going to gaslight you.
Killers aren't allowed to express their frustration here brother. I'm sorry and I know how you feel.
But just so you know you aren't crazy. Killer is absolutely at the weakest it has been since the very beginning. The only worse time to play killer was year one. And survivors are faster in both gens and chase than ever.
Come join me in TCM for awhile. Take a break.
No one is trying to suppress their frustration. Many people are reasonably skeptical about this person claiming that 3 gens were done in 50 seconds. Numbers like that are incredibly rare so questioning it isn't out of the ordinary nor is it gaslighting.
-
I can't but I would if I could. I think I'd add a blue tint to my game to make the color in the night skies seem more prominent.

LOL I wish there were at most 10 pallets on a map or ever just 8. I loaded into a few quick custom game with Zanshin on a few maps just to check.
On average there's 17 pallets on a map. Saying "8-10" is some strong survivor copium/bias. It's roughly double that. That's not even including maps like Cowshed, The Game, RPD, Garden of Pain, or Borgo.
Numbers for those who care:
- Ormond - 18
- Suffocation Pit - 14
- Wreckers yard - 13
- Badham - 18
- Lampkin - 13
- Midwitch - 25
- Gas Haven - 14
- Chapel - 16
- Dead Dawg - 16
- Eyrie - 15
- Temple - 19
- Ironworks - 24
- Sanctum - 12
- Residence - 13
- Ward - 20
A lot of the maps you listed have pallets that are fair for every killer or utter garbage, notably Dead Dawg and Midwich. With the exception of Disturbed Ward, Badham, Temple, the average number on pallets on the rest of these maps are unproblematic.

In this era doing anything other than gens or going for saves is pretty much throwing. But that's not my fault.

Killers today would probably die instantly if they saw release MoM.
Oh 100% they would lol.
-
I honestly think you'd have a heart attack if you played in 2017.
-
It shouldn't have, but I think if you were pathing more efficiently you would've survived.
-
Easiest was most certainly the Eruption + COB meta. It's still easy now but nothing tops how many wins killers were getting during that meta.
-
I need Heather. I can do without Sally.

Fun concept, but for High MMR Players and the average players not so much. BP isn't really worth anything anymore. Wouldn't fix gen rushing and if anything this would just throw games for Survivors that do it
I'd happily take it. I've been playing a little before Clown's release and I still don't have all the perks unlocked for both survivor and killer.

Unplayable on console, very high skill floor, power can be turned off by survivors leading to frustration, high decision fatigue, and takes a lot of energy to play at the highest level.
He's a very fun killer, don't get me wrong, but you can output the same performance while playing Wesker/Blight/Nurse on autopilot. With Hux, you have to: babysit EMP'd cameras, make sure camera placements are all good and spread out, make sure to always have 1-2 free cameras for chase, always have a general idea of where survivors are, know when to commit to a chase or when to get a quick tag and leave, be aware of EMP timers and EMP box locations to pressure them better, have enough mechanical skill to make quick teleport shots around odd angles as survivors cross through them briefly, and still have to worry about survivors stepping in on your chase and turning off your power. He's by no means an easy killer to pick up. A very well-designed and very fun killer, but tough to get into.
Can you inform me on how he is unplayable on console? Singularity doesn't seem like a mechanically demanding killer, which is the reason why killers like Blight and Oni aren't as good on console.
-
Why do people complain about Coldwind being set during the day but not Ormond?

It's a shame that nurse and blight are the only viable ones at the top levels.
That sounds like a good thing. This game would be horrible if the majority of the roster was on the level of Nurse or Blight.

My experience as killer is not this because I'm good enough to know to completely ignore these kinds of chases and the accompanying flashlight clicks that come with them.
So then why are you complaining?

Because it's so much fun.
Run around loop 50 times until the gap closes. Pallet stun. Flashlight blind. Run to next loop. Repeat.
Maybe your experience as killer is that way because you’re not good?
-
Skull Merchant’s lore isn’t as bad as it’s made out to be and her tome helped it be that way. Yea it’s still not that great and definitely isn’t the best, but most people that are saying it sucks don’t even care for/read dbd lore and are just regurgitating what other people say.
-
You're missing 3 other tracks by the way. I don't know the names of them but I'm sure you can find them on youtube.
But while I'm here, my favorite is B. It suits every killer and has the most unique sound.
-
I don't believe the devs when they said they didn't have access to the old animations and HUD. I fully believe they can add them back if they wanted to, they just don't want to look stupid by wasting a good chunk of money over something that no one asked for.

I don't think anyone is going to have a go at you for asking a question. It seems like a perfectly reasonable thing to ask.
Maybe if they posted this on DBD's reddit page they'd get hate. Who knows?

I'm so confused. What is vulnerable?
-
Speaking of the blue lighting, did you remember the lighting that Yamaoka was suppose to receive during it's graphical update? It was the only one I was excited for because of how gorgeous the blue hue was. But then it was scrapped for some reason and the devs thought it'd be cool to bring back it's terribly dark and ugly orange color palette.
-
There is no way in hell you find Myers and Wraith harder to master than Oni, Blight, and Hag.
-
I was gonna say that maybe the Entity offered a place for the Queen and the other aliens to colonize, but then I realized that we just got a regular xenomorph instead of her. So now I'm not too sure.

The yellow tape is a design choice intended on making vaults visible, its an eye-catching color. If you want an example of why its bad not having them, the exit area in The Game used to have a vault largely unused due to it lacking the yellow tape.
It wasn’t used because it was the worst vault point in the game. Running a killer around a z wall or a rock will be more effective.
-
Stealth and Chase, would be something we don’t get often.
-
There’s no one else to blame but this atrocious community. I’ve never seen so much people itching for ways to ruin someones’ experience. And it’s getting to a point to where it’s affecting the games health and reputation.

@GroßusSchmiedus said:
Instead of returning it to old, i always had the idea of an Hex Perk that denies gen speed increase from multiple survivors, meaning 2 survivors still repair a gen in 90 seconds default as long as the totem is standing.
Then survivors will solely do gens on their own. Which isn’t good for the killer.
-
Seems fine. You’re just complaining to complain! 🙄
