Ikr I was playing as him with the same addons a while ago and the survivors got all gens done until they found out I had noed and blood warden they were panicking so bad:) that I ended up getting all of em:D after the game ended I got told I was hacking and cheating lol that one made me laugh :)

- Monitor and abuse is one of the best Oni perks. Oni got a very uniqe TR that is pretty quiet in the start take this to your advantage to sneak up on survivors.
- In early game you are a basic M1 killer never commit to long on a chase. Once you hit a survivor move to a new target, you need to hit 2 seperate survivors to get your power up.
- Never commit on long chases pretty much the same as rule 2, you need early hits and if its been more then 30 seconds and you dont make any progress or getting any first hits move on and try to catch someone off guard.
- My favorite perk loadout: Infect fright for obvious reasons, monitor abuse, corrupt will push survivors towards you good for early game, BBQ chili. addons: the pink addons are a waste. All purple addons are good, I do not recommend however the speed addons as they can make it more difficult to flick use at your own risk. overall all addons are good but dont be a dirty Oni player and use topknot that addon itself will hinder you from improving if you want a fast blood fury charge go with ink lion instead

The Deathslinger is in a good position and is in no need of a buff or a nerf.
Oni is an interesting killer to me. Personally I struggle to learn him as I'm so used to Hillbilly, and despite their similarities, they're completely different. Personally he's not as good as Hillbilly, although don't take my word for it. Many would disagree with me.
Clown I can't awnser yet. Hes received a recent buff which is extremely helpful, so it could be enough to balance him.
I'd say The Shape is A tier. Not sure where on it though.

In my opinion and i'm sure the opinion of many she is in the bottom tier of killers, if not the weakest but people don't play against her enough to deal with her properly.

Theres no ingame way of changing your region. The game attempts to place you with people who live on the same side of the world as you for the sake of ping. I also live on the eastcoast though to answer your question, although I play at rank 1.
Ok then looks like I got to rank up to at least rank 16 to rank 13

I've had a few games that lasted less than 3 minutes either due to hook rushing or traps getting triggered until they all got downed. No other games really stand out to me since i play killer so much that most games i just forget about.

Sorry my friend, I didn’t know! lol. I stopped playing PC and am console (PS4) now, the PS4 has a serious lack of killer players resulting in long survivor queues, so I am willing to do anything (within reason) to get players more resilient and patient to play the weaker role.
I will keep on trying:) thx for giving me some hope bud:D any tips I can also learn from you? I Play on pc:) I know you don't play on pc but is there any other tips I can Learn?

Abandon chase (not recommended, as others will just run here also in future chases) or 2. Endure it, get rid of the pallet so now chases are easier. - They have addressed Generator Times in the previous update, but I don't think they will be making anymore changes to it in the near future. As for Matchmaking, they're making a new MMR-based matchmaking system which will hopefully replace the current ranking system.
- I feel like the Ranking System itself will still stay, as there are achievements tied to it. But I don't think they will be relevant when the new matchmaking system is out and live. So I think it will stay just as a personal gauge of how much you've played that season.
- I think it is growing actually, just checked Steam DB and it has a slow uptick in playercount during certain hours. Though it isn't growing a whole lot.
- Right now we're just waiting for the next Chapter to be released, but we've received confirmations that Clown will be getting a buff soon.
- I don't think they need to remove the endgame chat, mainly because you can just close it by clicking the arrow right next to it.
